I come here today, to pick up my coffee and lunch, a girl batch name Sanam, She took my order with a beautiful smile. She gave me very positive experience today. She was taking order with such a cute smile and greeting everyone.

They make a mistake in the order and make you go back in line again after you have waited so long for them to give you what you ordered. If I am early it is because I am going to work, I can't wait that long.

Okay so basically, by mistakenly our coffee fell on floor and then the lady on shift at 10: 48pm on october 13th saw us and made faces, while she pulled out the receipt in so much anger, i know we also do closing, but the kind of behaviour your employee have us so disrespecting, we never told how bad the coffee is, but we never said, but we are really disapointed by the service sorry to say.

One of the worst customer representatives they have hired, don’t know what they are doing, I mobile ordered one drink, they let me wait for freaking 10 mins and then one of the representatives comes up and say we don’t have it, like for god damn have respect for people’s time, and when questioned they can’t even reply with a good freaking tone, this location only works just because they are situated near sky train station otherwise no one would give a damn to them and their illiterate employees.

I barely write review on anything but this place make me twice. Give this place another try, but the wait is still ridiculous. Mobile order ahead for 10 mins, and wait for another 10 so what’s the point? Scroll down and there’s a guy saying he got the coffee without milk, so yeah this literally what I got for my ice latte. Did you even add milk at all? I dont even stir it at all, since normally I still visibly see the milk before stirring it myself and taste nothing like my regular latte. Not going back again

HIGHLY unprofessional and rude service from a lady employee yesterday.

I ordered an original frozen lemonade she gave me a strawberry frozen lemonade told her “I didn’t ask for a strawberry lemonade” and she said to me “oh you got yourself confused” making it seem like I didn’t remember my OWN order. When I showed her my receipt she even tried to make it seem like I was wrong and she was right. That is completely unprofessional and rude.

I was a bit disappointed with the sweetness of my coffee every location I go to.
He took care of it very well. Added the right amount and asked me to check the amount of sugar.

Rude, abnoxious, slow customer service. There are a few good, pleasant staff but majority of them can be seen laughing, gossiping, one even argued with me because i told her she completely ignored me and told her there's is no line up and you guys are standing there doing nothing. Then, in her language, she tells her coworker something while throwing the English word frustrated as if to say i was frustrated or she was frustrated idk. But I come here almost every day, and I've given them the benefit of the doubt, but their team is lacking great customer service. I'm not asking to go above and beyond, but at least try to look like you care about the customer's.

Honestly, probably one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to which seems to be getting progressively worse as time goes bye. It isn’t unusual to be standing there waiting over ten minutes for an Iced Capp while the that were people behind you ordering receive theirs. The majority of the staff are incompetent and rude when you simply ask a question. This Tim Hortons has the unfortunate luck of being placed directly down the street from 3 homeless shelters, so it is a daily “thing” to have groups of them outside or inside, which is fine but some of them have a very foul odour to them. With that being said, my Biggest complaint is the rude staff and very long wait times.

This Tim Hortons has so much potential when it undergone renovations. The Bathroom is closed indefinitely it appears. Why bother renovating if the bathroom will be closed?

Service is getting worse, not enough staff to provide adequate service. Food is alright.

Management needs to step up and help the temporary foreign worker staff run an efficient day-to-day operations.

I believe that customer service is a total reflection of the company and as such when they are rude it looks badly on the company and that being said I ordered a coffee and the person who was taking orders didn't respond or say hello.

This location has literally dehumanized my mother.
She was paying by card and it fell somewhere inbetween their glass displays. The employees attempted to get it out (they said this wasn’t the first time this happened), and they told her to just cancel the card and go to the bank on a weekend where they are obviously closed.

And when she said she had no way to pay for transit to get home they TOLD HER TO JUST GO OUTSIDE AND BEG FOR MONEY.
NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION. HOLY SMOKES THE UNPROFESSIONALISM OF MANAGEMENT THIS FEBRUARY 4 2023

This place always has people lined up out the door. They rarely open up two tills, to help the ONE till open, the food also takes a long time to come out. Also why is it every time I order food especially wraps they're almost always wrong, I ordered a sausage and egg breakfast wrap and they gave me a hashbrown and egg wrap.

