This is one of the worst Tims I’ve ever been to. Slow service, extremely rude staff, coffee machines that are always broken, empty bakery cases and oh did I mention they are RUDE? They are turning this store into a third world mess

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a drive thru / location. They don’t even say hello or acknowledge you. Debit machine shoved in my face and then coffee handed without even a hello. Will never go back, such a bad location.

They are out of something every time. Ordered on the app today and they said they were out of the stuff for a pumpkin spiced latte and asked if the iced one would be OK. Since I'd also ordered another pumpkin spiced iced capp, I assumed it was one of those for the substitution, but it was an iced coffee. Not a good substitution at all

I went to buy a wrap and sandwich on this tim; they charged me around 18 bucks just for these two items. Nothing extra was added and employees are usually rude and doesn’t make good food. Not recommended this Tim

Be careful - this morning the staff tried to rip me off $10 with my change, and my expensive bottle of water came with its cap seal broken and the bottle was filled right to the very top of the rim. Seems there may be some scammers in play at this Tim Hortons. Other than that, staff were unfriendly, and the coffee was fine but not that hot.

Terrible service. Always left waiting for unreasonable amounts of time. And they dont seem to know how to recird an order because its wrong 98% of the time.
10/10 would never go there again.

How hard is it to make a coffee with 2 milk and 1 sugar. The people have messed this up multiple times, not to mention the may as well of thrown my coffee through the window at me. Again, let's start reteaching customer service skills.

Worse tim hortons out there. They were completely out of everything at 10 in the morning. Then after telling her I just wanted the coffee she still charged me for other items and was extremely rude.

I have responded to them waiting on a response back.

Orders are constantly wrong and the staff are poorly trained. Drive thru staff don't really listen.

Quite frankly the rudest bunch of people I have ever encountered in any form of food service. They have quite simply given up on any kind of quality and customer service or any any kind of accountability. If you have an issue with them they escalate it into yelling match.

The give me a coffee instead of a tea and when I asked for them to remake is 30 minutes later after finishing my appointment they told me no. And I have gone to different Tim Horton's and been able to refund teas when another location screws it up.this is by far the worst tim Hortons I have been to. I will be driving to the another location 10 minutes down the road for them. I miss when Tim Hortons when someplace I wanted to goto relax now it's about pulling the customer off the door.

Long black hair in my timbits. Almost like it was glazed In them. My past couple experiences have been awful, and the one on oceola is no better. Will not be returning to Tim hortons for a long time. Hope others follow to revamp the business. Disgusting.

Been kinda avoiding here for a bit and came back today to see if they had changed or not.
Big time no they havent.

Got myself some coffees, chillie meal, and time bits. Heres what my expeience was and kinda stays in line with my past orders.
The chillie was soupy and watered down. Hardly any beef, mushrooms or beans. Spicy water was close to this.
The 20 tim bits i had gotten where 10 and 10 or the chacolate and old fasioned. No other ones. Felt a lack of variety there. But i wont be picky there.
The coffees seem to be the ONLY thing this tims is able to do right. And promtly.

Main street is a little better than tims on Osceola rd. In lake country. Save your free coffees while roll ip is going on. If you redeem free coffee you dont get a roll up spin. Wow got cheap since doing roll up on app instead of coffee cups.

These clowns put raw bacon on my gf sandwich and we had to ask 3 times to get condiments on sandwichs even though we paid for it on first trip through drive thru, eventually gf had to go into store to get them. If you have to pick this trashcan of an establishment I would suggest you just sit in the drive thru till they fix your order, they did 5 more orders through drive thru before fixing our 5 second issue. It wasn't even busy.
Total time wasted 20 minutes

Rude and unattentive.
The attendant got distracted several times while taking and order by talking to another TH employee, got the order wrong and when I pointed that out, gave me a rude, pointless excuse and asked me if I still want my food.
I didn't.
Disappointing. Not reflecting of one of the Canadian icons.

Horrible customer service. Ordered two drinks and two wraps. I received one drink at first but realized it was wrong. Handed it back to the worker who put it with the rest of the drinks to be served to the customers behind us in the drive through. I thought this was odd as it should have gone right into the garbage. They hand us the right drinks and then a bag of food which was not what we ordered. We informed the worker who got the manager and they asked us to confirm our order. We asked if we could keep the food as it would go in the garbage anyway, she quickly and rudely said no but that was fine. I still saw the drink we had given back still sitting in the spot with other orders for behind us. Now this food has been touched by us and I felt something was off about this whole situation. So I crushed the food in the bag before handing it back as it was not appropriate to be served to the next customer. The manager was not happy about this and I said it’s going in the garbage anyway. She said thanks for helping me do my job and then called me inappropriate language and slammed the drive through window on us. I called corporate to make a complaint while sitting in the drive through. She finally came back after a few minutes with a piece of paper and the managers number while yelling at me. The corporate worker heard what was said and noted this also. I am waiting on a call from the district manager. The manager was completely inappropriate, disrespectful. I think this store should be shut down for trying to serve food that other customers have touched, it’s disgusting. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!

