I got wrong order and the drive thru person is rude. She messed up with the order I told her three times. What i need and im clear with my order we are enjoying are night we all frnds went to tim and she ruined every by speaking rude. Time: 2: 38 am

I have to say, I am a huge tim Hortons girl and this experience today was awful! We ordered through the drive through, 3 breakfast sandwiches egg and bacon on English muffin 2 large London fog lattes and a strawberry chill with no toppings. Simple right. We get to the window and they only had egg for 2 sandwiches, so fine we grabbed the 2 and ordered a bagel with cream cheese. They hand us our drinks and the strawberry drink has whip and toppings on it. We ask for a new one and they were very rude and instead of making a new one proceeded to scrape the toppings of the top and hand it back to us. Our sandwiches were made on biscuits that were undercooked and doughy/RAW, and our London fogs were not made right and tasted weird. They were rude at the window and seemed to not know what they were doing. I definitely will not return to this location.

Its been forth or fifth time i order potatoes wedges and all the time i got old and hard wedges. So hard to eat it seems like very old food. And on top of that customer service is very poor. They don’t care about anything.

It is still the worst Tim Hortons in the lower mainland. You are better off to go to the one on Barnett Highway that has three times the lineup, because you'll get your food faster and it'll taste better. I still don't know how it can be so difficult to make a coffee and bagel

Rude employees, constantly rushing you. I use my telephone to pay it is illegal for me to drive off while it is in my hand, you can give me 5 seconds to put it back in my pocket

Not to mention my bagel is always burnt, how do you burn a bagel?

If I had a chance I would give zero star!
We went through drive thru and experienced the horrible customer service as usual. They canceled our order while we were waiting to get our kids meal and when I asked her she says we canceled it. I requested to make it but she was so unprofessional and told us to go elsewhere to order. What a horrible customer service…. I suggest the management to consider the service in specially that location. You guys gave a very bad image to our kids as well.

I was at this location last week and was shocked at how rude the person who took my order was. They told me to park and order because I took a few seconds to look at the menu. As I received my order (I didn’t park and order, that’s what I was trying to avoid by using the drive thru) the guy who handed it to me was extremely rude as well. The people who work here NEED some customer service courses urgently. I am never returning to this location.

Regularly come into this location a few times a week solely due to it being along the way, food quality's better than the last time reviewed about 6 months ago, but this location continues to consistently lack the staff and willingness to get people in and out in a timely manner with everything together correctly. When walking in, it's common to wait anywhere from a couple up to 15 minutes at times when it's not all that busy but it seems there's nobody behind the counter, or some of those behind it aren't too concerned as recently I was being served by one and watched another two stare at the line from afar (were talking a few minutes to even engage a line forming plus a minute to few per person there, meaning massive waits especially if you're only the third in line. On a regular basis). In a delivery that happened to come from this location this morning (wouldn't of if it had let me pick another) I got something I last saw described to me as something you don't do in training some time ago at a sister location, which was a half dozen just thrown in a big bag and had the top rolled so they're pressed together on their way to also sit like that while being delivered.why?

Absolutely terrible costumer service yelled at me when I wanted to add one extra item to the order and refused to do it until I told her I’ve done it many times before she shut the window on me and walked away before I could get even another word in will never be coming back to this location

Plainly, as seen by every person waiting in the drive through, and inside, there is a fellow, many mornings, who is allowed to sleep in the lounge area.

Seriously! Tim Hortons needs to speak to this manager and find this fellow an appropriate place to crash.

For inside service this is without a doubt the worst Tim Horton's you will ever visit.

The slowest and the most useless inside staff In existence, any chain, anywhere!

You must speak slowly and only say one thing at a time until they enter that one thing. Then when asked say the next thing very very slowly and clearly while making eye contact say.one.cream, and.one sugar.

OH, and your order will still be wrong most of the time. And don't expect a sleeve for your hot coffee.

Like most Tim Hortons, you can depend on getting what you expect. Avoid the drive thru at this one though, especially in the morning and lunch. The wait times can be crazy. Industrial area. Everyone wants their morning coffee and the lunch rush is to be expected.

Ordered 20 pieces of timbits (chocolate and honey glaze) and got assorted. Also (drive through) communication is terrible. The girl who took my order was not very hospitable.

This is a nice new Timmy Ho's location. Full offering of donuts, bagels, sandwiches and coffee. There's high tops and standard dining seats for dining in, as well as a drive-thru. Definitely one of the better, cleaner locations!

Worst tim hortons possible, avoid at all costs. Always out of everything, 10 a.m. And out of plain bagels? The staff were so confused today having so many people waiting. They didn't know what a french vanilla cappachino was and acted like we were dumb for ordering it. And gave me half a bun with my chili, will never return. Drive 4 minutes further to the other one.

