Bad customer service!
I ordered 5 veggie loaded bowls and all of them had something missing and were only made half portions each. When I told the girl they weren't made properly she started arguing with me. I asked for my money back if they cannot make it properly. One of the other workers said they will fix it. At the end it was still missing ingredients. Tim Hortons head needs to send a ghost customer multiple times to their branch to straighten this location out. I'm pretty sure the owner doesn't care cause there are no responses to negative reviews.

Good service, ok food but there's many homeless inside and felt very uncomfortable. It's really sad

I called bcz my uber order was wrong! That rude guy replied me that he has been working there for 3 years when I told him that I also worked as tim supervisor that I won’t lie to you!
Atleast know how to say sorry to a customer if you ruin someone’s drink!

A guy named Jagrit on the night shift was really polite, humble and helpful. Wonderful service.

Got a large cafe mocha was so watered down tasted disgusting also asked for assorted timbits got all plain glazed make sure you try your drink and check order before you leave drive thru Newton location always problems would give 0 if I could

I rarely post bad reviews but this one I had too. The store was filthy today with food all over the floor and trash piled up on waste cans. Politely told them to look into the hygiene and cleanliness, no action was taken even after 2 hours. I am surprised how management is allowing these below safely standards and why no health check is done in these stores. Awful. Not to mentioned, this one is prime location.

I visit this Tim Hortons two times and had a bad experience. One day I ordered hor chocolate and they just gave me a hot water. No flavour in it. Then today I ordered iced caramel latte and iced Capp at drive through, never ever taste this kind of drink and I throw away all the drinks. Employees not friendly as well.

Really very pleasent place for eating and drinking specially coffee and somthing more sweet and salty. If you will visit once then never forget it.

Washrooms are so dirty that you even can't stay there for 1 min. Please clean your washrooms. I never saw washrooms dirty like this on any other Tim Horton.

A lady working at night called Nina or Neena is so rude with no customer service skills and behaves like i am asking for free food. I don’t know why management hires such disgusting people.

Worst sandwiches. Bread was soooo hard had to replace with our own bread. We always have the turkey bacon club but this bread was not edible. I’m always polite always saying my please and thank you but at this Tim Hortons even when trying to be respectful to the workers I’m treated with disrespect,

Worst service ever received. One of the aunty taking order at drive thru was so rude. I think she had a fight with her husband at her home and she was treating the customers like why we had came to them. Instead she should be changed with the other boys working there who knows how to deal with customers. She should be reteired.

It is available at almost all the places in Canada. Love their food. The servers are quiet hygienic and quick. I go their almost everyday

One of the most weird crowded place, with unfriendly staff having robotic behavior, seemed like a community hall with no ambience of being at a coffee shop and tons of delay for just a cup of coffee!
Definitely not a place to go for coffee!

Just visited there with my friend there was long lineup and there was this one indian employee with turban, i don’t know what he was doing but seems he was just flirting with his coworkers not doing single thing, hands in the pockets, it was just annoying, no supervisor on Shift and as a customer it seems very rude of them.

There’s always in issue with this location. Either the points app isn’t working, debit and credit machines aren’t working, iced capp machine is broken…. Absolute garbage. They need to start posting this information at the beginning of the drive-thru so we don’t waste 20 minutes waiting before we find out…

Today I came in arround 5pm for 2 coffees. The customer service was the worst. The staff doesn’t even listen to the order and always rushes. I mean I understand the store is busy but being this rude to the customers is so annoying. On top of everything the coffee was worst I ever had. We ordered for a double double and a vanilla iced coffee. The double double had nothing in it but just coffee and cream no sugar and wasn’t even stirred. There was no vanilla or sugar in the coffee. I mean people pay for it so atleast they expect a decent tasting beverage. I’m very disappointed from this place.

We ordered 2 veggie cilantro bowls and it was almost 1/3, we ordered and paid full prize but when we ask the lady employee to fix it, she refused and start making noice, totally disappointed with their poor service. Just a request to manager follow the procedures and give the quantity what we have paid for.

The worst customer service ever! I would give it zero stars if I could. The staff are not friendly and are rude. To the owner of Tim Hortons “please train your staff and teach them good customer service. ”

I am changing my review from 5 star to 1 star because just now I went there and it was 5 minutes left to 11 pm but still they were close and it's showing on everywhere that you are open 24 hours I know it is only open for drive thru but your hours should be mention somewhere for takeout. But still it was 10.55 it is not a closing time. You should wait for 5 minutes until it closed.

The service here has been really fast lately I’m very impressed. Before I use to wait almost 20 mins at drive through now it’s like less than 1 min.

I just wanna say to manager hire more people. Waiting time is too long and everything is messed up.today there was a guy at teller machine around 1pm he was not aware of houw to take order he dont know how to punch chai tea with sugar.just train them and get good workers.