Update I was in here for lunch on Jan 10th and ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and they gave me a sausage and egg wrap! I also waited 25 min for it! I can’t believe how bad this place has got with Accuracy of order!

It was very busy and when my order was ready I asked for condiments, the one staff looked for a moment then went back to what she was doing. I waited for approx 5mins and still didn't receive what I had asked for. The tables were dirty, they had garbage all over.

‘Sashee’ was very rude, placed my order and didn’t let me use points or scan my card, walked away while I was paying and made me take my receipt. She also didn’t put no tomato on my sandwich which I have sensitivity to. Didn’t bother asking for another cause the line is at least 10 mins plus the wait for food. There’s no bathrooms here, I’m here to study and i have to go to safe way for bathrooms. The order system is stupid at this newly renovated location, usually the person who takes your order gives your coffee and donut but now you have to wait for other people to serve it to you at the other end of the counter tables are not clean and the floor is a mess. Staff are useless I waited 5 mins got a sleeve and the kitchen is so slow.

Worst experience ever with the New Westminster 4817 outlet. My order number was 9282 and they handed over wrong order which is 9227. I ordered online few hours ago and sadly online order was placed via new Westminster 4817 outlet and they have arranged it via doordash i guess. And dasher handed over the wrong order when i called the dasher he said this is the order that handed over by outlet to give me and i need to speak with tim Hortons and when i call them they didn't even bother to apologize for the confusion even and they ask me to visit and say my name in the outlet and claim it as i live in Surrey i ask nicely to arrange the correct order again or refund me they refused and ask me to visit the store and say my name and claim it what a unprofessional way of asking customer to do so and she keep asking me.to call doordash and claim from them why should i call doordash i didn't order from.doordash they arrange my delivery via doordash it's their responsibility. Worst experience ever very unprofessional call operator didn't even know the first thing of customer service or relations.

Tim Hortons Digital this is for your attention. And kindly do review how you treat a customer when they call. I called the #4817 store at 19: 49 Jun 17 2022 kindly review the call and see how good is your customers handling by the call operator.

Convenient as I live in the towers just above the store. My low rating is actually based on the exterior of the store. The mall security does nothing to enforce all the no smoking signs the are blatantly ignored.

Besides the new west st regulars sleeping/passed out on literally all the tables in the morning - good location. Every time I head to this tim hortons before work, they’ve ALWAYS messed up my order (missing/wrong items), which is fine; It’s rush hour, I get it. But when they give me attitude about it or brush it off, I absolutely hate this location and would recommend going up to 6th on 6th for a Tim’s run or Starbucks at the station lol.

This location is hit or miss. Somedays the orders are done correctly and every one is present. Other times, they rush and miss things and are rude. Most of the time they are great.

I am really disappointed by the customer service of your employee, HARJEET KAUR. I went there around 10: 30pm and I ordered two iced coffees and choco muffin. She was super rude to me and my friends. When I was trynna order my food, she makes me feel dumb in front of everybody. I would never come back at your place. The worst experience ever.

One of the worst Timmy's I've been to. Lack of cashiers cause an insanely long line up. Once saw a lady sweeping the floor, which was already decently clean, while the line up consisted of 12 to 15 customers. There was ONE cashier.

Poor prioritization skills. Their crew needs how to optimize their performance.

I wouldn’t generally leave a review for a Timmy’s, but this was not a pleasant experience. A few older ladies were sitting beside me and just no regards to anyone around them. The employees didn’t care and just doesn’t feel like a very safe one. It’s also a bit loud. Maybe I came in the wrong time of day, around dinner time. But still, the staff should regulate it a bit more.

Tims is my favourite but this one sucks.just warm hot chocolate, dirty dishes always everywhere, at least a 15 minute wait to even order and they are the most arrogant bunch I've ever had the displeasure of running into.

The staff aren't appreciated enough for having to deal with the type of abusive people that go into the Tim Hortons. The bathrooms are always closed but that's defiantly not the Tim Hortons fault, it's the people who abuse the bathrooms faults.

Always long lines, they don't open their express line till like 6: 01am, they spend to much time talking to each other. They use the excuse that nobody wants to work early in the morning. They have one person do the cash and getting everyone's coffee/beverage at the sametime it's ridiculous.
