So disgusting the service I just received. I walked out without my food or a refund. As I couldn’t wait another 10 minutes to receive my money back. I have NEVER experienced such disregard for customer service in a Tim Hortons, this chain of stores in declining. After this I am debating still using Tim Hortons as this has been something that has been consistent across many Tim Hortons. Lack of customer appreciation is very apparent at Tim Hortons.

Looking forward to that day where I go to a Tim Hortons and I'm blown away by the service.

Most of the people that work at Tim Hortons these days have difficultly speaking english, and don't seem to be interested in smiling, and generally seem like they just don't want to be there.

This is probably due to lack of good leadership in upper management.

It's not easy running a restaurant of any kind these days. Low pay for workers, long hours, rude customers usually wears on people. Especially when your trading your precious time for $15/hr.

I'm looking forward to a Renaissance the 'fast food' industry.

Tim Hortons used to be a Canadian institution. I now consider it to be somewhere you go when you need a coffee and there's nothing else around.

Rude staff. Took my ordered, after 20’ got wrong sandwich. Reorder wrong again. While waiting let them counter was dirty, cigarette bud on it. While waiting for wrong order again. They never clean the counter. They offered me they will do my sandwich again, I couldn’t wait anymore, I asked for my money back, they refused to give me my money back “come back tomorrow “. I said no, asked for manager, “no manager on site”. Another customer got involved demanding them to give my money back. I did ask this gentleman not to get involved, he was very disappointed with the staff response. After 45’ in the store finally I got my money back, no apologies at all.
Never going to this TIM HORTONS again.
Train your staff properly, also teach them manners.

Went through the drive-through, ordered to herb and garlic, cream cheese, bagels, and two sausage bagel belts. Both bagel belts came without tomato or lettuce. I want a full refund.

We ordered 2 hot drinks, 2 pasties, and 1 donut on April 16;2: 30 pm.

She made it very clear she doesn’t care about her job at all. Brutal service.

She gave us one pastry, 2 donuts and said “bye” before she even gave us our drinks.

When the pastries did finally come, the cup was sticky everywhere and now my car and hands have sticky whip cream and coffee for the next 3 hours of driving.

They didn’t warm up the pastries, so they were cold and stale.

We had to remind her she forgot the other pastry and clearly she doesn’t care about her job because it was clearly a problem.

When will this change? Just because you have the money to buy a franchise doesn’t mean you should. Clearly their leadership is just as good as the woman, as well as the franchise owners due to every review for them being brutal with pics and info to back it up.

A real Canadian company being flushed down the drain by people with too much money that dont care at all about their business. Just need that $$$!

Look at all the reviews on here, that store should be embarrassed.

We will now spend our money next door at Carls Jr instead of supporting people that are bothered by their own customers.

This Tim Hortons need to either properly train people on sandwich stations to properly make the sandwiches on the menu nothing worse then ordering you're favourite menu item and they have no idea that it is missing ingredients. Ive always suggested the sandwich building book step by step been blow up on a grid form spreadsheet right in front of the sandwich station starting from one of ur many breads, sauces, cheeses, meats.that way i get my sandwich i ordered! Or atleast the bottom and tops placed on the sandwich correctly not that is happening… then again…

I try to be as reasonable as I can but I was handed my drink dripping all around and asked the kind individual if they had napkins and they took the napkins wiped the counter where it was dripping then the top of the lid where you drink from. I drank that bad boy without the lid (thankfully it was a cold drink).

Bought 2 Dozen donuts and most of them were a few days old. They also told me to wait at the ordering screen. I am assuming, so they could give me old donuts without me seeing them.

They messed up our order and my husband went in to politely ask if they can fix it (asked for a cream cheese bagel and they didn’t put cream cheese) and the girl floor manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and just dropped and tossed the bag over the counter in front of him with attitude and said “here” and walked away. Should not have that title of manager if you can’t have decent customer service when the customer is being understanding and polite about something they messed up on.

Why is it every time I go into Tim's to eat most of the tables are dirty I've been to 4 Tim's and all 4 have dirty tables in the last two weeks don't thee believe in keeping the place clean like before

Met with a friend for coffee a few times. Always been decent service. Might recommend the drive-thru if ur in a rush otherwise very enjoyable

I order a plain bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese, and 10 tim bits, small hot chocolate, and I waited for a half an hour for my plain bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese, but the 3 lady order 2 to 3 bagels, and got hers before myself, and also the other lady for her order that is not good business, if the first place you always finish the first customer when it's completed then you take the next customers order, but I think you should sit down with your cooking crew and get there acted together smarting up, and I should get a free soup with a sandwich, donut, ice capp for free cause waiting a long time for my plain bagel with herb & garlic cream cream, and they didn't put a knife in the bag good grief I won't be coming back to this area again!

Was second in line at drive thru window. Ordered 1 ice cap. Truck ahead of me had a huge order. Instead of asking them to park and wait they held me up for 10 minutes. When I rolled up I told them to through it out you aren't getting my money. Worst place ever. Corporate should strip this owner of their franchise.

