Really bad service. Staff was very rude. Food was cold. When I asked for the veggie wrap the staff member yelled to ask which one i wanted.

I've consistently visit this location every morning around 6: 30am on my way to work and hardly any issues until about a month ago when quality of coffee dramatically dropped. To the point I don't even bother anymore. Very disappointed

Clean, big space, good decor, food it is ok according with the price (my fav is cilantro veggie bowl). Staff is always busy so take longer if order directly from the cashier.

Very good place the people are amazing, food is really good drinks aswell and comes pretty quickly.

Everytime I order here my order comes out being wrong. Drive through or inside it doesn't matter, I always get something wrong whether it's a different sandwich or drink. This time I ordered a chamomile tea latte and they gave me coffee and jusr threw a tea bag inside, sadly I only noticed it when I got home. Annoying D:

I went to this TimHortons with special need people and we waited for 10min to be helped while no one was in the line. When I asked why it took long the staff member which I found later was the store manager said you are not patient at all and you complain for no reason he was very rude and disrespectful and he threatened me that if he looses his job if I complain he is gonna come and find me

Went to the drive through today 11: 30ish this morning. Ordered 4 sausage biscuits, 4 hashbrowns and a large coffee. Got home to find 2 sausage biscuits only, 4 hashbrowns. I usually check the order but after asking the young guy serving, yes, 4 and 4 he said. Tried calling the location, no one answers. Check your order before you leave.

It was a terrible experience today. I drove up to TimHorton. Ordered a coffee with double sugar and double milk and a burger. I waited for 10 minutes. Then I was asked again for my order. They gave me black coffee without milk and sugar. And a burger is completely different. I saw it only when I got to work. I didn't have breakfast. Thank you for being so irresponsible about your work. Very sorry.

I am uber driver I regularly use shell gas station at 4314 W 10th Ave, Vancouver, BC for gas and today there staff was very rude and didn’t allow to use the washroom, he did with most of the uber driver today
Very bad experience

Every time I come here, and I come because it's on my way to work, it seems like there are countless employees, all for the drive thru. You stand in line and they take forever to serve you inside the store.yesterday I was waiting for my hot chocolate, something simple to do, while two attendants were chatting with nothing to do. This is the worst Tim Hortons ever.

I love the place. Plus they accept USD which is a life saver for us. 24 hours coffee shop is definitely the best thing about this.

Some of the morning drive-thru staff are absolutely lovely, cheery and even remember my order. Others however stare blankly, even when I smile first and say good morning. It's really off-putting to start your day with your first face-to-face interaction with someone that's glaring at you and seemingly incapable of smiling. Since I will keep coming here, it would be nice if someone could give these people could get a quick lesson in basic customer service. I know they're capable of smiling - they do it to each other - they just return to the drive-thru window with a totally dead face. Cheer up, please. We all had a job like this once, life is what you make of it.

Dirty not well kept, all coffee all food is served on disposable plastic Styrofoam containers. I guess it is a covid left over or lazy labour saving environmental nightmare.

Then they pretend to recycle these materials which is another lie, the containers and garbage is all mixed and disposed of improperly out back u can see it with your own eyes if u care to look.

I will not go back the service was a pretty awful. The old Timmy's is long long gone, it was always fast food with a little care, ceramic hot coffee cups and dishes was the best part, a smile and service with care, somebody always wiping tables. I don't even recognize this hole and with the bathrooms and restaurant, garbage, floors and facility this filthy you can only assume the care when handling and preparing food must been done with same care.

The toilet use at your own risk.

Will not return to Tim Hortons. The Maple Leaf disgraced.

This used to be the best in the West. I don't know what happened in the past year or so, but service is very slow and frequently getting the wrong product

Every time I come here, and I come because it's on my way to work, it seems like there are countless employees, all for the drive thru. You stand in line and they take forever to serve you inside the store.

Lady behind the counter was super friendly even though the previous customer was a total jerk to her. 2 doughnuts and a large coffee for under five bucks! It's not gourmet, but I'll take it any day of the week.

Unfortunately, probably it was just at that time but the process of taking order and then making it was super slow. All female workers were working at that specific time and we were on counter for about 5mins but no one even mentioned that they are busy and will take out in a bit and then after we placed order took long and other customer were waiting.

