Walk in service is alot better I went there took about 10mins it gets super busy during certain times of the day but i do love the bacon and sausage farmers wrap

Why is there no Door Dash delivery option at this Tim's. It' will be so good to have one.

3 times during the roll up event I went to this location and had my points scanned. All 3 times the points didn't go through, and I didn't get any roll ups. This wouldn't be such an issue if 2 of these times the person at the drive through hadn't specifically told me that he could see on his screen that it had gone through, and 1 of these times they weren't even holding the scanner button down.

I worked at Tim's a couple of years ago, I know full well that it's incredibly stressful to have a timer and beeper going off in your ear when a car has sat at the drive thru for more than 25 seconds. But I also know head office sets the prices higher than they should be to offset the points and roll up event. Meaning that if my points aren't scanned they're extracting that extra value from their customers.

I will now be sitting at the drive through no matter how long it takes to confirm my points have gone through. If this locations franchise owner doesn't like head office calling to ask about their times, they can get a better scanner or teach their employees not to lie about a scan going through.

Multiple times at this location, not only is the wait crazy long sometimes, but at least once out of every 4-5 orders is wrong. This morning the guy at the window tried to send me off without my doughnut, then just threw some random doughnut in the bag and handed it to me. Not to mention all the mess with the roll up not showing up on my app after being "scanned" and in regards to the prizes from the roll up the rim event, what are we supposed to do with winnings we can't claim because we are out West? ! Pretty bad I can't even claim my so called prizes

Unfortunately, this location was very slow due to the fact they are VERY short staffed. Ice cap machine was broken, but coffee was good.

Always have someone asking for money at the exit of the drivrthru. Not that quick either. There is a guy who works there who always remembers me and is one heck of a nice guy! Props to him, he deserves better place of work.

2nd update:
I'm actually here right now. 5 vehicles have gone through the drive through before I got my food. And when I did get my food, the guy literally just dropped it in front of me and walked away. I mean I knew what I was expecting, this is really the lowest of the low fast food places in Port Alberni. But still.

Everything is good, delicious. But the purity of the stooa for issuing is not ideal. For example, they can put a glass on recently spilled coffee. As for the taste of coffee, we like it very much. And they also have tasty donuts!

Just a joke seems like they train new staff in am shift, order the same coffee every morning. And still mess it up waiting over over 20 mins in line for them to take someones order that came after. And after complaining my coffee was worng told to leave they are busy.

What's the point of opening for 24 hours when you turn sway guests not in car. So having CAR is important. This discrimination should be stopped! Store hours for CARLESS people are 7am - 4pm only!

This is the drive thru.they usually dont have all the menu items they advertise, and they're accuracy isnt the greatest

Just need to get faster with their food making in the morning, or just not allow people to go through drive through for food in the morning, it makes people late for work if they are just trying to go for a quick coffee because they slept in

Only thing I dislike happens every so often but it's a wide spread issue with Tim Hortons they always seem to forget to add sugar to the coffee lol

Great dark roast blend, love the chicken wraps. Friendly and competent staff. And, of course, great donuts and cookies

Old wedges. Wrong drink. It really is a hit or a miss when I order from this location. Possibly one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I've ever been to. Train your employees better!

Dying brand.timmies used to be Canada’s coffee shop now they’re a soulless Corp that sells cheap factory food and hiring foreign workers over locals

For the most part, a typical Tim Hortons. Actually thought this breakfast sandwich had very good visual appeal. Tastes the same as every other Tims. The store is small - no inside seating. Mostly just for drive through. Its the Tims to go to on this side of town.

It's pretty bad when the donuts and bagel you order are so stale that even your kids wont touch them. Nothing new at this location! Maybe try again in 6 months but usually somewhat dissatisfied.

Terrible I waited in the drive through to order. I spent 20 min waiting then when I went to pay, I only had a hundred. They would not excepted it ended up leaving with my grandson crying. I then went to McDonald's where they made my grandson smile.

Great place for donuts, but that's about all I like about this place, don't like the drinks nor sandwiches, but the donuts make up for that

North Nanaimo Timmies has the worst service! 50/50 chance your order will be right! They should add seating for waiting customers, service is horribly slow

They don’t even deserve 1 star, worst customer service + giving old potato veggies, uncooked cheese panini’s, completely waste of money.

4 of out 5 stars just based on customer service. Usually pretty good service here. Drinks and food is hit and miss - if I based the stars on that then it would be much lower. I like the steeped tea or London Fogs from Tim's, not so much the coffee or anything else.

Served with a smile and patient as I picked out my donuts to enjoy as I sip on a extra large double/double!

These guys should have a menu OF WHAT THEY #DON'T #SERVE #PERIOD HERE. THEY DON'T HAVE OR SERVE MANY THINGS ON THE PISDED MENU AT DRIVE THREW. AND THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT WANT BESIDES COFFEE
