I love my Tim Hortons coffee and bagels and iced caps, but this Tim Hortons has the slowest and worst customer service! I have waited in line with only 1 car in front of me and it has taken at least 7 min. For them to ask for my order and then another 7-15 min to receive my order. It is not busy inside or at the drive thru and there are at leat 4 people that I can see working. I have asked the employees at the drive thru why it takes them so long to get the orders ready and they never answer me! They are rude, don't answer questions and give me attitude. It has been very frustrating for about a year now. Please retrain your staff about attending to drive thru customers way faster and with a pleasant attitude.

I stopped at this location to grab some food after work. I was the only one in the drive thru. I paid and was told to wait in the back staff parking lot. 15 minutes go by and still nobody came out to give me my food. Went back in the drive thru, and they had my food just sitting there. 15 mins for a wrap?

Another time I went, order my food at the drive thru speaker. They told me to wait one second to check If they had the proper chicken. Waiting, waiting, waiting.no answer and someone who came after me is already gone past me. I pull up to the window and all I get is a "sorry, your food isn't ready. " Yah, thanks.that doesn't mean I should have to sit at the drive thru speaker and wait there.

This very well may be the worst Tim Hortons in Canada,
Rude / Slow and rarely get an order correct, They share the building with WENDSY on the other side and they are the complete opposite (Well Run). To the Manager take some pride in what you do and coach your staff.

Morning manager is needs to be monitored. This man never changed his gloves… I watched him handle cash and touch his face….
Then proceeding to donuts, food, and three other customers WITHOUT CHANGING THE GLOVES.

When I called him out for it in a soft tone he became defensive and said Nono sir I only handle cash sir.

This is unacceptable.

07/04 EDIT: I'm changing my recommendation on this place. I'd avoid it entirely. They continue to prioritize their metrics over actual service, and today forgot they'd sent me out back to wait completely. After about 10 minutes and watching three other cars who ordered after me receive their orders, I went inside to find my order sitting there, still not complete. Once home, I discovered that nearly the entire order was wrong.

I'd recommend going to the one on Blue Mountain. It doesn't have a drive-thru, but you're pretty much guaranteed to have your order correct.

This is a Tim Hortons that shouldn't be the first choice for someone if you need a good drive-thru experience.

To me, they are prioritizing metrics over service. You place your order and if it contains any food items, you either have the order re-read in its entirety, which is pointless as there is a screen there which displays it all, or you're told to wait while they "check in on your order".

Once you're allowed through, and pay, your items are immediately being shoved into your window, usually before you've even had the chance to put away your payment card.

The overall experience is distant and rushed.and they still manage to get orders wrong on a regular basis.

Drive thru always take longer and there is no consistency in the quality of food put out; today it was a stale, dry cookie and rock hard hash brown.

Horrible service. Twenty minutes in drive thru and only two cars ahead. No hello or thank you. Barely even looked at me. Could hardly speak English. Great job Tim's going down hill fast.

If i could put 0, I would.
Every single time I go to this tims, its always garbage.
My orders are always wrong, items missing and long wait times. Whenever you try to get it corrected, they look at you like you're speaking an alien language and have two heads.
This is what they gave me for a large ice cap. After asking it to be remade as they had messed up previously.

Save yourself the headache. Go to another tims. Its worth the gas, even at 2$ a litre.

Worst tim Horton ever. Staff is very rude. Seems like they wanna get paid for just gossiping about Punjabi songs/movies. Whenever a customer ask a question, they behave like as if someone has asked for their kidney or something like that. Worst ever staff. Very unprofessional. They should go back to learn some manners of customer service.

Great service, staff is always happy and friendly. The restaurant is always cleand and organized. They have a good variety of food, coffee and drinks. You are always greeted with a smile when you come here.

Every morning this tim hortons has a line full of waiting PAYING customers.yet they think it's okay to serve their employees first. I just witness 6 employees get served before the 9 paying customers that stood there watching.once the 9 paying customers got mad and asked why they have special treatment the employee all of sussen went mute.she didn't have a awnser they stagger the drive thru as well. I love waiting 30 mins for a cup of coffee even tho it's suppose to be 20 min fresh or remade. Big fat 1 star if I could put 0 I would they need a completely new staff not once have I seen them wash their hands not once have I seen then use gloves.terrible excuse for a tim hortons.

This location should be getting nothing but 5stars because the fact its a drive thru is already 3 stars! BUT, unfortunately as in most Tim Horton locations, they employ rude, slow and at times abnoches servers.

