Only two members of staff, all tables were dirty and most still had used cups and paper bags on them. Washrooms closed - told by staff that they didn't have time to clean them - go and use the public washrooms at Centennial Square instead. Lastly, donuts that should have vanilla cream in them didn't!

Mention unprofessional when I witnessed a indigenous person get asked to leave when wasn’t even doing anything. The staff make Tim Hortons look bad.

Fast service when you order through the app. Just wanted to give a shout out to Andres (I think that’s his name). Very kind and genuine human.

My partner and I love Timhorton’s breakfast menu. Once we knew that this branch is next to our new house, we were happy before getting my burn food.

I don’t want to hesitate to be there anymore. I’d like to enjoy your food again. Please try to care of it.

The unprofessional staff I ever met on Saturday morning 17 September. Worst customer service and burnt food and she’s doesn’t even know what is half vanilla with quarter coffee. Please trained your staff.

This is how they made my crispy chicken craveable.
So disappointing, no food quality.
Customers can get virus eating this food.

Charged me for hashbrown in my farmers wrap, bagles never tosted, constant messing up, some Staff r nice

Well, a regular Tim Hortons with all the Tim Hortons stuff. What sets it apart is extremely friendly and courteous staff. Very nice place for a quick bite and coffee.

The manager served me and was so lovely! 10/10 customer service.got my coffee right away.seemed to be pretty supportive of their staff.thanks!

Because it's a downtown core location, they have a hard time keeping employees, leading to high turnover and an overall unfriendly feeling.

It can be a difficult location, due to it's proximity to homeless services. Please be nice to the staff here; a lot of them are teens, and their job is already stressful enough.
That being said, it is VERY quick despite how busy it gets (the location is super-jammed with professionals). I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Excellent crew, great management. Kudos:)

This was my first experience in a Tim Hortons and coming from east coast of US it has a slightly upscale Dunkin Donuts vibe.

Donuts were yummy and coffee was good.

Awful experience! Never go to that location or any other Tim Hortons again! I ordered the normal Chili which came surprisingly with just half the bun and without paper towels or anything else. Also the tables were dirty and all sticky. At 2pm afternoon more than half of their products were sold out. The Wi-Fi was available, BUT without internet. Selling a 330ml coke for $3.12 shouldn’t be allowed in my opinion. Also there was a lot of people just loitering there and talking loudly. Overall no recommendation at all.

Very slow. Store front was dirty yet I saw two employees standing around doing nothing. Food and drink was up to standard at least

The staff are friendly and efficient. The only thing I find lacking is security. I do not enjoy drinking coffee and eating there. So I just go for take out.

Love the coffee. And the muffins and bagels. Good place for lunch. The new Farmers Wrap is very good.

PLEASE turn up the heat for the steeped tea! It is never hot enough. Coffee is not always fresh either. The restaurant needs a good clean it is always dirty.

Tim Hortons don’t need any introduction, but this restaurant is special. It stays busy in the mornings but the staff is super friendly and efficient. Very efficient way of handling with customers and even with the cranky pants too. Clean and friendly environment, and that’s probably why it is so crowded in the mornings. My daughters love to eat here. More of a family restaurant for us)

I won't be back.this is the slowest Timmy's I've been into in a while. I could have gotten over that; had the coffee been right. Firstly, I ordered a 3 cream extra large normal coffee. The lady at the counter made up a double order of the person ahead of me, 1 and 1. Then when she was notified that the customer ahead of me was already served.it took her all of 30 seconds to sort out that a 1 and 1 should be played off as a 3 cream coffee.

Needless to say I tossed the coffee after 1 sip.

Why do people:

A. Think that they can play off an order that is quite literally a cheat in the hopes that no one will notice.

B. Lack the care and attention at ones job that is actually very strait forward. (And yes I have had the job myself in a much bussier environment.)

Sadly however, I didn't get the name of the lady that served me.though if this goes to a supervisor.approximately 09: 30 sept 9 2021.

Always got my 1 drink order wrong! Touching foods and donuts with dirty typing gloves. Poor Costumer service.

I got a Tim Horton's card as a gift so I went down and got a few things. I was impressed with the customer service, they had missed my breakfast order somehow and someone that ordered after me got their food first. The lady noticed and gave me a coupon for a free coffee and I wasn't even waiting that long. I would suggest however, not putting a chocolate covered donut and a croissant in the same bag for obvious reasons.

