Tim Hortons

In my experience, this timmies is probably the best location for food & drink in mission. They will often have timbits & donuts later in the day, don’t run out as much, and their iced Capps are the most consistent. Imo it’s the most reliable one in mission

There’s a guy there who has a big personality which can be nice & he can be funny, but sometimes he doesn’t know when to stop. He tries to upsell a lot of stuff in a silly way but you’ll say “no thank you” 3x and he’s still pushing.

Training to understand the coffee and related services is important! They serve cold coffee.
I order two large coffee and one med mocha, the coffees was cold and when I asked to make it hot, they told me there is steam come out from coffee so it is hot enough, in the very cold day, we wish to have hot coffee not enough warm coffee and the service provider rude and nonsense repeat the same things.

It's only 9: 40 and they don't have any donuts or timbits. Had to wait 6 mins cause they didn't have any Dark Roast Coffee

Very nice food there. Really enjoyed it. Nothing wrong to say about it. Made some friends, and saw an old friend. Really nice place.

Could have been better had found this bug crawl over and it was quit big so I reported it to staff they laughed between them selfs and went back to work so I found a third worker and told they laughed and said that's not good then went back to work with out doing anything. Nit impressed.

It’s been 3 times I ordered a Egg N Cheese farmers wrap I got it without the hash brown and tbh the service here not the fastest too! You go to the drive through and they make you for 5-7 min to just get your order after you already ordered.
All in all disappointed!

Great little Timmies in our beautiful town. This is the 3rd Timmies to be built here. The staff are friendly, fast and efficient. I always get a welcoming greeting and smile and it makes a difference!

Usual high volume, low training store. Nobody cares absent owners lacking any real management present or otherwise, if you understand the definition of franchise. You'll most likely be sad to see that they are not equal to one.

The ladies here are some of the best in my opinion. Always very polite with me. Of all the Tim Hortons I've been to, this is arguably one of the best.

The girls on the morning crew are awesome. Always smiling and have great advice. But there is one man in the early morning with tattoos on his forarm and supports a fantastic blond man bun that is outrageously rude and does not follow COVID 19 safe work practices. I highly suggest getting your morning coffee from the other 2 great Tim Horton's not far from this mission location. Tim Horton's you have some serious work to do before my family or I ever go to one of your restaurants again.

Sat in drive thru line up for 15 minutes super slow service.gets worse every time we come going to Starbucks next time

We love to patronize this location. Use drive-thru mostly and the service is superb and everything is always delicious and very fast. Never had our order messed up. Great job!

I just get coffee there, IM not much on their food. Drive thru is always painfully slow. I have waited 1/2 hour + many a times just for a coffee. Management cheaping out on paying for more staff on to move things quicker. The money you're saving will cost you in customers later on.

I got a hair in the sour cream timbit, but the staff was polite and respectful and handled the matter carefully

As always, another good cup of Canadian coffee, even though Tim's is now owned by some American conglomerate.

And in some of their restaurants their employees are not even Canadian, nevermind that Tim Hortons has for the most part become overrun by people from India.

With some of these people English is not even remotely up-to-snuff.

The Apple Cinnamon Fog was very tasty and the restaurant was clean

I went for med coffee and muffin.so mad my coffee was like small. I wish I could post the pic. Disappointed in beverage.

Went inside because drive thru is always nuts at this location, was helped right away. Saw that they had Potato bacon soup (yes! The best!) Nope they are out: (not too surprised as they are ALWAYS out of all the soups at every location, decided to try the new chicken strips. They we're good I guess for fast food chicken strips, but it was a three peice for almost $6 and I got two plus a nub.not worth it at all. Would have went back to complain but we had already driven away. I miss when Tim's was good, coffee, donuts, sandwiches and soup! Stop trying to bring in new things if you can't even serve the things on your menu properly.

My buddies and I go to the same Tims every saturday morning.every time we go in, the owner is sitting in the comfy chairs, saving them for his buddies. The tables are all dirty but its more important to him to make sure his pals have nice seats than to make sure the place is clean for the rest of the customers

The service here is terrible. 2 people ahead of me in line left shaking their heads i only wish i had done the same. Still i managed to leave without my replacement breakfast as the counter lady was unable to verify me on the list of unhappy customers.no doubt a long list i then headed to starbucks were service is excellent.

Wife ordered a bowl of crème of broccoli, after dipping her bun several times she seen something black, she thought it was just something burnt but after scooping it out, it turned out to be a fly, when we went to complain she was offered another bowl of soup and a free coffee card, Their lucky their not facing a lawsuit.