I have accepted that no matter what the location is, the food is never going to be good. But when i order a coffee or something from the bakery, I guess I am just looking for good, straightforward service.but even that is too much of a stretch.

I do not know if Tim Hortons pays cheaply, so we all have to accept this kind of quality OR they actually skip over customer relations training as in this day in age, we all need coffee!: P

It's a shame this location is so poorly managed, because it's in a good location and has the infrastructure to be great. I waited in line fifteen minutes for them to get two cars ahead of me through the drive through, and when I went to order (around 10: 50 AM), they were out of everything bagels. I can't fathom how a restaurant manages to not stock something adequately that's been one of their most popular items for years. I won't be returning.

Great location, very busy. Drive through can accommodate overheight vehicles which is nice. I find busy fast food places make better food because nothing sits for too long.

Very slow and orders are inaccurate. After the 3rd mistake I've encountered at this location I would not recommend this location for any service. Difficult to understand and when they were unsure of what was in the coffee, the server opened the lid and almost touched the liquid with his nose saying " yes this is your coffee. "

I’m not one to write a review often unless it’s very good, or very bad… this is the slowest Tim Hortons in the province.
I ordered a mobile order of a bagel and tea and was sitting for 15 minutes waiting for them to make it. I finally go to the counter and they ask if had a mobile order and I said yes. THEY JUST START MAKING IT RIGHT THEN! Then I didn’t get any honey in my tea like I ordered. Everyone is so slow and careless, if there’s a lineup good luck, you’ll be there for 30 minutes. Waste of time…

The chilli was absolutely delectable! My friends and i enjoyed the vibe and service. All of our food came very fast with high quality taste. Something that we were all a bit dissatisfied with was the fact that as we were walking in to tim hortons after a long walk in the rain we were hoping to grab a piping hot chicken noodle soup, but to our surprise they have discontinued it exqueez me, also there was a constant beeping! After our disappointment we were able to grab a nice warm chilli that came with a wonderful peice of bread! Overall the experience was quite wonderful and i would go again. If you are looking for a hype yet chill restaurant this tim hortons is a must!

More than three times now especially at breakfast they seem disorganized, confused, maybe low on staff. They have mixed up items, mixed up orders, not answered questions properly. If you are there around breakfast time especially the drive thru, be ready to double check your order, how much they charge you and receive some attitude. Today I experienced all of that plus their ice capp machine is broken again, pick up your game Tim Hortons manager!

Third time in a row I have been to this Tim Hortons only to be told they didn't have what I was after, and not like it was late night. How can a Timmies be out of both soup and chili at 7: 30pm on two seperate occasions, and not have iced cap's on a 3rd occassion. I'm expecting the next time I go back they're going to tell me their out of both coffee and doughnuts.

Maybe skip this Tim's and try the one a little further north across from Garibaldi Highlands.

It was a Rainy, Rainy day and a cuppa with donuts are a great way to lift spirits.
The drive thru is always quick, accurate, and they know what they have available.
This is one of our favorite Timmies.

I ordered chai tea latte and i was given coffee latte with chai tea bag.when i confronted this lady was still arguing saying its chai tea despite drinking it and re-tasted as i couldn't believe.they said they gonna make another one for me and ended up waiting 15 mins i have to wait everyone to leave to get my order and made me late for work

Horrible service, sat at the window unacknowledged waiting for my order after about 4mins I caught someone attention and they yelled whos looking after the drive thru window and someone said.no one. Sounds about right for this location. Dont expect any kind of good service here

Normally a pretty great place with a nice drive thru in a good location. But today it took like 10 minutes to get through the drive thru. I'm not sure if it was a restaurant issue or a couple people with crazy orders. I will come back though.

I come here every morning and every morning they manage to mess up one or more things on my order, the service is terribly slow and some of the staff prefer to argue about how I ask for my food, correcting me on whatever I ask for even tho I literally just read it off the board. Would not recommend unless you seriously enjoy disappointment and want to wait 20+ mins for a cup of coffee.

This customer service at this location is terrible. I was waiting to place an order, through the driver through and the girl who was taking the order yelled at me. So when I get to window, I asked why she was yelling at me. She told me because customers have be annoying all day. I told her that is poor customer service and that’s not the way to talk to the customer. She told me she doesn’t cared, so left without my drink. This is the location below in the picture.

