Ordered a hashbrown and bacon wrap.

Hashbrown was super soggy, almost liking.
Bacon wrap was missing bacon and was wrapped in a way that it was extremely doughy.

Very slow in the mornings. All timmies resteraunts are beginning to be really really slow service

The staff seemed very confused about what was supposed to be going on. There didn't seem to be any order to the the place. One employee was making coffee orders, two were making food orders at two different stations and one person taking customer orders. There were like two others wandering around doing who knows what. The one taking food orders didn't seem to understand what the customer they were helping was trying to order, and they were having to try and explain it to her several times. It took a few minutes for me to get someone's attention to see if my app order was ready. I found my order sitting on the counter but I couldn't get anybody's attention at first. Finally someone acknowledged me and I was given my order. As I opened the bag to grab what was supposed to be a sausage breakfast sandwich, I was disappointed to find that it was a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately I was already in the Uber headed to work and couldn't take it back to get corrected. I was more disappointed that I wasted 1100 rewards points and didn't get the sandwich I wanted. This was my first time at this location and would be my last if it weren't the closest to my hotel with parking. I hope they get it together before my next visit. Guaranteed I'll be double checking my order before I leave next time.

The only 24 hr eatery near my home. Friendly staff and tasty foods as well; but sanitation needs some work, spotted rats running around the store more than once

Why do I keep coming here?

Literally the *only* reason is because of the plant-based breakfast sausage sandwich. The rest of the Tim Hortons experience is a masterclass in micro aggressions.

- no sleeve on your coffee that’s hotter than the inside of the sun
- floppy, flaccid hash browns
- slow, disorganized service that mumbles all the orders so nobody knows what’s what (staff and customers both)

The *second* one of the other fast food chains make a plant based breakfast sandwich will the the last time I ever set foot in a Tim Hortons.

Went in for one thing, just a beef and cheddar sandwich. Parking lot is very busy there but that's not their fault. Service was very quick, helpful and friendly when both ordering and picking up the sandwich.

Unfortunately the batch of beef I got in the sandwich was of very poor quality. Had several hard, blobby pieces in it that I had to spit out. It was disappointing considering the sandwich was not cheap (around 7 bucks).

Most likely just bad luck but unfortunately that's the thing I remember that left a bad taste in my mouth (literally)

Absolutely zero sense of urgency. Always under staffed and under managed.
There is no flow at this location, be ready to wait 10 min for a coffee.

Tim hourtons really has to start making their service better. Nobody smiles at this place, it feels like a chore for them to take your order. When you are waiting in line, they yell out your order and just leave it there. Why don’t you guys take names for each order and call by name? So many people order the same things and get so confused at the counter. Package all their food, drinks by name, and this will be a happier service for both parties.

Great staff and speed of service at this location. However, parking and entrance to parking is an issue.

Not enough employees have mever seem 2 tills open in my life and eveeytimr i go here its a backed up line. Crazy rediculous

Parking lot is a mess. There are often times a line after people are done working out at the gym which is in the same plaza. The food is standard Tim Hortons. My mom forgot me at dance class a couple years ago and they let me use their phone to call home.

This is a very slow location. Even 3 or 4 people ahead of you means it could take 15 minutes. The food also leaves something to be desired.

I stopped by & ordered a DARK ROAST coffee. They didn't have it at all. It's 7: 00 am & it isn't available. A little disappointing.

Head over at night with the guys once a week. Had enough of them not having product. 10pm and they don't want to make anymore doughnuts. Suppose to be 24hr shop!

Generally pretty good but the last time I was here they were out of my favorite timbits. And the ones I bought we're stale. Probably a one-off though.

All their wraps and sandwiches are cold. They just heat up the old stuff and they give it to you and now they dont even heat it up properly.

Standard Timmy’s. The line up was quick and they had what I wanted. The parking lot is a little tight. Not too bad for a quick stop off on the way to your destination.

Horrible service, I ordered a XL steeped tea but they didn’t have enough so I waited 15 min for a fresh brew. A new customer ordered a steeped tea they served that customer and ran out of the tea again, then they asked me what I was waiting for yet my order was right in front of them on the screen.

This one is open all night but the display cases were empty at midnight except for one shelf with odds and ends. Always Fresh?

The older brown lady working was very rude and did not even say a SINGLE word during our whole interaction. However, she did greet the next guy (Caucasian man) with huge smile. At least try to be a little more discrete with your racism.

There is ALWAYS something wrong at this Tim Hortons, a screw up on the order or things which they are inexplicably not serving. One time I went there and had three things I ordered back to back declined, the employee saying " we are sorry sir we are out of that". Common things too-bacon, chicken, strawberry flavor.

The location is open 24 /7 almost.the day staff are polite and get orders done fast. The night staff are ok but watch your order as you could be the only person in there and they would get your order wrong.

