I don't know why people go crazy for this place. It is no better than McDonald's

Terrible and slow service. As usual, they've run out of Chili, again. Don't they sell the stuff in cans? I've had enough standing inline for 15 minutes at this place. I'd avoid.

The best location in Canada, they always smiling and very helpful and they make sure your order is perfect to start your day right

I ordered farmers sausage breakfast sandwich for me and my boss this morning and I got two sandwiches with that only had meat.no egg, no hashbrown, just meat. If you think of eating here, just starve tbh terrible terrible, I'm not sure why it's so hard to make things right.

Very rude staff, got two creamy chill with no cream or chocolate, asked to add or change. They didn't accept my request. Very poor service.

The workers here do not put lids on correctly which has resulted in tea spilling all over me in the drive through, they give us incorrect orders daily, and they do not listen when you are ordering and make you repeat yourself numerous times. When you speak with the managers on duty and express your concerns they laugh and do not take anything seriously.

When you ask for their managers information to express your concerns they give a false email so you cannot notify them.

As someone whom comes from a background in managing a restaurant, this behaviour would never be permitted nor acceptable. I am very concerned with the training they are providing the workers and the work ethics that they allow in this location. I will be escalating this to head office and leaving a review on better business bureau

The employees don’t know how to make food. I ordered grilled cheese melt. For the price there should be handful of shredded cheese on the top. I worked in tim hortons before nd i know the standards. But there was very little cheese on top nd it was all stuck to the paper bcz it wasn’t grilled properly.

Worst tim hortons ever. Didn’t make a correct order for whole my life. I recommend you guys avoid breakfast if you are going to buy from this place.

This location has never gotten an order right and even the incorrect items are very low quality and messy. Staff needs basic training.

Only reason this location is busy, is because there's very limited options in this area.

Food is always good and fresh. I ordered steep tea which was good and according to the order given.

Well, frankly speaking, the customer service here is amazing. Whenever I visit there, the staff always light up the mood with their smile and politeness. Additionally, the food they make, its made with proper standards. And the fresh coffees also taste exquisite.

I order two medium white hot choclates. You gyz have to just go and press button in machine. I wait for 8-10 min. I understand there are previous orders but if you gyz have bzy SF then please have enough staff to serve the customers.

Don’t leave the window until you confirm every thing you asked for is there. It is nearly impossible for them to get your order right every time. I’ve given up calling them because they just don’t care. It will continue to happen no matter what

Rude, don’t get the orders right, terrible customer service.
Today I went through the drive through and ordered half dozen muffins. I was told to drive forward and no offer was given for me to select the muffin flavours. I had to insist they allow me to select the muffin flavours.

Staff closed even though they are supposed to be open 24 hrs. I see food and staff inside but they put a chain on the door, on a day when they are most needed

Its been a few time I have asked for extra toasted English muffin. And the cook doesn't care. McDonald does a better job at breakfast and give better customer service!

Horrible establishment, bees and flies everywhere. Could not enjoy our meal. Got our order wrong as well multiple times. Will not come here again.

Not a bad Tim Hortans, c.gets very busy for breakfast and lunch though so expect abit of a wait, sometimes

This is the worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been too always a problem always out of something quality is atrocious. Just do yourself a favor and go to the one in queensborough if you have the time

Diffinitely not a four star soup was cold and they had no whole wheat bread they don't have at any time, the white bun tasted stale and dry.

Please Pay attention to the Orders.

I ordered chai tea latte for the first time at Tim Hortons and thoroughly enjoyed it. Went to the airport Tim Hortons and ordered the exact same thing except it came minus the sugar. Didn’t figure that one out until I was on the plane

Employee taking order on drive thru need to learn some costumer service. She don’t even listen the order properly and just say, “see you at window. ”
While Picking up the order, She is in her own world.

I order this morning a coffee triple2x and cinamon raisin with cream cheese bread in drive thru when i came to my work and start drinking they give me a wrong order she give me steeped tea and they did'nt toast my bread.

Worst customer service especially the night staff on weekends. They not even make your order upto the mark, it never tastes good! Sadly this is the only location near my work on the weekends early morning!
Try to save your day by avoiding these rude, arrogant employees!

Every morning i am greeted by the lovely Shafya (she makes my day). I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location. Friendly, efficient, always smilingly. Keep up the great work team: : : : : : : : :)

Worst experience with this tim. They never had hash browns ready in the morning. Only this location doesn’t have hash browns ready for breakfast.