My order was two farmer sausage wraps, one sausage on an English muffin, 20 timbits, and 2 med double doubles.not only did it take 13 minutes to get my order, they didn't start on the food part until the last 4 minutes giving me a sausage and egg on an English muffin, but i had to go back in for the timbits. However the 7 people that ordered coffee and already made items (donuts or muffins) after i ordered were helped and had left already before i got my order.but they didn't fix was the fact that I paid for a sausage and egg when all I ordered was a sausage on an English muffin

I got a Bagel BELT and a latte. The bagel sandwich was good. The person serving hot drinks was not properly handling the cups and lids. She repeatedly touched the rim of the cup with her hands. She also put her hands all around the lid. I know that the lid needs to be secured, but especially during this time, I want where my mouth is going to go to be untouched. I have worked in the food industry. I was trained not to touch the surface of anything that the customer was going to put it the mouth. At some Tim Horton's they have a device to secure the lid so that it is untouched by human hands. Maybe some should be procured and used at this location.

Overall I'm quite satisfied, the location is nice and convenient and you can expect the same quality each time, the staff are also nice and friendly. Only downside I can think of are the occasional extended waiting times. Easy 4/5

Tims is always Tims so food/coffee pretty much as always is. Service good here, and though this is a bit of a grimy downtown venue the staff work hard and keep things ok

Great location right in the heart of downtown victoria. Fast service. Friendly staff. Love the farmers wrap with an xtra large triple triple:)

The dirtiest Tim Hortons ever, been here over an hour, did not clean tables floor is filthy. Staff have had times it was dead could of cleaned. It smells horrible in here.

Literally the worst Timmy's experience I've ever had. 3 Super incompetent employees literally 15 minutes for an iced coffee and a bacon english muffin, received an ice cap instead.

Ordered two plain bagels. Paid. Waited ten minutes. Was told there are no bagels. Left with no bagels and no offer of a refund.

If you’ve ever wanted to stand around for 20 minutes for a “fast food” meal this is the place to go

I give every Tim Hortons 5/5, you get far more than you pay for. Also, iced caps are just frappucinos but they cost 1/3rd the price

Barely had 3 tables for seating. Of the two front-end staff, one didn't know how to make the cold drinks, and the other couldn't be heard as she mumbled with her mask on. TimBits were fairly stale at 2pm.

Ordered a iced cap tru the mobile app went to to get my drink and I was givin something completely different I wasn't complaining but they should mabe read the recipes a bit better lol. Over all decent place tho.

Tim Hortons has been terrible for years. Bad food, bad coffee. I have absolutely no idea why people come here when there are dozens of more affordable, and frankly better options.

The place could be run better.

Ok here it is now july 21 2020 many many months after this first post and i feel that if they can not listen to customers requests and accomodate them they should just shut down permanently.
Not only did they not have my choice on the menu but they have been known to get other orders wrong as well.
After asking for what i went in for and being denied i simply walked out. Until that store is CLOSED DOWN im going to see about alerting the public to the extremely poor habits this particular tim hortons has for customer service.

This location has a strange smell and it lingers into the flavour of the food. Still a convenient place to grab a coffee:)

This place can be quite busy at times, but this recent visit there was almost no line. The coffee was good as usual and the service was good.

Gross coffee, slow.no actually super slow service. I love timmies but not returning to this one

Staff is very nice, service is extremely slow and I almost always had to go back to counter to let them know they made my simple sandwich wrong.

Eventually just stopped going. Too bad.

Very unfriendly staff and a confusing pickup system. Order in the middle, pick up coffee at far left and food at far right. Only signage says mobile pickup to the left. Every other station says order here.

Been in a hotel nearby for 5 days now and each time 15min minimum wait because service is bottlenecked by singular stressed out employee. Management, step it up.

There was a long line up with approx 10 people at the time, so I went up and ask one of the customer representivies if I can use the washroom first since I really need to use it.

The customer representative told me that I must purchase something first before I can have access to the washroom. I showed her that I have a Tim Hortons Rewards card, and promised her that I will for certain purchase a drink once I used the washroom; but she insisted that I must purchase a drink first before I can have access, and ignore my presence entirely thereafter which was really rude I found. Other customer representatives looked at me but also ignored my presence. No empathy nor sympathy whatsoever.

I like Tims, have always been a loyal customer, never had any issues with their customer service in various stores, they were always good until this time at this location. Not cool. Not cool. Especially in Victoria, this never happens.

Perhaps more training is needed and maybe a more flexible guidelines for washroom access should be in place. When people really need it, they really mean it.