Worst customer service experience. Location doesn't deserve any stars. Ordered few things 2 lemonade without ice, Along with coffee and iced cappuccino, I had to repeat my order few times and finally I had to double check if he got my order correctly. He confirmed but when we got to the window.the lemonade had ice so we brought it to there attention. Instead of making new ones they decided to dump the ice and give us the drinks so not even worth my money and the ice cappuccino wasn't even made as apparently I never ordered. When I tried to explain few of the employees starting arguing like it was all our fault infront of the 2 small kids I had in the car. This place is a joke and the employees have no skills or training when it comes to customer service.

Worst experience at tim, i am ex worker of tim but this tim hortons has different level of digust. Talking about people, The girl Sukhman she was too rude, i visited 4 times and faced that girl with 0 level of customer service and way of talking. Worst

I often visit this Tim Hortonsas it’s close to my workplace. Occasionally, they make mistakes but that’s ok. There s a girl name Akash, she made my experience at Tim Hortons excellent one. Really Appreciate her good work!

On Sunday morning at 12: 55 am I ordered 2 coffees and it was not busy at that time. Just 3 Cars in front of me and they guys take more than 20 minutes and when I reach the pick up window they take more than 5 minutes to give me 2 coffees. Their workers look sleepy every time.

This is the slowest and disorganized Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I could clearly see that only 2 people were making the food and drinks while half the team is standing around. Also they skipped making my order until I asked about it.

Ordered a coffee with quarter hot chocolate. Paid for hot chocolate with 3/4 coffee. The girl just skipped my order and start making next drinks. After 10 minutes I asked for drink and she started making it. Got a cup entirely of hot chocolate. I confirmed too while receiving. She nodded. It was so sweet for me. Entire money of extra large cup wasted. Problem is that they not only messed up, despite overcharging and after long wait but they were rude. Sigh! If I keep going there, I will lose my caffeine addiction for sure.

Please do not come to this Tim Horton’s.
I ordered a French Vanilla coffee and found a piece of washer in my drink! Very scary. Could have potentially caused me to choke if I had not discovered it. Stay away form this place.

If I would give zero stars, I would have given. The girl on drive through was so rude, she didn't even greet properly. If we talk about more, they charged me and didn't give me the full order. I couldn't go back because I was in hurry and the drive through line was huge.

They do an awesome job. They all have to put up with stuff that nobody would want to put up with.

I usually pick my breakfast from this location, staff is courteous & really fast, they are professional & quick in peak hours!

Recently visited here, totally frustrated with their customer services, the one of the staff members, named as Kamal, Her behaviour is horrible, Kamal who is supervisor in monday’s afternoon, she is lying to us, she is manager here, before us she was talking rudely with one of the Senior citizens, then she started behaving rudely with us, She doesn’t have any customer services skills, even doesn’t have sense or manners, how to behave or talk with the customers and senior citizens. I am the regular customer here, Don’t Wanna come back, because of her rude behaviour. I hope there will be a stern action against her, and teach her a good lesson, so she learn how to behave and talk with the customers, Zero professionalism, Zero etiquettes, Zero manners, Tim hortons please teach her a good lesson, So, Other customers do not have to face this kind of stuff, and they keep continuing coming.

Quick service hear, courteous. Place is always nice and clean.the food - it's a Tim Hortons.great coffee and donuts.

Giving it four stars because of their great customer service. The gal behind the counter was patient and polite. They need more registers open.

The staff are fast and kind, service is fresh n friendly place very busy but the Tim's team is just that a team that works together.

The layout is great plenty of seating and spacious feel not crowded feel and it's a busy location

I go to this tim hortins as close by. And I know everyone works fast and hard at these places. I ordered half dozen doughnuts and said glazed when I meant chocolate dip. I even apologied asked nicely to change three. I was told there is timer I can't do it first of all timer is there for staff which is hard but you dont tell customers you cant fix order due to that. So yes maybe there under alot of stress at work but please provide customer service too. I was not rude asked nicely again got my order changed but with alot of attitude.

If you don’t make wraps after 10: 00 pm then why do you guys show it in the delivery apps menu. Ordered a wrap and all I got was raw bread not even cooked or warmed

Come here daily for my coffees before work with the drive thru. They make good coffee and food as other Tim Hortons always mess up my order. The staff is also nice and drive thru doesn’t take that long.

Worst place on the earth. Unprofessional employees. Bad customer service. Treating customers very badly. I visit this timhorton October 17th at 01.25pm.i order two plain begals and one everything begal one medium steep tea one French vanilla. After waiting for food for 20 minutes the guy told me they don't have plain and everything begals. Only refund for one begal but i told i order three begals. TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

So many places have let customer service go, this is not one of those places. I highly recommend getting your food here. You will not regret it!