Went through the drive thru and needed to wait in the parking lot for the rest of my order. 10 minutes later, nothing. I go in to wonder what's up and there sits my order on the counter. 2 cars in the drive thru, one person in line and 3 employees chatting behind the till, including the employee who had my order.

Worst staff and worst service i have ever seen all over BC. Hardly there will be any single chance when i get right drink. I think Staff here don’t know the meaning of steeped tea and the coffee.

I love Tim and this is the nearest location from my work.
Staffs don't check mobile order immediately that made me wait many times. Not friendly. The washroom gets closed for cleaning often.
I try to order Tim near my home if possible.

I will no longer frequent this location because the staff is rushed and rude. They frequently get orders wrong, but if you check your order when you get it they repeat "thank you, have a nice day" to try to move you along. I'm tired of their robotic, insincere, and condescending behavior. I told the cashier off this morning while verifying my order was correct. "I'm not rushing for ANYONE. "

Once again I blame the management for overworking and understaffing. It's not the employees that are getting extra money so please don't take it out on them when they can't keep up with the 17 different ways you can order now. You should have ever phone whichever location you're having a problem with and let the manager know personally)

Self Serve Order Stalls didnt block out items that were no longer available. So when we ordered our items, we had to be told that they werent available but that we could order another item instead.

Maybe next time program the Self Server Order Stalls to block out the breakfast items that appeared to be an "All Day Breakfast" option.

I was in this branch yesterday ordered the cream brocholis cream soup. I found out there is a big piece of plastic paper inside the soup. The service was quite rude. Owner need to get them retrain.

Service is OK. But the carelessness for handling food process is quite
surprised and very disappointed from this big famous chain food.

Did a mobile order for two drinks. 10 people who walked in after me got their drinks before me and knew something was wrong. Asked the cashier and she found my order in the trash or something. Then she said she was going to make it. 3 more people order after that and get their drinks after that. I ask the person making drinks where my order was. She said she had to ask the cashier. Apparently there was further miscommunication between the staff because neither of them made it. Pretty ridiculous. Worst location I have ever been too. Staff are literally incompetent or have poor training. Manager on the shift speaks poor English and has bad customer service skills.

Even one star is way too much for this very very very unorganized location, You never can expect them with organizer is and provide rights stock it's stuff you order them, After you pick up the order you can see they made Wrong order for you, We are from this area yeah and we really tried several times but but each time we can see still same problems so we do not recommend trecommend this location and do you at all,!

The staff was so rude and the manager was not there to take care of my problem.
They got my order from drive tru and instead of delivering my order to my car because of waiting time they told me that I have to pick my order from store and they staff that was taking the order was in rush and stressed me that I forget to tell them my rewards card to savanna and when I asked the to do it after they said that they can’t because the manager was not there.

The quality of service is going down every day at this location. We have been getting more creamer than coffee as well as very badly made bagels, sandwiches and wraps. Sometimes they don't even wrap the food properly. I am very disappointed at this service, we went to get wrap on February 14th at abot 19: 20 which was horrible. They mess up order more frequently, I guess the women are not interested in their jobs.

Whoever does the drive-thru is really rude. Clearly does not want to be at work. Every time I go there, they are rude and short and not helpful when you have a question about the menu or need a second to decide. The girls at the window are nice, though. If you hate your job that much, just get a different job, not in customer service.

Generally great service but went Saturday Eve about 10: 45 pm cause they are open late. The order was 2 steeped tea and 2 french vanilla coffee but got home and realized we got 4 french vanilla coffee. To late to go back.

This Tims is the worst. They should be shut down or a rep should visit this location for training as they don't not uphold any company standards. They rip you off, they will give you sandwiches covered in mayo or sauce outside the bun, not add the meat or whatever- there is always something missing. The drive through workers are always so rude and condescending even if your polite. I've had under baked cookies and burnt croissants. You order a short of espresso and they just won't put it in your iced capp and claim it is. Place is dirty and they will yell at you if they get your order wrong. It's a battle for either your money back or to make it right. Boycott.

Go to this location often. Used to be good but getting worse and worse. They try to rush you at the drive thru and get upset if you are taking too long. Meeting their targets are clearly more important than customer service. Wife and kids were to order 6 drinks recently. Waiting in line just to be told if they make it, they have to park and pick it up. No thank you. Waiting in parking lot is okay but at least walk it out to your customers like other restaurants do.

Got an iced cappuccino and a donut. The girl drops the box on the floor, picks it up and hands it to me…. Where is the food safe here? Since when it’s ok to pick things from the floor and hand them to customers …. If they do this while customers can see, I’m scared of what happens in their kitchen. Of course I didn’t take the donut and just left…. Didn’t even offer to replace or refund.

