Tim Hortons

They were very quick to get us our food as we were in the drive threw. The lady working the window checked our bag and noticed our food wasn't wrapped nice and tight so she redid it. You do NOT get that level of customer service at most Tim Hortons In the fraser valley. We were driving threw on our way home and should we be in this area again we would deffenitly stop in.

Staff is always happy and does their best to remember the local orders.

Its a very busy spot in the summer so budget an extra few minutes If you're headed in between July and October.

Every single time I've gone through drive thru, our order has been wrong. We have stopped going there all together.

I would give this place a zero rating, I waited almost 10 mins for 3 hashbrowns and 2 coffees, and it's not even busy and the staff communication with the customer was very poor, definitely not recommending this place to anyone

This is the worst Timmy’s in bc they are painfully slow and no one knows what they’re doing I had to ask them to remake the ice Capps and they didn’t want to and they just burn the food disappointed

YIKES! Firstly, the front house staff are working hard; however, where is the management? It looks like a free for all out on the floor?

we ordered a harvest wrap, as they were making it they recognized that they do not carry it anymore. It happens no biggie. BUT we were told to just wait a moment for the refund… no one addressed us.we had to stand back in line to get it.this took about 30 + min in total - that’s with it not being crazy busy.

Ownership needs to get it together. If you’re short staff or lack leadership you should be out on the floor pulling your weight ‍️

This is the worst location with the most incompetent staff I have ever visited. The location wasn’t even that busy and it took 32 minutes to get two turkey bacon clubs made. The people had no leadership and had zero sense of customer service or even care for a customer. I visit osoyoos often and will avoid this location like the plague and recommend you do too. What a disgrace to what I believe is a great Canadian brand. The ownership should be embarrassed.

The line up for the drive thru is very long and takes quite a but of time.
You need to allow for this if this is your choice for ordering

This branch is by far the best one I have been to anywhere in Canada. Super fast, friendly, and always get your order right. They set the bar for the other branches

Very poor service asked for grilled cheese and bacon meal.sandwich had no bacon with it.asked for a fresh new 1 got same 1 back.they just added bacon to original order which was handed over cold and burnt

I visited around 9am and the place was very busy. I ordered via self order. It took them over 40 mins to get the order ready for dine-in. Very very slow service. The drive- through was moving even slower. Place was clean though. Staff appeared upset and were rude. No body was checking any orders, I went up and asked for a small hot chocolate and the staff at the counter just handed it out. Although I had ordered he never bothered to check. A staff member who stood out was the one outside, sweeping. He was very thorough with his task. That was refreshing to see.

Pathetic service, received wrong drink after waiting for nearly 10 minutes. No apology and another 5 minutes wait to get the correct drink. Found staff unprofessional and just short of rude. Will never go back to this location.

Quick service and great coffee (hot or cold). Friendly staff and they remember your name and my usual! I just pull up and say my usual please and they know it's a extra large triple triple with a shot of espresso. Now thats cool service.

Food and coffee is good but given Covid is here, they do not clean their tables ver often. Was here for at least 1/2 hour and no tables were wiped out of 5 that were used! Be careful here.lol

Had a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. If my iced coffee isn't good I don't return it and the sandwich was good

All tables were dirty, hadn't been cleaned in a long time, I would not recommend the Osoyoos Tim Hortons, definitely needs better management

Ordered food for 3 people took 20 mins to be made. Ordered a grilled cheese panini and the cheese wasn't even melted. Wanted potato wedges and the cashier argued with my that saying an apple fritter would be cheaper. Which is true but if the did like I said I wanted they would have made more money.

The food is good, but overpriced in comparison to other fast food places and the coffee is s***. Not at all what it used to be but if you like super weak coffee, this is the place to go

Horrible service at this Tim's. Asked for tea get coffee. Stand at counter for 10 mins before I am even acknowledged bit the first time. I have waited 29 plus mins being the first in line to place my order. They really need yo get it together. Ih and inky 10 in the store.

Too busy to give us the key of bathroom. I’m sure we’re not the only one with this problem. But generally it’s okay. For the food and drink

Employee by the name of Richard does it all. He is amazing, swift and very efficient. He was baking cookies, cooking the chicken, pulling things out of the oven while walking by and still managed to help with the till when the girls needed help:) one of the best timmies I’ve been too

Bad service inexperienced staff out front on abused sat morning. I shall not be getting coffee there for some time the whole staff looked as if they slept in their clothes and arrived late for worked.

Waited for 25 min to get two coffees. Mobile orders took presidence over customers in person. I had to ask who was filling our order becuase noone was doing it and just working off their screens for the mobile orders. Human connection and customer service goes a long way people. Would never go there again.

Waited 30mins for 2 items and when I finally inquired why it's taking longer than usual, lady at the till said our order got cancelled and she followed it up right away with the staff who ignored her. So I finally spoke up and a staff member, instead of owning up to their mistake gave a lame excuse that they are busy. Well it's not my fault that they kept taking orders eventhough they havent served up the previous ones yet. Moral of the story? Go to McDonald's

My question is why in the world would you say closing at 11 pm? Change your friggin working hours so people don’t drive like idiots at 10 pm to realize it’s already closed, CHAANGE YOUR FRIGGIN WORKING HOURS!

I come every day, the staff is the reason for the high review. There is a staff member named Michelle (Filipino lady) who makes my morning every day with a beautiful smile, and kind words. She know us by name and always has kind words to say.

The only down side which I'm not regarding in this review because I want the staff to have credit is the bagels need to be toasted better. Triple toasted and the bagel is barely yellow or warm

There were more staff than customers when I ordered a coffee and donut, yet it took 9 minutes to get. They still got the donut wrong.

They have extremely terrible service, they r extremely rude. If they make a mistake, they say we dont make mistakes, they never apologize lately it seems u never get what u order. Had to go through drive three times one day to get right order.
Ordered a BLT, with extra bacon.

First time at a Tim Hortons for me.and my last. Very long wait in line to give order. The whole operation seemed disorganized and inefficient. People were waiting a long time to get their orders. And some orders were mixed up. Service personnel were harried and unfriendly. And the donuts were just mediocre. I got the wrong coffee, not what I ordered and it was lukewarm. We just spent a week in British Columbia and had great meals and got excellent service everywhere we went. Except Tim Hortons that is. This was my only poor experience in dining the entire week.

Horrid service! Took 15 min to finally place my order. Why? Drive through gets priority. 9: 30 at night, only 2 people working.

Very bad service 20 mins in front of line. 1 staff member working counter and no help. I saw there were 4 staff on drive thru.

Meh, This place was just okay. Service was good and clearly a successful chain. Food was a little bland to me. The restaurant itself was clean throughout. I'm not sure why this place is so highly rated. Nothing bad to say, just nothing spectacular either. If you've been to one, you've likely been to them all.
