The service is good. Employee's are friendly and helpful. I love the way they greet the customers.

Horrible location, they have served me horrible food on more than one occasion, not sure why I kept going back but will no longer be going here. Last time I went they served me the scraps of the soup, it was all just chicken shreds and mushed noodles from the bottom of the pot- I even asked if they had any fresh soup before ordering and the lady said yes! I got home after a 15 minute drive to find a bowl of mush. The girl scooped it and saw it with her own eyes but still felt it was acceptable to serve! Waste of money. This location is a joke and corporate needs to retrain this location.

If you ever go to this Tim Hortons Location and pay for any kind off extras or add ons Do Not Leave without checking it first. They have a habbit of continuosly leaving out what you paid extra for. I have contacted Tim Hortons Corporate offices via email and they reqested many times for the owners to reach out to me but Have Not even made an attempt to do so. They spend seriously way to much time focussing on shugfling people through the drive thru yet your waiting 10 minutes inside to even get your order in. Drive thru people just throw things in the bag with little to no care on how it looks or if it damages your food items. There is very little to no customer service especially when dealing with a complaint. The other 3 Locations are by far way more customer oriented.

This Tim Hortons has gone so down hill. In fact all the Timmy’s in Courtenay just aren’t good anymore. The employees are rude and don’t care about anything. After school I ordered a sandwich with extra sauce and when the girl gave it to me I asked if this was the sandwich with extra sauce. She rudely said “no. I didn’t put extra sauce on your sandwich, that’s all the sauce you need. ” Like excuse me? She rolled her eyes when I asked why she wouldn’t just put extra sauce on it, and she snapped, “BECAUSE YOU DONT NEED ANY. ” I was genuinely dumbfounded that she was being so rude to me and embarrassing me when I was just asking for it to be made how I liked (they barely put any sauce in the sammys so they’re dry) There’s one male that works there that’s super nice but all the women there I find are nasty and have 0 customer service skills.

They have one job. Coffee. Tea. Doughnuts. They could not complete any of the above while I was DDing people home on a Saturday evening followed by rude customer service.

Consistently bad service in drive thru.
Consistently attitude from person at the window when you ask them for a sleeve for hot coffee keeping in mind that I've already asked them for this at the order window because when I forot the girl at the window rolled her eyes at me and gave a huge heavy sigh, as if it ruined her entire week.so going forward I ask them for a sleeve and to stir my coffee after they add the correct amount of cream and sugar, this does not matter sto have to remind them at the window for a sleeve and get the attitude glare.

This is not the only place in Courtney to get a coffee.

Just drop the attitude, I ask nicely.
Please stir the coffee this does not take a Colledge education to figure out that you must stir after adding cream and sugar.

This store has really gone downhill since February of 2020

I find their drinks are well done, and the staff are friendly. BUT they almost always get the food wrong. Especially when asking for a lettuce wrapped sandwich. Other locations don’t seem to have a problem with this.

Tonight we asked for a lettuce wrapped sandwich, and they gave us a regular one. I gave it back and she repeated back to me lettuce wrap. Then they gave us it in a wheat wrap! Very frustrating.

Nice place however very poorly staffed at night. The wait times sometimes exceed 20 minutes depending on when you go at night. You can tell the staff are trying their best just there are too few of them.

I went threw the drive thru and placed my order it was made completely wrong. The wedges were completely cold and we were over charged because they messed up are drinks and she told me she changed them on the screen and she didn’t. I got the recipet. I’m super disappointed

Literally stuck in line for over 15 minutes with no end in site. Extremely inefficient & making every single person here late for work with no explanation or warning. Brutal.

Dont know what they are teaching the staff. They dont ring in the order when they take it at night. They forget what you ordered by the time you get to the window and have to ask it again. And leave you waiting 20 minutes because instead of ringing it in they dont want to affect their wait times to make them look better to the company

I'm in the hospital what is rite across rd order soup and buns 30 dollars worth yesterday and was cold ordered chillies and chicken burger tonite was cold cold again wow imaging if they were across rd food be frozen and unsafe to eat get a grip spent 60 blody dollar for very cold crop will never recommend or order againp

Much improved since the last time I visited which was over 2 months ago. Although busy, the service was fast, and the seating area was clean. The tables were promptly cleaned as patrons left and the floors were even mopped as we sat there. Glad we gave it another try. Kudos to the evening staff!

Terrible customer service, stalls you at the order spot, and tries to hand you everything at once to get you out of there immediately. We ordered a steeped tea at 8: 21 PM and they flat out said NO we're not making another pot. Ordered 2 large Mochas another time and got lightly tinted brown water. Will never go here again.

Went to this Tim’s at 1230am after work, ordered a Ham/Cheddar sandwich. Told had no tomatoes & ordered donuts.not a single donut to be had. They were in the process of making them. Is this not a donut shop? Very disappointed.

The food I ordered was total garbage. I just ordered two grilled cheese melts. And they just burnt it, completely. Just like black coal that’s not fair. I know her name who made this sandwich but i will not post it.

Long story, buckle up. So we ordered ahead with the mobile app and drove down to pick it up. They were out of almost all of the stuff in our order but that's fine, it's the holidays and they tried to help us pick things they could make. We weren't able to find something we liked though so we cancelled the order and went home. A little later we noticed they still charged our card though so we called down and asked if they could refund it and they told us they got a delivery and had our full order now if we still wanted it. So we went back down and got in line again. When we got to the order thing this time they had no record and the lady insisted my name was Cory, even trying to correct my spelling when I spelled out my name for her. Finally she remembered and told me I had to come inside. I had no mask so I couldn't but she insisted. Against my better judgement I stepped in and was immediately kicked out for not having a mask. Totally understandable, it made me uncomfortable too. So I went back to the drive thru again and after the lady remembered who I was again (same lady each time including the phone call) she told me that they can't kick me out and that I should try going in again. Now I'm not gonna lie, I channeled my inner Canadian passive aggressiveness and told her I would not do that and we would have to figure something out at the window. She still insisted but I rolled up to the window anyways. At the window she told me I needed to be inside because she needed my mobile receipt. So I showed her through the window which I guess she forgot was a thing windows could do. Then they told me they didn't have the items still and that I'd have to come back in an hour if I wanted it which at this point I really didn't. So I asked for a refund which they told me is not possible since I ordered with the app. I wasted a lot of my morning on this and ended up with nothing. I guess it's fine though, their whole menu has gotten worse over the last few years.

Very disappointed in the Egg and Bacon Breakfast Sandwich.
Never had it before and never will again at Tim's.
The outside of the paper wrapper was dirty with lettuce and mayo from last order.
Muffin was steamed, crumbly and soggy.
Egg was from a liquid mix.
Bacon was good.
At $3.69 it was a waste of money.
Next time will not be Tim's but McDonald's.

Waiting in line for 15min to get served & waiting for a soup for 10 min & forgot the spoon & knife in the bag. Not acceptable. Won't be back at that Tim's that's for sure.

Would be 0 but not an option. It took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru with 6 cars in front of me. And then they were out of what I wanted. Super bad service at this location.

The last three times I've been to this location it has been a woman who has sounded extremely unpleasant that has greeted me through the drive thru. I've had my order mixed two out of those three times.
I can think back to when this location has been very satisfactory in what Tim Hortons strives for, but as of late I have been very unimpressed.
We left the establishment today, waiting through an afternoon rush in the DT only to have none of the items we were looking for even available. They did not tell us this before getting to the window.
We went to their sister location down the way and were far better satisfied in our order.

No chocolate timbits. But otherwise everything was great. Bathroom was clean and physical distancing measures were great.