Only person in the drive through. Ordered 20 Timbits, 1 Hash brown and a Pumpkin Latte. Got a hash brown then got parked. Employee comes out with Latte and another hashbrown. Told him we ordered Timbits and he just said we didn't and left. 8th order botched in 3 weeks. Last straw. Sunday morning crew the worst. Avoid unless you play slot machines and like random food

The BOH staff need retraining- Plain as that. Young guy at the front was doing what he could but was getting back talk and yelled at when he was asking for missing items on orders. At least he knew what was missing and what orders were still needed not that that helped him any. The girl on the line was being ridiculous.yelling and threatening to quit.next time ask for help.also, where was management to help?

After receiving the rest of my order it took another 15 minutes for a single hash brown.and even then the young guy had to practically beg BOH for it. COMPLETE DISORGANIZATION. There were Skip drivers who waited even longer. When I left they had already been waiting longer than I had and their order hadn't even been started. Seemed like the employees only cared about the drive thru as they were being served no problem.

I go to this Timmy’s every time my son has a sleepover and they are always rude when I order several farmer wraps like it’s too much for them to do and it would be nice to be greeted with cheerful employees with positive attitudes

Reviews were totally right. How Long does it take to pour a small coffee and tea? Forever at this location. AND they had 3 donuts in the whole store.yes that's right 3 donuts in the building. Unreal.and the kicker to this whole thing is they got my coffee order WRONG. DONT COME HERE

I ordered breakfast through skip the dishes. I bought bagels, donuts and drinks for everyone plus a few extras in case anyone was still hungry. Order arrives minus a dozen donuts and chocolate croissant. Back to the skip app and mark missing items. Due to credits issued for mistakes reported in the past, refuse to do anything about it. I ordered a lot, I ordered a lot, many years, many mistakes, many credits. Many unreported mistakes, too. So, I call Tim Hortons directly. The girl understood my problem, and told me to reorder and she will fix it. I asked just to be clear, “if I reorder the missing items, you will replace the missing ones as well. So I reorder one box and one croissant, I will get two boxes and two croissants? ” She says “yes”. I asked her name and told her I loved her and thanked her very much for fixing what skip wouldn’t. I receive the second order. One box, one croissant. So I call Tim Hortons back. Another girl listens to my story, I hear talking in the background and I get disconnected. I call back and no answer. Very expensive box of donuts. NEVER going to happen again!

Owner too cheap to hire staff. Just went through drive through and there was about three to four staff running the whole place. Half of them were saying they weren’t trained to do certain things and waited 30+ minutes for a drink and sand which. Was told they get sent home if there’s too many people so owners can save money yet the guy taking orders is also making the food.

Worst Tim’s I have ever been to.
Does not matter what time of day you go it’s slow and they frequently get the order wrong. And tonight Only 2 young staff members on with no clue how to make brinks, with a line of cars.
I blame the management here.

This particular location is slow on instore dining. They prioritized the drive thru. I order a chilli medium coffee and doughnut. All of that requires little prep its grab and fill. I wait 10 minutes before I got my food.

The drive thru is so freaking slow. I waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees. Like come on. I’m tired of the short staffed business - owners/managers hire more staff and give people a better wage. Your customers should not have to suffer. We are paying your bills and wages.

The chilli and dark roast coffee were great. The customer service was great! However, the whole wheat bun that came with the chilli was stale. 4/5

Very slow drive thru! It took me 20 minutes in drive thru and it happened 2 times and after that I decided never to go on this location!

Manager Liza is ridiculous she was yelling at her staff the entire time infront of customers (seemed like a bully to me). Very unprofessional and definitely lacking leadership skills. Apparently anyone can be a manager at Tim Hortons.the staff seemed fine, my food was ok so the 1 star is solely for the unqualified manager.

I would have give zero stars. I have to wait 15 minutes for one vanilla latte that I ordered online and the guy was asking me you want espresso in your latte. DUDE it comes with espresso. Lack of training.

Not the first time our order was messed up here. Asked for 3 sausage and egg meals with drinks. Couple extra hash browns. 2 more drinks. We recieved our drinks correctly. Only 2 hash browns, and 3 egg and cheese. No meat! We always look and make sure our order is right because half the time its wrong. Not only at tims other places as well. We were asked if we just wanted our sausage on the side and we can put it on our egg ourselves. Ummm no. Bad service and rude.

Not personal story, but my honey bunches of oats is too distraught to leave this review himself.first off, bagel was burnt to the hot corners of hell and back. Unedible, could be used as charcoal to toast my own bagel on my barbecue. Secondly, im sure there's a difference between iced tea and regular steeped tea, maybe it got lost along the way because hot tea was cold.how do you even make cold hot tea at a place that specializes in their bevvys? SAD! 2/5

Not my favourite Tim Hortons, just because hours are not as posted. Restaurant closes at 8: 00, but it is not always open when I go before then, and when it's been closed there has not been a sign or note saying that it is closed or when it will be open.
