Grill never in use. Take order pay for order. Wait 7 minutes to be told.oh grills not ready for food.wait.and food.

Never have any luck with any food at timmies

Order a chicken bowl. No rice.they asked do you want chicken? We said YES!

After this we get the bowl and NO CHICKEN.

8$ for a bowl of lettuce and tomato. Not happy.

If I could give 0 for food I would.

Ordered a loaded bowl with no rice, decided I didn't deserve any meat either.

Thanks Tim hortons, 2 bad service issues with your stores in 1 day. Never again.

We must've hit Tims just after the dinner rush cuz there was not a single clean table. And the floor was a muddy mess. About 15 minutes after we sat down, one young woman came out on the floor and did a very thorough job of wiping, sweeping and mopping EVERYTHING. Kudos to her for the great cleanup job.

I came in expecting my favourite donut and there it was sitting on the shelf presented infront of me like it was on a pedestal waiting for me but then they were not doing any customer service we waited for 10 minutes without any service so we left in anger and I am still in fury for what happened.

Staff was great but asked for 7 different items at 530pm and not one of the items available so settle for a few different items and got went to eat and they hard and stale.

Food, service and staff was good. However bathroom was dirty with a water hazard on the floor. My friend almost slipped. She reported it but I didn't anyone go to fix it.

The employees in the drive through do not care. No hello, we say: how are you, they ignore and start their robotic work over again. When they open the window with your order all they say is the amount you have to pay. No ‘here you go’. Can you at least pretend you care?

Had to get some camera footage of an incident at the gas pump for ICBC. Staff Jeeshan and his female coworker were incredibly helpful and super friendly. Excellent customer experience.

This Tim Hortons is in a very convenient location however it is always extremely busy because of that. The lines do move quickly and for the most part the staff are friendly but sometimes you do get the odd staff member who can be quite rude as they are obviously very stressed with the amount of work. They also run out of items very quickly due to the amount of customer traffic coming through. Great place to stop in for a drink though because they don't run out of those. And I have to admit the staff very well equipped at dealing with large customer volumes. This Tim Hortons comes attached to a gas station so I've never really been inside and don't have much to say about the inside if they're even as seating or whatever but I do know that it is not completely attached to gas station because I have been inside the gas station and you can't enter the Tim Hortons from there so I assume that there's seating available. There's a large parking lot but again parking lot is usually quite full seems to be the location as this is a place where people could stop coming from South Island North Island or from Sooke.

Too slow, took forever to get service inside, they need to quit rewarding the drive through patrons and punishing the walk inside customers.

Fix your toilets. How is it even legal for you to operate without toilets?

5  If food premises provide seating for dining purposes and are not subject to building bylaws adopted under the Local Government Act, the operator must ensure that washroom facilities are provided for the use of the dining patrons in accordance with B. C.  Reg.  216/2006, the British Columbia Building Code Regulation.

Not good. Ordered a decaf americano, only to find out that we were given some sort of dairy drink. As we were in a rush and had to leave we had no time to swap. Sad, as that drink was dumped and someone else probably got mine.

Such terrible service and inconsistent, unprofessional operations. Arrived at 8pm to order grilled sandwich and soup. One sign on door says closing at 10 and another inside says closing at 9pm however we tried ordering and get told sorry we closing soon and griller is off and soup packed away! I say so you closing in an hour but can’t serve customers with products displayed on menu board? Shocking and disgraceful. Simply poor management! As a big chain they should close when they say they close but not ahead of time, so either close at 8pm or remove what is no longer available from menu. Reality is it was Saturday night and young girls simply wanted to get home as soon as shift ended. Anyway we walked out and went elsewhere for dinner.

Terrible service here. Have messed up my order every time I’ve gone here. At least they are semi polite. I will not be coming back here after the 3rd time in a row they have forgotten something I’ve ordered and paid for.
