The guy served us after touching cash and didn't clean His hands, as he touched the top of our coffee cups with his dirty hands. The counters' doors and windows were dirty and needed a clean

I worked for Tim Hortons once upon a time. It has a lot of work to do before I will consider it anyplace decent to go and eat ever again. They used to get your order right to a T, then they went to not being able to make your order correct to save their dang lives and now around 10 years later (yes, a freaking decade) they are FINALLY getting peoples orders right again, at least in the Victoria area. I’m not saying Dunkin’ Donuts is much better, but I am confused as to why so many eastern Americans want Tim Hortons so bad…. Honestly the world would do better without either.

Served by Cheryl this morning and couldn’t have asked for a nicer welcome. With a great smile and calm approach to a busy line she was friendly and very accommodating to my order which I customized. Cheryl you rock star you made my morning.

Not my usual Timmies but on par for what is expected. Food is done problerly, orders are accurate and staff is kind and polite.

One minor issue is you may wish to avoid this one if you are driving a larger vehicle because it is a small parking lot and at peak times it can get difficult to maneuver in and out.

Cheryl served us with an amazing attitude. She was so helpful with answering our questions about the new coffee listed on the menu. Her happy vibes spread through the room. Thanks Cheryl!

I know it's hard to recruit staff.

That said.it took 12 minutes in line to order a cup of tea. Another 5 minutes before I had my tea in hand.

So almost 20 minutes to get a cup of tea.

Could have driven home, put the kettle on and made myself a cup of tea.

Bought a Keurig and Tim Horton's steeped tea pods so I can make my own and not waste time like that.

I was nearly late for an appointment because I never expected it to take so long to get a cup of tea.

There were a lot of what I think were people struggling with addiction at this location, and that's neither here nor there.

But being asked for money by 3 different individuals on my way in to the restaurant, put my guard up.

Then to have the individuals I said no too (who carries cash now?) starring at me while I waited in line for so long (guessing to see if I paid by cash or card? Maybe) was really unnerving.

I doubt very much I will return to this location anytime soon.

This location can't help that it is so close to the previously homeless population now housed in the motels the province purchased.

I know they have no control over who stands outside their restaurant asking for money.

Perhaps they need to hire security personnel so patrons feel safe?

At the very least they need more staff so that line ups don't take so long. That was absolutely crazy.

Lately I've had to abandon waiting at this location to grab something next door. A lack of employees is making this a location I now tend to avoid. I know staffing is a problem everywhere, but somethings wrong when other places, including the ones right next door, have plenty of staff and little to no waits. Also for the high number of food orders they often only have one person making food. Today I turned around after seeing the lunch line was going to take much longer then I have time for on a short 30 minute break. Hire some staff and maybe give them some perks or I dont know how this location can stay running.they already close super early now as it is. Its unfortunate, but there is another location down the road that seems to be a lot better staffed.

Quick service and good food, what more can be said. I can get coffee for my crew for $10 great deal.

Love the coffee! I don't much like the 100s of beggars and addicts trying to get me the $$ I use to buy the coffee before I even reach the front door

This place is the city's dump. Un clean environment with sloppy work. Awesome work Tim doing great here!

The plaza that those Tim Hortons is located and definitely requires a security guard. There’s street people screaming in the parking lot and sitting outside of stores swearing and being aggressive and it’s very uncomfortable going into a store when you feel like you’re going to be attacked so please Victoria put in some security in this area and help the locals feel safe thank you

I always mobile order and they always have it ready super fast! I’ve had an error a couple times with my order but they always fix it for me and are very nice about it which I appreciate:) anytime I’ve been in, it’s usually pretty clean.

Ticks most of the boxes like alot of timmies locations but the sandwich I ordered for take out when I opened it up looks like it had gone through a Blender first. Really messy and the ingredients where more out of the bun than in. They weren't very busy at the time so just hoping it was a one off.

They dont give you all of your items and the quality isnt up to Tim Horton's standards. I worked at Tim Horton's for 3 and a half years so I know what they do day to day. Yesterday they forgot to give us a glazed cinnamon bun we paid for, we called right away when we noticed and they told us we can pick it up tomorrow which was fine. My man goes today to get it and it's hard and isnt even covered with glaze properly.it's so hard it's like it's a day old! I'm starting to think they are cutting corners to save as much as possible.but in fact it just loweres the quality they put out not happy at all.and it's the only one in my area.so now I know not to order baked goods from there. Update they cant even get 2 medium French vanilla cappuccino right.we got 2 hot chocolates.like come on!

I just had the best timmies experience at this location. The employees were so happy one of them was singing and I got food and a coffee in under 5 mins.

Awful service. Seems like it went downhill after America bought it. Why? Now they're going to not make pots of coffee but use a tassimo type thing. If anyone has one of those machines.just want to give a heads up. If you take it apart, you will see where things start to grow. Green

Not friendly and gave me a 3/4 full large.giving 3 stars because at least my Tim's coffee tastes like a Tim's coffee.

It's a Tim Hortons. Below average coffee, but very friendly hard working staff. If you are tired of paying 3.50 for a coffee. Timmies is a option.

On par with what is expected of at Tim Hortons restaurants. Nothing more but can occasionally a little bit less!

The reason I give it a four is because the staff there are quite nice and accommodating, and probably has the best seats in town. My go to place because of the seats, especially if I go out with or meet up with friends

A classic Tim Hortons coffee shop with a small seating section. Bathrooms are available to customers. Parking is usually easy to find and always available.

One of the slowest Tim Hortons around. No matter what time you go in it seems it's slow. Limited staff working and sadly it is in a rough neighbourhood. Don't go unless you are ok with at least one order error each time. Train your staff better.

This a THE worst Tim Horton's we've ever been to, in several provinces.

Staff is untrained, even the manager, Alvaro who didn't even know how to put through a simple order correctly. No wonder so many of the staff are clueless.

On two recent visits my husband attempted to use a debit card to pay, both times staff said card was declined. We had money in the account both times. Even went over to bank to make sure card was ok, it was. Working at other stores, just fine. No apologies, no freebies.just rude and with a "couldn't care less" attitude.

I attempted to contact TH head office about this but they obviously don't care about actual feedback from customers. Just a generic survey to fill out and no follow up afterwards.

If industry giants like Eatons and Sears can go out of business, so can relatively small players like Tim Horton.

Very mediocre food too.

This is a recipe for disaster. Start listening to your customers! And pay enough so that you get someone managing the place with an IQ over 70. Right now, this location is a big time fail!

Just a pathway to residency for copious amounts of immigrants that seem to have no idea or desire to be excellent employees.

My colleagues and I head over here for a break often enough that the staff know a lot of us by name now. It's busy but we've never had any complaints with the food or the service.

Longer wait than ever if u cant make coffee in 5 min u should higher more people to get it done.i dont have 30 min breaks i have 10 min. 10 in line 5 for u to take my order tell me u nead to make a pot is this tim hortons or bk. I could keep going.fuq

This is a busy Timmies seving all the usual favourites. Located in a busy area close to the BC Transit Garage, and with lots of offices and businesses nearby, there can be line ups at various times. That said, as with all Tim Horton's outlets, service is usually prompt so wait times are only a few minutes. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Seating is limited in this branch so given it can be busy at various times, it may not be possible to get a seat.

Good upkeep of the place, but one of the slowest in victoria. Expect a 15 min wait during the day.

Nice and cozy place, free wifi and washroom facility. Love tim bits, specially the birthday and honey crullers.
