Tim Hortons

Not too impressed this time. Person on drive through ordering didn't seem to understand English. Had to keep repeating myself. Also they got my order wrong. Ordered a wrap, got a bun.

Products mostly consistent. Service has no hustle. Some people need to get to work. Most are friendly

This is a great Tim Hortons. Excellent selection, always fresh and very attentive staff. Tim bits are the best. Highly recommend to anyone passing by. Drive through is handled very professional and fast. Great place all around. Five stars.

I am wondering how many person working inside right now I am in drive-through. It’s been 35 minutes. Nothing move here. I can’t get out. I can’t move forward. That’s really crazy.

Just went to drive thru at 1 am and asked for grilled cheese with bacon but staff said sorry I just cleaned the grill, I can get you other sandwiches, ha
Disappointed! For a 24 hours dine in

Went through the drive through over a month ago now. The food I recieved was disgusting and stale and to add insult to injury they overcharged me. I had paid cash and I am pretty sure the staff were aware of the accidental overcharge and did nothing about it. I reached out with my complaint and have not recieved contact from this store regarding it despite having communication with head office who claims all they can do is request that the store contact me so now I am writing this complaint as they have not. I spent almost 20 dollars with them and ended up throwing half the food out when I got home.

Drive thru. I waited a really long time to order. There were no cars ahead of me at the order board. Once I ordered, it was quick

No ice caps service was terrible ordered a meal did not get donut cashier did not know how to use register

Each time I come here I get an order that isn't quite right or is done sloppily so that a sandwich has all the meat on one side or all the sauce in one place or the coffee isn't stirred so the sugar is at the bottom.

The best maple pecan donut in town is at 1525 Lougheed Hwy, Port Coquitlam, BC. Donuts are always fresh and has definetely more filling here. Also the place is cleaner (compared to other Tims) and staff is quick in service and friendly. Love you guys, and happy new year!

Slow, slow and slower! If you have time to burn go to this Tim's. Backed up most of the time and slow as you can imagine! Good luck.

Very unorganized. They were pumping the DT out with about 10 people in the lobby waiting on orders. I waited 10 mins for a bagel and literally just asked for it to be cut in half- no it was not. Not them first I e been upset at this location- unfortunately the closet to my house

Great place for coffee and doughnuts and also lunch items and always changing menus and new things great wide selection of coffees and doughnuts and muffins try anything off the menu won't be disappointed give a shot

This place is so slow. I ordered from the kiosk, and no one made my order until I told them I was waiting for my order. If you guys cant do kiosks order well, then dont do it.many employees here, but theyre so slow. They liked to talk instead of doing their work.

They tried really hard. Honestly they did. Yet, they were out of nearly all the wraps i wanted. Oh well, ayos lang naman.

This location was good i know someone that works here but we ain’t speaking also the guy in the window is handing me the food thinking i’m getting free food until i hear how do you wanna pay maybe let me pay before i drive off with 20 dollars worth of products

Ordered a roast beef craveable. They give a roast beef sandwich. I said this doesn't look like a craveable. The worker reply's we didnt have small buns so thats the sand sandwich on a different bun. I opened it and said "with lettuce and tomatoes" i said i dont want want this its not what i ordered. He goes to tje back says now he cant make it cuz they don't have onions. I said then i want a refund. This isn't what i ordered. Some random worker comes over hands me a debit machine. I said i paid in cash. He said this is for your refund. I said I PAID IN CASH. I WANT MY CASH BACK. He starts working at the till. Theres some girl staring at me. I said to her why wouldn't the person on the speaker tell us you didnt have it. She replies i dont know i didnt take your order. I said okay so can you ask him. She said "i could" just standing and staring at me. At this point we were given refund and left. What gives them the right to choose what they give you because they dont have what you ordered. Worst tim hortons!

One of the worst (absolutely worst) locations possible I love the food but the staff are absolutely trash, I am a regular like I come to one location every day I order a turkey sandwich with chipotle sauce and extra mayonnaise I make my self clear NOT TO PUT BACON but for some reason there always bacon as a Muslim I can’t eat it and this happens consistently, I go to complain and the staff glare at me and with extreme rudeness ask what’s wrong this time, honestly get your act stop being so dumb and full of your self and stop making the same mistake over and over again even a dog learns after awhile, I hope someone from corporate see this and trains there employees at this location better and teaches them how to talk to talk to customers and how to make a sandwich right.

Excellent, quick service but the location sucks. It's under a bridge, right next to Wendy's and traffic in their parking lot can get confusing. Very easy to get into an accident here, be aware

What can you say about Tim Hortons I think pretty well everyone has been there we have our own opinion I think it's okay don't overrate it

Stopped by around 9: 30pm for a quick late dinner. Service was great. Food came out fast and the establishment was clean. Food taste consistence.

Tim Hortons in Port Coquitlam has a very convenient location. This location has all the usual menu items that you would expect from any Tim Hortons. It has plenty of seating area and parking area. Drive-thru is also available.