As a full time Canadian and a long time Timmy's customer I must say the attitudes and customer service from the staff at Tim Horton on Annacis island in Delta is terrible. 0 customer service 0 personality and rude! Almost like they are doing you a favor wile you inconvenience them for doing thier jobs.pretty sad!

Once again, walk in customers were left waiting at the counter as all available staff were focussed on the drive thru. When the cashier did appear, she carried on her conversation in a foreign language with her co-worker, barely sparing any eye contact with me. The se situation occurred when I later picked up my order. The food was no different than that of any Timmy's franchise.

All time I have bad experience with this place, drive thru pick up always short quantity in morning 5 to 5.30, moreover today I ordered French vanilla and I drink at my office it's only hot milk. I don't know what morning staff do. Hope next time not happens again.

Quick drive thru freshish food and coffe but needs better customer service at window! Servers dont know how to greet customers how sad for tim hortons a canadian franchise.

Worst Tim Horton's ever! Staff is so rude and always make wrong coffee like how can they mess up order every time? Management needs to be changed, they don't know about customer service and how to make coffee. They literally put whole pack of cream and sugar syrup bottle in the coffee and if we ask them to make it again their staff show attitude! RUDE

Screwed my order up yesterday so we had to buy a bagel twice to get it right. They gave us a free bagel today for the inconvenience but screwed that up to. Got another bagel and it smelt like a greasy griddle and had light griddle Mark's. Only reason I'm giving two stars is cause the staff tries

I order a vanilla iced cap from this location and they gave me little whip topping, when i asked to get extra the manager said to me "not really, no", it looked nothing like the picture, never get an iced cap from this location, The old guy, I think he is the manager should get fired for his poor skills when it comes to handling a client, I got my refund for sure.

Most of the time, employees are rude but yesterday Komal as i recall the name of the girl, she was so nice to me. I got a turkey meal and she served me with great smile. This should happen more often though.

The place is usually quite but trying to get just a coffee takes the staff unreasonably long time to serve. Staff are more focused on chatting among themselves rather than seeing that there's a line up.

I’ve been coming here for a while now. And I can say, this Tim Horton is like any other Tim Horton. It doesn’t deserve 3.3 rating. It needs kind customers who understands the morning rush or etc.

This is a very place with all the businesses around there, so expect to wait whether eating in or drive through. Had the special breakfast sandwichs. 2 for 5$ I do like the sausage there, but they were cold and one missing the cheese.oh well

Terrible customer service. We have a big office and usually have 4 different orders due to different preferred payment methods, which we've been doing for a while and suddenly they do not accept more than 2 orders. I would've been fine if I was given an explanation when asked, not constantly being told NO with a raised voice for no reason.
All I see the employees do is talking and making the drinks at a turtles pace, while being inside or waiting at the drive-thru. Doesn't matter if there's a long lineup. The one woman who almost always takes payments at the drive-thru is always so rude. The coffee always tastes awful, food isn't always hot, and not all of the workers are wearing nets for their hair when dealing with drinks and food. Excited for the coffee house opening up across from Donair Bite, because that's where we'll be going from now on.

Worst Timmy's around. Constantly messing up the orders. Takes forever to get what you ordered. If you go through drive thru you won't get your full order. Coffee tastes bad. The staff are horrible and there's no diversity

I go quite often to this Tim Hortons because I work closely. They are usually very busy in the morning and because of this take a while to get your order. Today I went to get a coffee and a cinnamon roll, I got my coffee however the cinnamon was forgotten, instead the person gave me a small cinnamon cream. Before she put in the system, she even confirmed that what I was asking was a cinnamon roll not cream. Very disappointed.

Terrible. Ordered a Chicken wrap combo - potatoe wedges 1/2 full and half cold. Must have scrapped the bottom of the warming tray for those. Chicken wrap was all lettuce and lettuce was wilted and brown in spots. Super bland and disgusting. Slopped a ton of mayo in there, so it was drowning. I've had the same meal at other Tim locations and its been much much better. Choked it down because it was my only lunch and money was already spent. The quality of the food they are serving at this location shows me that they don't have any concern for product quality or customer satisfaction. Better chances at the Wendys next door. Customer service not great either, not friendly or interested in satisfying the customer. Had to wait 5 min for one of the 6 people behind the counter to bother to come over so I could ask for some ketchup.
