I find since Alex sold the chain staff is disgruntled. I understand concerns but realize where our world is heading.more money in fewer hands.as is said the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.a very sad case to say the least!

This Tim's falls for one of my absolute pet peeves in food service. The outside of my sandwich wrapper is inexplicably greasy and covered in mayo. Just spend the extra 10 seconds it takes to make it cleanly.

Strangest customer service experience ever and just a terrible one. Staff at this location is in desperate need of training.

I work in the industry, have done for years. So let me preface this by saying I try to be very reasonable with people working in food service, and normally I would avoid writing a negative review, but this kinda needs it.

The experience I had today was just a puzzling and really poor experience, and to make it worse it was done by one of the location's managers.

First off, get to the spot on the drive-thru to place my order, and no greeting, just, "what can I get you? "

Alright alright, no big. Rude and poor service, but I am not going to make a stink over it. Minor.

Ask for a moment while I decide.

Before I say I'm ready I'm asked again, "are you ready? "

It was less than a minute while I decided and definitely abrupt, but nbd. I order, the person again is kinda rushing me, "is that all? "

"Yes, it is all", I say.

Look behind me, no other cars. No cars in front either. No reason to rush your customers, but whatever.

I realize as I'm driving up that I do want something else. Timbits! Maybe just a twenty pack.

At the window I say this, and am told no. She can't add it to the order? I ask really? She says yes. I am baffled. Never before has this ever happened in my many years of ordering at a Tim Horton's, ever. I say there's no way? And again, this young lady holds firm. She can't ring it in there.

Okay, suppose that's true, she could still walk over to where she can and do that, again, it was not busy. There was no one lined up inside as far as I could see, no one behind me. The place was a ghost town.

So, I ask, "do you mean I have to go around and through the drive-thru again to order this? "

Yup that's what she means alright.

Okay, now I'm mad. But rather than just berating this young woman I ask to talk to her manager. That's when i find out she's the manager.

So, I pay and take my order and tell her that her customer service is very poor. She apologizes quite insincerely to which I tell her it isn't okay and drive away.

Again, I hate to raise a stink but other than pure laziness and incompetence there was zero reason to not be accommodating here. Just thought I should share because this was a new one for me. Absolutely wild.

Extremely rude and slow staff never fail to treat you horribly. There is always a huge line up and the front staff is extremely thankless. Never going there again

Clean Tim’s location and friendly staff! But for some reason there’s always something slightly off with the orders… whether it be no dark roast available, stale pastries, or a mishap with claiming Tim’s rewards, there’s seems to always be a minor issue with each order I’ve had here.

My favorite Tim Hortans location in Canada. Love stopping here for a coffee on the way to a job site in Saanich, and often make a detour because this location is great, food always made with care and never sloppy unlike other locations.

Went to Tim Hortons today. Thought I'd like to get an assortment of timbits. I'll even pick some up for the receptionist. So I ordered a box. I clearly ask for a variety box. They said chocolate etc I said yes please. I would usually expect something like those white jelly filled ones, chocolate.even the terrible cinnamon ones would've been a nice change. I just got two versions of white flavor.

It took so long that I just drove out before checking as you assume a variety pack isn't that hard to do.well I assumed wrong.

This place is so cheap with there spread of cream cheese on their bagels, even if you pay the $1 for extra all you get is bread! You are better off spending your money elsewhere. Used to be a good place not anymore.

I went to store for coffee December 5 2022 1.27 am. I bought one small and one large coffee and asked cashier Philippine girl how much is it she was rude and tell me look on screen.front of my side screen was non removable Charity Box. I request her and told her front of screen is box I can not see total. She was still rude, she Still didn't tell me price and tell me she can not do nothing about this box. Third time I request her please I am not asking you move this box tell me how much is it so I can pay you. Rude again. Finally after third request she give me total with Unacceptable attitude. She need lots training. She need to learn how to respect tim hortons costumers. I will never go to this location again.

Unfortunately this location has broken down in their systems. They are no longer able to accommodate dine in and drive thru. We were not served for 15 minutes. No one was. They were so overwhelmed that no one managed the tills. I guess they are extremely understaffed. I feel bad as they are over worked and underpaid.
The drive thru is so clogged that people cannot get in or out of the parking lot. Their sign about not blocking the road is ignored and has no consequences.
AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Grumpy vibe drive through and every time there is a customer with their cell phone showing the indoor staff about a deal or coupon and it’s holding the line up majorly. Like all the time and it creates customers to leave

I order steeped tea double double almost every morning. And they give me the wrong tea that I cant even drink nearly 3 times a week. Amazing crews.