Walked in 8: 30 am Asked to use the washroom for special needs. The manager told me the key was with the owner and will arrive 9: 30 -10 am, I asked to her to make sure. She was hesitant to care enough.washroom key should be at inside the restaurant. Not with the owner

If you order make sure to check before you leave to see if its correct. Usually the coffee is made wrong and the food is slapped together so carelessly it resembles baked vomit. Window service is usually rude and unpleasant leaving you feel like why did I ever come here feeling.

Go there for late night coffee, donut & wifi. Next to Steve Nash hence parking problems during regular hours. Customers not following COVID-19 procedures. Older male sat on window sill next to me talking on phone.

This is a great place for a quick bite. Me and my wife went there when we were dead hungry, we were glad that we got pretty quick and good service. We would recommend this place.

Calmed music, noble fellow customers, wonderfully modest and accommodating staff.with personality!? Like coming home.oh yes, and good coffee and bits, at very affordable rates

Try the iced coffee substituting milk instead of cream and no liquid sugar. It is a different taste but once you are used to it, so addicting!

Terrible customer service. Nobody wants to help with my order and say come back next day when there's a manager on duty. Garbage service.

Night crew provides exceptional services. Magan, probably the manager was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place.

I went here on a Friday morning (Sept 18) to purchase half a dozen donuts.

I walked past the service counter and ended up waiting in the pick up aisle not knowing where or who to order from.

As I was standing there waiting patiently, one of the employees/service manager hastily snapped at me, stating that was the pick up section and to order, I have to go to the till.

There were no other customers in line and I had not been to this Tim Hortons in years so I was not familiar with its ordering system.

Now given, under this current pandemic I understand that new safety regulations may have altered the ordering process which could lead to confusion. But still.

1. If they had a sign posted to indicate which aisle is for pick up and which aisle is for ordering, which I did not observe, then maybe a bigger and a more visible sign is required to indicate this.

2. As I stated, there were no other customers in line, and I walked right through the ordering station while there was no server to even greet me, let alone take my order; they were all huddled around the pick up aisle which prompted me to naturally go where the servers were at the time.

3 stars because I have been to this location in the past and had no issues. Also, this location tends to have a very good selection of donuts which are usually very fresh.

I normally wouldn't make such an issue over a small incident, but the fact that an employee snaps at me for being in the wrong area because of their negligence and lack of structure, is reason for me to call them out.

*To the management at this Burnaby Tim Hortons on Lougheed:
Implement and organize your ordering system so it makes more sense to the Customer, and train staff to understand basic customer service principles where they don't snap at you in irritation when a customer has a misunderstanding.

Good but one of the ladies at the counter is so rude. No welcoming expressions on her face as if customer is a burden.

The old small fat lady with white hair is very rude. I just asked for a straw and tells me what to do about my drink that I order. You don't just tell people what to do with their drink because you don't know the situation this person is with. Don't show rudeness when you're under pressure. This employee is like racist the other people who asked something from her it didn't bother her. Id like to kick her out of there.

If you like Tim.you probably miss when they were Canadian! But it is a good place to stop by and grab a coffee or something quick.
The personnel is not bad, this is busy point.i think they need more help at some rush times.

The worst coffee ever at this tim hortons. I called to let them know the coffee I got was old, she was no help.

I stopped in the Tim Horton's on Lougheed, I had a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. This is the first Timmy's that actually toast the bagels. The service here was the best. Keep up the great work.

Less staff, always long line up. The workers very weary due to staff shortage. Pure slavery. Since the change of Ownership, it is never the same. RIP.

I swear Tim Horton's goes out of its way to only hire the dumbest, slowest people to ever get into this country with Visa fraud.

I give 5 stars because I faithfully use timmies and their products but if you need to plug in to use electronics like a laptop go to McDonald's. Haven't found a timmies anywhere that has plugins in the dining area.

Always slow with long line ups at every Tim Hortons. They could improve the lineup situation if they hired people who actually did their job instead of standing around behind the counter doing nothing. Worst customer service! I don't know why I ever go here. I feel like I've been tricked every time I come visit any Tim Hortons. I don't care how cheap it is.

Terrible, its 1: 50pm and no wedges or plant based options are not availible to order. I asked them when they plan to make more and they gave me a blank stare. Pathetic service.

Hey I am here Nov01 2019 at 11am. No egg. Almost all sandwiches need egg but no egg. Harvest soup is watery not cooked fully. What happens here today? I always thought this is one of the better place but so disappointed.

This Tim Hortons is a joke. Worst service ever. I could write a step by step, but it would take too many characters here.so bad.a joke.

This place is always too busy, people queuing outside the doors is NOT a compliment. I'm typically waiting 5-10 to order.

Literally the longest wait in an otherwise manageable lineup of my entire natural life this far. The slowest people on earth must work here. I will never return to this location during my lunch hour as they have seriously dropped the ball. I ordered soup, and the little shell noodles were way undercooked. If you are pressed for time like I was skip this location is my advice.