I shouldn't be giving any star. If you ask the staffs to check the order, they feel offended and yell / argue with you. Today I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches but was given 3. Please check your orders before leaving the drive through. I agree with the previou post, the staffs have no patience. Next vehicle is ready to be served before you even put your things together

YOU NEED A DAY OFF FROM WORK TO GET A COFFEE HERE. This location should be closed permanently. Drive thru here is horrible, always takes more than 30 minutes. Each car has to wait for ay least 10 minutes in the drive thru.

I am biding this location from last 2 years but now their coustomer service is decreasing day by day. Ordered some food and waited for 10 min but nobody passed it to me when i asked about it the girl find that the food was made and was there at sandwich station only.

Went in today and had to deal with getting dirty looks from a few female staff members, than saw a female and male employee getting all touchy in front of me. Male employee was grabbing females waist and hands trying to pull her closer. They were clearly a couple and had no respect for customers. Won't be coming back to this Tim Hortons

I went to their drive through today around 1: 05 AM and a lady was working there, i gave my order of steeped tea four sugar three cream, she heard it correct and repeated the order, then i went to the window to collect my order and then she repeated my order again and i said yes thats my order, but when i tasted the drink, it was double double coffee. I don’t know what she was thinking while making that drink even after repeating that order two times. ‍️

(Walk-in review) Services is always slow. Takes forever for anyone to acknowledge you. Most times, my order is incorrect. If I'm ordering in the store, I need to repeat myself several times, and still get messed up orders.
I'll order through the app on the way to the store when pressed for time, ('start making it now'), and even when I show up 10-15 minutes later, they don't even start making it until I get there. Fresh food is great, but what's the point of ordering ahead if you're still going to have to wait?
Don't go here if you're in any sort of a rush.

Restaurant was clean, service was friendly, but their drive thru is a nightmare! Very busy, very congested. If it all possible, I'd recommend going inside to retrieve your order.

Super slow, staff are distracted - your food was sitting at the window, they were not even paying attention. It has happened several times over the week. Drive thru shouldn't take more thank fine minutes but every time I have lined up at this location, it has taken about 20 minutes. Looks like the owner of this location cares less about customer service. If you want happy and returning customers, hire more people and train them properly.

We ate in this location this morning we ordered sandwich with bacon, I informed the cashier and she said they will replace another one and we waited for so long and I approached again the cashier and she told me that the supervisor will talk to us and we wait again and the supervisor said he put a bacon on it and he said he can’t do anything we showed the sandwich to them and we just left the store, they are not nice and we will not come back to this store.

It’s 11: 32pm and the drive thru employee was sleepy. Lol! Her voice was so rude. No respect for customer. Poor customer service skills.

A young punjabi guy with a patka mainly works afternoons…. Deals with customers very politely.

Worst tim Hortons in surrey waited in line for more than 20 mins for a coffee, the staff are really slow and by slow I mean slug slow and rude, they have a homeless person begging for money in the drive thru and yells at u when u don't give him money honestly I will never go to this tim Hortons again worst experience I have ever experienced. Think u need to train ur staff on being faster and efficient oh and to have some proper PR

The most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. No customer service attitude, no manners to talk. The worst part is that they're aware of that and still give a damn.

This Tim Hortons is so bad that it should just be closed permanently. Obviously the managers or corporate have done nothing to try to improve this location. I have never seen a business with such negative reviews on a steady and consistent basis! Shut your doors and do us all a favor. Certainly traffic at the strip mall would improve as well.

I went to this location this week.the food i got was not worth it. I ask for potato wedges with chipotle and the food was not fresh. Moreover you can see the quantity they provided for chipotle dipping sauce, it was just half of it. I’ve paid for it but quantity and quality both were bad. Please have a look.

Worst Tims we've been to.always giving the wrong orders, no cup sleeves, doesnt honor the coupon. They said we have to wait for 30 mins before it comes up in their system.mind you, we came from NB and traveled to BC by car. Imagine how many Tims we've visited

I dont like this Tim horton customer services is very bad they don't greet you or try to listen to you they just pass the food and say NEXT CUSTOMER very disappointed, watch out for your food they give wrong food. Their is this brown dude with ponytail he's give wrong food, I order 6 chocolate chunk cookies he put 3 raisen cooking and 3 chocolate I'm always disappointed with this location and their employees this is my last visit to this location

This location continuously makes mistakes on orders. I've had more issues with orders here than anywhere else. Almost every second (if not every) order has an issue. This time it was forgetting the hashbrown; which has happened on more occassions than I care to remember. Another time it was giving me an sausage and egg muffin, the egg of which I am allergic to and so can't eat. I have spent more money for items I can't eat or not given, than I have on proper orders. I always see Tim Hortons in the news complaining about losing customers and I want them to think that the horrible customer service has something to do with it. I am definitely done with this location and possibly the entire chain as there is no care for the customers.

I wish if i could give zero stars to them because the girl in drive thru was literally throwing the food which is really disgusting no customer service at all

To the owner/manager of this location: PLEASE hire someone who speaks proper English & has decency to talk to customers! I'd rather take my business to Starbucks where I know I'll be served properly
