Tim Hortons

I won't be surprised if this restaurant starts getting more negative reviews!
It used to be the spot pre work at the mall for so many, one of the last ones standing that made the food right with care.especially being that they just reheat things.can't really call them cooks.
I have been disappointed too many times here now, there equipment is always broken, noone smiles like they used too! I remember when I was a teenager and worked at Timmies it was a must that you smiled at each customer as it was usually the first face they saw in the morning.
They over cook hashbrowns to much here, the new manager is going to bring this place down in rep, too much shows poor management here.bring back the old Timmies crew! I miss good food with good coffee and a smile to set the day off right, I find myself having to cheer the staff up more than I should have too, tho I don't mind just need a good hashbrown! Is that too much to ask, the money was good wasn't it?
Cheers everyone there is a Tim Hortons every block avoid this one till they get it back together. My cup lasted 40 mins on the hashbrown it was so hard, while the manager rudley declined a new one she said it was the new hashbrown

Guy that took my order was very rude.and two girls were busy talking.didn't bother telling me my order was up. I had to ask.worse rude staff ever

This morning i went to tim at 7, there was one philipino ladie she said we r not open yet timing is 7 and even she didn’t say hi gd mrng.
Her behaviour was rude.

I think this Tim need to be work on customers service

If it was possible to give less than one star, i would have given that to this specific store. I ordered iced latte, and not only they don’t know how to make it, i also contacted customer service and customer service just said the management team will contact me. Nobody contacted me till date. I have had ordered iced latte from different stores in okanagan and also in Vancouver and everyone makes it same except this store. I will never go back again to this store.

Very bad service
A person on a counter not take the order in proper way, not give much attention to order. As I ordered veggie wrap but she put beef in it.

This Tim is always crowded as it is located inside the Orchard Park so they are out of many things at times but still a great place to be for a coffee or a donut

The cashier and person who served me were rude. They made my drink wrong [i orgininally asked for an iced coffee and they gave me an iced capp] and when I asked for them to change my drink the lady didn't say anything and aggressively took my drink back. She made me the iced coffee but it was way too sweet to the point that it was undrinkable. This is not the first time this has happened the quality of this Hortons is not good anymore, I would rather go to another coffee shop in the mall and get something a bit pricier for better quality. They need to improve costumer service and start to make the drinks right.

Very bad place. I ordered a mocha ice Capp with no whip top. They gave me vanilla ice Capp with way too much cream and half filled glass. It took them 10 minutes to give me just one thing that too wrong. When I asked them to fill it to the top, it took them another 2-3 minutes. Also employees are not welcoming, they never smile or greet.

I like to offerings however whomever is running this Tim's needs to better train their staff they are slow and forgetful - the place needs to be bit cleaner front if the house and the back.

I have not been able to card electronically.there seems to be glitches with the wifi in both places I went to.

Always fast and courteous, sometimes the order is incorrect but I order quite a few times a week and mistakes can happen. But they're always quick to correct. Best Tim Hortons in Kelowna imo.

I was in this location on 5 March 2022, between 4: 30 pm and 5: 00pm. Cashier (Ariel) working at the moment was so rude to all male customers. He was so friendly and flirty to female customers. No Hello, No Thank you. Super rude and unprofessional. I recomment management to step up and make this place welcoming for all people.