These guys need to step up their game. Barnet's locations better. These guys always forget to either stir my coffee after putting the cream or sugar, or don't even but the right number of sugar. Besides that, would it kill you to put a sleeve on the coffee? I come on the regular and EVERYTIME I need to ask for a sleeve. I don't have this issue at any other location or franchise. Ps. Slooooowwwwww

So, make sure you get your receipts from this location, this way you can figure out how much everybody is being overcharged for their meal. Oh and count your change, was shorted a buck on my change and over charged for a meal for our 88yr old father. We ordered a "Homestyle biscuit breakfast meal, as pictured is $6.19, they charged me $6.99 I questioned right away why I was being over charged for this meal. Response, its changed it in our system to re-labeled it as a farmers sausage breakfast. I WAS TOLD There's nothing I can do about it! My response was fix it or give me my money back. Then I had to argue to get my money back with her and who was represented as the manager fought with me over the price. She even said there's nothing we can do about it, I said there sure as hell is, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Worst drive thru service ever. Orders were taken wrong and drinks were not filled up right and calling customer stupid. Lazy stuff and just wanted to rush you out after doing the wrong refund. Management should seriously retrain their stuff. This is the worst drive thru experience I have ever had.

It hasn't been the same since you know when. With how quickly they rush you through the drive thru, I can't imagine how much pressure the workers must be under. Come here for coffee or breakfast in a rush, but don't expect anything more from Canada's former favourite.

Probably one of the worst tim hortons in the lower mainland and that says alot as alot of the tim hortons around here are sub par. Alot of the employees do not listen and constantly screw up orders and argue with customers. Additionally there can be major wait times for dine in for no reason due to staff ignoring the dine in area.

Overall if you can avoid at all costs.

Hit or miss. Sometimes they're nice, other times they have attitude. I avoid one closest to where I drop my wife off due to this, but now I'm getting I here, too. Starting to question why I go back.

For context, I asked for some extra napkins because they only put 1 in the bag and there was a fair bit of food. She waves at the bag saying there's some in there, then wisks away from the window.

I love going to Timhorton's and I love their food the food and beverage taste unique and awesome. However, the Sandwood square location is worst one. If you modify your order just little bit, they screw up with your order even if it is a simple cup of coffee.but the other worst thing is that they waste time because they do it poorly on the drive thru.e. G if you confirm your order, they just say YES without understanding what the customer says, or they ignore you and carry on and then the costumer comes back with lots of complain. When you ask for side sugar or cream they just give it to you with out a stir stick and a napkin. I think they mean that the costumer has to figure out how to mix their sugar/cream in their coffee because when you ask for a stir stick or napkin they get so annoyed and they talk in their own language that the costumer is so demanding. The drive thru in Sanwood square employee should know that it is a multicultural country and we know some languages. So please train them in terms of service and behavior.

This location lacks any quality controls. They are more concerned about pushing the drive-thru as fast as they can.food is always pre-made and sitting under warmer lights, nothing is fresh. Orders are never correct. They don't ensure the drinks are stirred or completed correctly, half the time it tastes water downed. Forgot about friendliness either.no manner. Convenience doesn't trump quality, not when people are spending hard earned money. Management needs to re-evaluate their business model. I'll be taking my TH business to other locations, I'll gladly wait 1-2 minutes longer if that means I get the best bang for my buck. Such a disappointment time after time. Do better!

Super friendly, accommodating and efficient staff. The restaurant is always clean. Coffee is excellent, and food prepared to order with fresh ingredients. It's a big chain, obviously, but they aren't all equal! This one is great.

This was our first weekend experiencing Tim Horton's and we would definitely go back. Great coffee, nice breakfast options especially if you are on the go. Their donuts were awesome!

Poor customer service and “store policies”. Ordered half dozen donuts and they ran out of one of the donuts I had asked for. They offered to replace and I asked for a premium donut as the replacement for the one donut they didn’t have. Little did I know, they charged me for all premium donuts which was double the cost. When I asked why they did that, the answer I got was that it was store policy and the manager said “I don’t own this location”. Unbelievable, almost felt like theft when being charged for 6 expensive donuts and only getting one. I canceled my order and left. Horrible location with no care for customers!

They wouldn't take the 2 large garbage bags out of my car and throw them out for me. They could of easily fit through the drive through window. Very disappointing experience. Probably not going back.

Haven't been to a Timmy's for a year or so. Had a coffee (way too hot to even sip) never finished it. Had a wrap with bacon and egg, as well as a hash brown that wasn't real food. Only reason I went, was given a $20 Timmy's card from client. Gave it to a homeless person as I left.

I go to this Sunwood square Tim hortons its convenient close to home! But jeeze im forgiving but almost every time I go there they screw up my order. I was always taught no matter what job you have do it to your best ability. They really could learn that lesson