Easily the worst tims I've experienced. No customer service. Rude staff. Forgot our sandwich and then charged us again saying we didn't order it when we tried to get it. They gave us the coffee and hashbrown for the combo but not the sandwich?

Beware this is the worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to I wouldn’t even give it a one star. They are so unfriendly they never get the order right at the drive through. When I go in to get the order they make you wait at the till for a good 5-8 minutes. I’ve been late for work a few times, also I ordered donuts at around 7: 00 pm they hardly have any and the ones they do have are stale and old they should be ashamed of them selves. They don’t even care!

I just listened the most blatant disregard for customer service ever.and had it followed up with a lack of concern from the manager when I called in the complaint. I know understand why this Tim Horton's has such low reviews. Hopefully the owners of this franchise pay attention to their reviews, and make some staff changes. There is another Tim Horton's 5 min down the road in either direction. I'd recommend passing this one over.

Tables are not cleaned.

I come to this location daily and not once has my order been correct.
I've had to start ordering at the kiosk because every staff member can't seem to ring in an order correctly or has been extremely rude.
Not only have I paid for multiple items that have been missing from my order, but the staff has also argued with me saying it wasn't ordered when I have the receipt to prove it.
I've worked for Tim Horton's for 7 years in the past and I would have never treated customers the way the staff do at this location.
This is one of the easiest jobs, it shouldn't be that hard to get orders correct and be kind to customers.
I'm not one to complain or make reviews but it's getting ridiculous the number of times I've been treated horribly or my simple order hasn't been made properly.

Don't bother going to this tims unless you want to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, no sense of urgency from any of the employees when I got to the window. Half the time they are out of some donuts

I have had enough of this Tim Hortons inability to get a simple tea order right. Unless I have my order taken by the dayshift Manager who gets it right it just doesn't happen. My wife came home with my 2 teas tonight and as always ordered 2 medium earl Grey's with 2 milk 1 sweetener. Well one had cream and the other had no sweetener. I was going thru everyday but will no longer do so because I am no longer paying for the frustration of only getting my order right some of the time. So congrats Timmies on main street you've lost me my wife my friends business. As if you care

By far the worst Tim Hortons we have ever visited. My wife left crying after being yelled at by one of the employees. I went back in to get our money back and the same employee continued to yell at me. I simply asked to see the supervisor and she continued to argue with me. We are never going to this location ever again. Please do the same. Something here needs to change and these employees need to be held accountable for their actions.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever ordered food from. Everyday 9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong. This is in a span of over a couple months. I recommend speaking slowly, loud and clear. Also get them to repeat back your order. Check your bag after you get it. It feels rude, but it's the only way you will get what you ordered.

Order was wrong AGAIN! Ordered a "grilled chicken bacon ranch wrap" 3 times I said "grilled chicken " the person taking the order even repeated "grilled". What did I get? Deep fried. Pretty much done with this place.

In terms of Tim Hortons, it slaps. HOWEVER one in oceola is better.would appreciate if servers attempted to be nicer to customers. Also appreciate if Ice caps were filled higher.

Busy, but not too long of a wait for your order. One thing, the coffee is hot, and I always have to ask for a sleeve, if I forgot to take one in with me.

Both my Hash-brown and BELT were COLD! The bagel was barely toasted, and the BELT was thrown together by someone who either dislikes their job or just someone who doesn't care what is going out the drive-thru window.

I called and was told I would only be able to come back to the restaurant and receive fresh food (I was driving to Vernon, no time to turn around), and they do not offer gift cards for me to pick up on my return.

This was the worse morning experience, and they honestly didn't seem to care; the response was as though it was coming out of a textbook. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority for this Tim Hortons.

Advice/recommendations: Check your food before driving away and make sure it's hot.

Tim Hortons: It would be great if you care about each and every customer as if it were your own personal order

Seriously ignorant service. If you’re working the drive thru you might want to be polite.my order was messed up slightly and I probably wouldn’t have minded so much if I was spoken to respectfully.

It was terrible my husband asked for a coffee they didn't give him his coffee he asked for a chicken sandwich and I asked for the chicken wrap they gave me my coffee and chicken wrap it not him I'm really disappointed in this Tim Hortons