I spent 45 minutes waiting in line and i was the 4th person in line at 1150am till 1235pm today April 19/22
I watched a supervisor at the drive thru working with 3 other ppl
There was 2 people making sandwiches on the same side
And there was a total of 8 people in the restaurant and only 1 serving the indoor restaurant area dealing with groups of students
In the 45 minute wait the supervisor noticed the huge line up and still ignored the indoor orders
I watched employees walking out for a break instead of helping with the rush
The supervisor should have offered help to the front
She had more then enough front staff to help
She obviously shouldnt be a supervisor as she has no idea how to prioritize or organize.

Thats all im saying for today
I will be going again
But the owner may want to watch the staff

Always messed up my order, I do mobile order most of the time and still they mess up my tea and breakfast wraps.

My experience is with the drive thru. I always go to this store because it is fast, the order always was delivered perfectly and the staff is very nice.

Ordered a small iced coffee, large chamomile tea, lunch blt no tomato, honey dip donut and a blueberry muffin.

Drinks, donut & muffin we had very quickly.

Our blt took nearly 15 minutes to get and then to top it off it had tomato on it.

Really disappointing. Slowest tim hortons kitchen staff I’ve ever encountered across Canada.

The service was pretty good but the speed they moved at was on the slow side and they have a line up inside and out. Ordered a dark roast double double and it wasn't even close to what I received. Wife enjoyed the crispy chicken craveable and her iced capp.

They make things correctly for the most part no one is perfect, even the guys at Opa in the Mayfield Center. The bathrooms close at 8pm, fyi, probably for the obvious reasons.

The drinks are good but theyre not dairy free half the time and i order soy milk because im allergic, feels like the staff decide whether they feel like reading the whole order or not.would appreciate not getting sick at work or not being able to have coffee in the morning.

I was assaulted here on July 1st this year. The general manager of the store did nothing but offer fake sympathy. There are still no cameras in the drive through. That said, the regular staff were friendly and competent.

Quick and efficient drive-thru service. "Extra" cream cheese on my bagel was a little lacking compared to other locations on two occasions, so much so that a "regular" bagel was indistinguishable from it; but otherwise it was fresh.

I had the best everything bagel I've ever had today! All the employees are so nice and work so hard, they all deserve raises:) I come here during my break and even when it's busy they still finish my order within just a couple minutes, thank you guys!

Always very fast! Even when drive thru is packed it’s never more than 5 minutes for me:) the drive thru set up is awful, but that’s not their fault. Sometimes out of things but what place isn’t sometimes? Staff is always super friendly:)

M not kidding at 1: 01pm on April 12th, I came here without a mask after jog coz I dropped mine I always keep one with me. The manager was talking with one of the victoria city guy she kept her gaze on her customers while discussing something with him and asked one of her colleague to offer me a mask, that shows how much she cared about her customers. Evertime I come they don't disappoint me, they really got the best timmies in victoria. I personally felt welcomed here, never been a day I came here and left with disappointment. Ii been to different timies they always have a bad attitude but here they really care for their customers.

Drive thru is the worst! I go to order breakfast and say “I’ll get an iced coffee. ” and before I can finish my sentence they say “is that everything? ” And they say it every single time I say an item. They rush you through as quick as possible so nothing is cooked and my order is ALWAYS wrong. Not to mention when I walk in they give me someone else’s order or terribly mess up mine. Literally never had the correct item once from the drive through and the food is cold.

So terrible this morning went a d for a bagel and steep tea asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel and there is literally no cream cheese on it. Staff are rushing to get through customers in the drive through so quickly they are making errors that could easily be avoided. I wish I could post the photo of this bagel.

Great place for coffee or doughnuts, but three staff couldn't tell me the difference between an Ice Cap drink and a Creamy Chill. They sell this stuff and couldn't come up with a better answer than, "The chill has like different, stuff in it. Like yeah"

One has to wonder, after reading all the comments regarding this location, why there has been no responses from management.