There aren't enough staff on weekends, waited 15 minutes in line for my order in-store. The employees all looked stressed out and there were multiple orders that needed to be fixed.

For a place that doesn't have to cook anything because everything's pre made they sure do take a long time to put a little bit of food in a bag And stir some coffee Been waiting in drive-through line at least 15 minutes

Quality of food the past couple months has deteriorated to a point where it's not even worth coming here

This place is understaffed and the new kiosks they use create a major disruption in proper and timely service. It's a conversation that's getting lots of attention with regulars. Get rid of kiosks or start streamlining the ordering process.

Sep 22,2021. I buy 2 coffee at this location in N. Vancouver.
I am holding up my Tim Horton card to scan and the middle aged male cashier is not paying attention and forgets to scan my card.
I remind him and scan my card but it is too late, he already processed my order. I scanned my card again but I did not get my roll up the rim chances.
I always have issues with this particular male cashier. It seems he is not properly trained and is unsure with the customer's orders. I always have to repeat my orders, For example, I always order 2 small coffee and 1 cream each and no sugar. I always have to repeat it 2 or 3 times to be sure and I go there 3 to 4 times per week and he does not know/recognize his customers. I do not have any issues with the other cashiers. One lady cashier knows my order before I order.

April 21,2021.4: 00PM. 1384 Main St. North Vancouver.
I go into tim hortons to redeem my 180 points for a free breakfast sandwich. The cashier tells me to buy something first. So I buy 2 small coffee then I scan my phone for the free sandwich. The free sandwich does not come up on the screen. The elderly female cashier does not know what to do. She keeps me hanging. She does not even ask the manager for help. She gets all angry and starts mumbling and arguing in a loud voice with me in front of all the waiting customers. Some customers leave. No apology or free sandwich. Terrible customer service. I don't recomend this location. I had many problems in the past at this location.

March 24,2021.3: 05 pm. 1384 Main St. North Vancouver.
I redeemed my 2 free coffee from the roll up the rim promotion and paid for 1 coffee. I scanned my Tim Hortons card. The female cashier did NOT know how to do the order in one transaction. She did my order in 2 separate transactions: 1 paid coffee and then 2 free coffee.
I did not get my points and no roll up the rim. I asked why and she transfered me to the manager I assume. I did not get the points/roll up the rim because the 2 separate transactions were done together in less than 30 minutes. Strange explanation. No apology and no extra service.
Second time this has happened. Some of the cashiers are NOT trained properly to deal with this kind of issues. I just told them to forget about it. It just causes more frustration/stress for myself. It's not likely I will win the car, right?:)

Some mornings the drive through can get very busy and you should allow a few extra minutes to get your coffee.

GF wanted a double double. Personally I find TH's coffee and food disgusting. I would give this rating no stars if that was an option.

First time here and service is great, its fast clean and proper (napkins and sleeves proveded without asking). My bagel is tosted black but it could be because i asked to double toast it.

I go through the drive thru here occasionally on my to work and every time I keep trying to remind myself to write a review for this place, finally getting to it. The morning staff at the window are exceptionally friendly, quick, and everything is hot and fresh. I have not had a bad experience at this location in my two years of working on the north shore.

Krispy chicken wrap: absolutely disgusting. Chicken was mushy and full of fat. The bacon was warm, mushy and not even cooked.

Don't even bother going to this location for your coffee on the way to work. They usually only have 1 person on the cash inside and 2 to 5 running the drive through. For some reason they manage to make the inside line wait 10 to 15 mins with a line out to the road. People need to get to work in the morning and at 6am everyone is worried about getting to work late. They need to pick it up a bit.

Ordered the beyond meat lettuce & tomato. Was not asked for cheese or butter/margarine to be put on it. Drive away. They have put cheese & butter/margarine on it.

I ordered this sandwich KNOWING that it does not come with cheese or margarine/butter on it. However, every time I have gone through this (and many other Tim Hortons) they can’t seem to figure it out.

Do not go here if you have any preferences/changes/allergies that need to be noted. They will mess it up & you will be left feeling cranky, hungry & lose a few dollars.

I usually go to this location because of the drive-thru and they are a great location. Unfortunately the quality of the food being given out is sub par. I’ve gotten squished bagels, ripped and squished lunch wraps. They’re quick, but there isn’t much care for your food. Also the manager and some employees are pretty rude to customers.