Had a moldy English muffin. No time to go back as I'm on my lunch break. Had to throw it out. Some of the bottom of the bun had been torn off so assuming they tried tearing some of it off. Shame on you.

I have to say every time I've been here they've gotten my order wrong but that gives it a surprise aspect I enjoy, ex.g I ordered a craveable roast beef but got pulled pork to which I've never had and I must say I enjoyed it, their coffee is super inconsistent as well but hey at least it's the same cup every time. 10/10

The food and service is hit and miss at this location.mostly miss of late. Two weeks ago swung by after kids gym in the evening. Not busy but still managed to mess up simple order. The person at drive through tried to convince me it was okay. No, I’m not giving my kid an iced coffee instead of frozen lemonade.
Tried again today, ordered a frozen lemonade.it was tasteless. How do you mess up frozen lemonade. Aren’t the amounts preset?

This place is a joke really. No sense 9f order when staff is preparing a drink, watched a lot of people getting their order before me, even though they ordered after me, had to ask staff to make my drink. At least 9 staff working, but people waiting a really long time for their order.

Drive on, go to Starbucks up the street. Not one star review, store seemed somewhat clean.

15 minutes for a large double double, no sugar and cup was about 80% full
No teamwork, passive aggressive arguing between the staff, I got no problem with waiting, but the gong show that was taking place behind the counter was ridiculous, also it the store had 7 staff members on shift at this time.

Worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever visited in Canada. No one to man one of the drive through lanes. I pulled up to the ordering machine in one of the lanes there and say “Hello” 3-4 times for no one to respond or acknowledge. And then I give up and drive up to the window only for them to tell me they are short staffed. Why keep both lanes open if you are short staffed. At least have a sign to say this lane is not open. Looking at previous reviews, this isn’t the first time this has happened. So clearly they don’t care about customer feedback either.

And secondly they tell me at 2 pm on a weekday that they are out of all bagels. Very poor demand management.

Tim Horton's serves fresh hot coffee, tummy warming soups and of course the best donuts (and Timbits) around. Brilliant Coffee and wonderful service and doughnut are great too. It is always a busy spot for people to meet up and share some conversation over coffee, enjoy the quick service if it is an "in and out. They always do a good breakfast and this was no exception. I love their donuts, and there is always a good buzz at breakfast time from other diners. Service is relatively quick and it is well maintained. Plenty of parking and also a drive thru lane.

Repeatedly getting orders wrong. Last time it happened I drove back through the drive through to correct the issue and I was met with laughter. These people treat customers like a joke and don’t really care about anything. Last time I’ll be visiting this location.

Service in the drive thru is way to rushed and have had the girl at the window put her hand out to stop my car before it gets to the window on multiple occasions, I assume this has to do with something about wait times but am not quite sure, I now ignore this when it happens. Tim hortons should review their policy on drive thru procedures.

I avoid this Tim Hortons at night because they're atrocious with customer service. Waiting to order and they're just ignoring you while talking to each other on speaker. When I finally got to order I told them I had a coupon for donuts, they said okay which ones would I like and listed off what they had.then when I said I'll just get assorted she says "we don't have donuts".

Took them 5 times to get my half coffee half french vanilla order correct. Got to the point I was told I ordered incorrectly.
Coffee quality has plummeted drastically over time as well.

Easily one of the worst Tims locations I’ve been to. Employees had terrible attitudes and they were rude, i felt like turning around and not even bothering to place my order. Likewise, the donuts were poorly made; severely disappointed. Don’t waste your time here, find a different location.

After waiting over 20 minutes they forgot about our order. Even someone who came in 15 minutes after us ordered 8 sandwiches got their order before us. Hashbrowns were cold and soggy when we did get our food.

Visited three times around 6: 30am, always busy so if you’re hoping to be in and out - this is not the place. Waiting doesn’t bother me but watching the employees take their time when there are 15 people in line and 30 cars in the drive through.okay. Then I finally get my order, get in the car and drive away only to realize they forgot to put half of my stuff in the bag! And the hash brown was cold. This was my first visit. Next time I went there, I waited in line for 10 minutes, during which only 2 people ahead of me were served. Again, everyone behind the counter was moving slower than sloths. Last time I waited another 10 minutes after which I had to leave, otherwise I’d be late for work. Again, things were moving so slow.
Gave it three tries and my experience didn’t really differ, hence I don’t feel bad leaving a negative review. Something I haven’t tried though and maybe I should have - download the app and order in advance, it’ll save you some time waiting in line.