I've often purchased from this location over the 11 years I've lived directly across the street. I've experienced positive and negative moments. As I am moving and will no longer attend this franchise. I feel I must give this location only 2 stars. This is primarily due to the time I was told I had to leave leave after sitting in a booth for only 20 min. Even though I've spent thousands of dollars in the 11 years I felt I was disrespected by Mark, the owner and management. They are not bad people. I just think, like many other franchises, owners and management get complacent over the years and tend to see themselves as 'Kings' of their castles. It is hard to hold autocrats accountable. I have seen this sense of superiority prior to covid where everybody but managent and Mark were expected to wear headnets even though everybody behind the counter was exposed to food production. Best of luck paying your employees the lowest wage while you reap the benefits on their hard work and sweat.

They have a 24 hour drive through and open doors as well and standard tim hortons taste and menus. Though at 2 am they were only serving tim bits and had no doughnuts but it was 2 am.

This Tim Horton's is located in a convenient location. It has a drive through service and has recently reopened for a walk in only, take out service. Sit down service is not yet available.

After ordering we were told at the window that they were out of what we ordered which is not usually a big deal, we were then given our drinks which were made incorrectly and when we finally got our food it was extremely undersized. Very unhappy with this and will not be returning to this location

They forgot our cookie which it was one of the first things we ordered, how can you forget the cookie. They also forget the spoon for the soup we ordered. And the bacon wrap was not that delightful. They should have also respected us and gave us bev.

Not the most dedicated staff. Called around town to ask if any Tim Hortons had old fashioned sugar timbits because they are my girlfriends favorite. This one told me they did, so I drove much farther than I normally would to arrive to find that she was referring to the old-fashioned glazed. Wasted time and gas and didn't get what I came for because she either didn't know the difference or assumed it wouldn't matter after repeating back to me "old-fashioned sugar".

This is a really good Tim Hortons location. It was totally clean inside, and there was lots of seating available. The only thing that wasn't so good is that the line wasn't moving very fast, but when I put in my order it was ready very quickly. The white hot chocolate is so good at Tim Hortons and I would recommend this in particular.just go for a small or medium, the large is too big! ;)

I will be glad when Timmy's coffee goes back to donuts and coffee. There is just too many options. What's with all the different promotions? Bring back its Canadian own. Timmy's is NOT a boutique restaurant/ coffee shop.
Now back to the question. Yes I enjoy my coffee and donut.

The Tim Horton's on Shelbourne by University Heights is completely disorganised despite the fact they were heavily staffed. I counted at least 9 people in the food prep area. Ordered a soup and a chili to eat in. It took in excess of 25 minutes to ladle soup onto 2 bowls. The young lady working the soup station looked completely baffled by her task. In the meantime multiple other orders for sandwiches and drinks were filled while I stood there waiting and watching the young lady literally walk in circles asking 3 separate people for help. It was surreal! It seems they hire university students who don't speak English and don't know how to complete basic tasks.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The staff are not bad but incompetent most of the time and almost every time I go, they get my order wrong! Coffee is cold and they're always out of good donuts. If you're looking to be late for class or work in the morning and wait in the middle of the street for 10-20 mins to get into the parking lot, whether or not you're trying to go through the drive thru, this place is the place for you!

This company litterally owes me money, the amount of times I have ordered something in the drive through only to come home and find out its not in the bag. You basically have to do inventory when they give you the bag because 95% of the time its not what you ordered. You should send me a paycheque every 2 weeks because I do pretty much half the job the employees do by having to repeat the order 100 times. This store also fails to have any food, as I am typically told that they are out of wedges, donuts, croissants, soup, sandwiches etc. The manager is always yelling at her employees so loudly that I can hear it from the dining room, but it doesnt seem like the yelling is doing much because no one is working very hard.

As usual I'm left very disappointed with tim hortons. Asked for double toasted english muffin and as usual I recieved a dry tasteless sponge that was not toasted. The hashbrown was broken in peices and over cooked. It took 15 minutes to get to the order window. I thought I'd try it again but this is the last time I will waste my money on garbage food I wouldn't even feed to my dog. Barfffff

In the last year half my orders are wrong and the ppl working at this tim hortons next lvl not hard to make double double and a reg breakfast but some how every morning either I get sausage or I get different bun I order by number too check every order trust