Used to be quick in the morning something is wrong always huge lineup drive thru so I go inside only for a coffee and it takes so long figure it out timmies come on

We went through the drive thru ordered food. As the server was giving my my coffee she spilt on the counter. Have me a new coffee then I had to walk back and tell her she forgot my wife's drink. The we drive to Burnaby opened our bags and they didn't give us the donuts we had paid for! Very poor service

I have been going to this timmies for years but it keeps getting worse each visit, I even travel from east van to north van because I know it's the better of the tim hortons. This time I paid for cookies and when I get home they aren't even in the bag!? That's $3.00 worth of cookies I don't even have! Tim Horton I want my cookies! I want consistency! Who forgets lettuce on a bagel Belt it's even in the name! Where are my cookies!

Staff is rude and quiet in the drive through, my order is quite often messed up and today I got to the window and then they told me they didn’t even have what I ordered and already payed for. Staff is terrible.

So for months I thought I was going crazy becasue my points card would get to 6 of 7 then I would visit thus location scan my card and carry on. But then I'd scan my card the next visit at any store expecting a free coffee as trip 6 of 7 plus another visit (7of7) equals free coffee, but time and time again I'd get trip 1 of 7 and KNOW I hadn't received a free coffee, I chalked it up to me being tired until recently. I had not been working in North Van for almost a month, every week I would have a free coffee on Mondays, Thursday's and Sundays, just seemed to be how it went. ALWAYS receiving a free offee after trip 7of7. This week we are a little close to broke after spending too much Canada Day, we get paid tomorrow (Fri). My fiance and I went for morning coffee and I went into the store saw trip 6 of 7, then after work went for two xl in drive thru and paid $4.80. Later that evening anticipating a free coffee for morning we added up what we would have for dinner. I decided I'd go for a timmies smoothand wasn't sure if my free drink from points would cover it, I asked the lady and she said yes so I tap my card and. Trip 1 of 7. W. T. F!? So i asked her what is going on and explained to her that not only was I psychotically on top of this right niw her manager at the next till was the one who took my $4.80 and scanned my card just 2 hours prior. She gets him he also tries to explain in need to make it to trip 7of7 for a free drink. I told him I did and if that's the case why did he take full payment for my drinks earlier? He just didn't know and just didn't have a solution. Everytime we go here we end up having to order our drinks plus sugar anyway becasue it's never EVER correct. Either too much cream and not enough sugar or too mucn sugar and not enough cream. Like why can't I even pay someone to do something CORRECT, I had to stop ordering iced coffees as they'd fill the cup with cream up to where the words BEGIN from the top (1/4) of the cup full of cream, and ads cold coffee. I began ordering light cream and it was still a white gross digusting cream beverage. I haf haf enough of just paying for cral and throwing it out I can't afford it, besides I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO! Anyway I tell the girl I ordered light cream, she argued that it was light cream, despite being mostly white, and told me I should drink another drink I obviously don't like iced coffee. This was the first time I haf returned a drink to this location. They don't seem to understand they're not adding coffee syrup but cold brewed coffee. I've just had it with this spot but don't have many other options in this area.

Decent Tim Hortons, plenty of seats for eating in and kept clean. Staff friendly enough. Drive through at this location helpful.

It's a Timmies, the food and drinks are the same quality as others. The service is bad though, just the slowest staff I've ever seen.

What kind of place serves coffee all day but stops making breakfast sandwiches before noon. Kind of defeats the purpose of being open 24 hours, especially if you're a breakfast/coffee oriented establishment. Starbucks >

Never a bad experience for me at Tim Hortons and this trip was no different. There was a small lineup and the staff got through it quickly, they got my order correct and the food tasted great.

Slow and rude stuff.and how stupid is it that in the morning just serve grilled cheese inside and not at the drive-thru?

Grilled cheese sandwich was burned. When I asked for another one the replacement was also burned. This is an obvious problem with the equipment. I took chicken strips instead!

Very busy location - shares same plaza as Canadian Tire - but there isn't much that makes it different from others. If you have an electric car, I do not recommend charging in front of the store. It's a busy corner with cars turning and full of blind spot if backing out.
