I was about to order and the girl at the till started talking to her coworkers and ignored me while I was ordering, then she looked at me and said, “ sorry what was your order “ I started ordering again, and she did it again, she stop paying attention to what I was saying and started talking to her coworkers and laughing, then for the third time she asked for my order but wasn’t paying attention at all, and almost got my order wrong, good thing I looked at the screen and saw that she was giving me a wrong order and asked her to change it
Not paying attention to the customers when they are ordering because you are joking with your coworkers is very rude.

What is the rush for? There are at least 10 people behind the counter rushing for no appearnt reason. I mean like bumping into each other and yelling in their respective language. Unnecessary commotion in front of customers. It would be nice if the lobby was better maintained as there were staff on their phones and having side conversations.

Today I ordered a coconut vanilla latte hot but they served me cold.
I thrice spoke to them but still I tried to have it. It tasted bitter whaaackkk.
No taste for 4+ dollars

This place was great. Food was delish and tones of options for vegetarians and non-veg as well. Customer service was outstanding. There is often a line-up but they give you the option to order from your mobile phone for a quicker way to get your food. Inside there are loungers that allow you to sit and chill. Speak to your loved ones. Not to mention its not too crowded or congested on the inside making it super COVID friendly. Thanks for providing a space that was well designed and easy for a new parent to take her kids.

I went there Friday afternoon, a girl maybe her name is “Victoria” i am not sure, have no sense how to talk to customers. She was working at sandwich station. She literally shouted at me and my sister just for confirming our order. Very poor customer service.

Best Tims in Surrey/Guilford area. Best to mobile order as they are usually very busy but always a good experience for me. They got like 5-10 employees work most times, so it's pretty fast!

Did not get the wrap i asked for. I had to throw it away because they made a mistake.
Also i asked them to put hashbrown inside the wrap and they refused. Well i get the same order from different tim hortons and never got refused.
I guess these people are SPECIAL.

NW downtown is now buzzing with addicted individuals after dark, seen most of such crowds near Tim's most outlets, not sure of the reason, maybe free food?

The staff is super unprofessional and rude, I wish I had option to rate negative stars. We waited for our order for long time and when we asked girl named engri showed attitude and said oh you are waiting on wrong side, never going to order again from this arrogant disrespectful people

This location is great! I order through the app regularly, and my orders have always been perfect and made in time. Anytime I’ve talked to staff, they’ve been friendly and helpful. It’s a busy location, so kudos to the staff for keeping up with the chaos. Highly recommend ordering on app if you don’t want wait in the long line.

They need to improve their rewards redemption app system. Everytime I go there the staff would ask me to pull out my phone and physically show them which offer I activated. The Internet was always slow and it makes me look like I'm holding up the line. When all I wanted to confirm is which wrap deal is 2 for $8, the farmers or the chicken bacon one. I don't care which one I can have either as long as it's the $8 deal. You would think they would know their own promos. I mean I already activated it at home but I just forgot which wrap cuz they rotate those two kinds of wraps for that same deal from time to time. This is the 2nd time they made me pull out my phone in my backpack and show it to then as if they need proof of it or something when I have the physical reward card they can just scan it and it would show them if I activated it already which I always do. The food is good and fast but the staff needs to be nicer and not make it more difficult for their clients to order and pay for their food. It's like she enjoys seeing me fumble for me wallet and hand her my Tim card but then won't scan it and asks for to see my phone app which takes forever to load BTW. Frustrating really.

Ownership of this Tim Hortons really need to get their act together! Ordered 2 x triple triple coffees on Saturday. Coffee was so weak - we could not drink it! They are so understaffed that they often get the sugar mix incorrect, so I now have to tell them every time to make sure its a TT. So I guess its back to stable Starbucks.

Got my decaffeinated coffee here today it was really bad tasted like water and cold.
