Tim Hortons

The new girl working at prep is horrible.she just gave me a farmers wrap with hash browns so old, they are hard as rock.
I also asked her for a paper bag, she just puts it on the table on her side. LOL at least push it over to my side. I had to reach over the counter to grab that. Horrible service:/

As far as Tim Hortons goes, I have always had food as expected and the coffee/tea tasting like it should. I've been to a few that were not good over the years.
Also, fast and friendly service in the mornings on the way to work when I do get in the line-up.

The washroom is out of use and the cleaning lady had such a rude attitude towards customers.

I'm going through a Timmy's faze thanks to their large (and wonderful) sandwich menu. Love the combo meal option with so many great donuts to choose from. But now I'm more into the potato wedges which are addictive! The staff st this location are quite friendly, so that is a plus as well.

Always long line ups, either mornings, lunch time or late, short staffed most of the time. It's best to eat in the car than use the dinning table. Always messy.

Terrible location. Advertises items on its menu board and doesn’t actually carry them in store. Instead says you have to buy the more expensive thing. Never go here. Terrible.

As per my experience, I have been impressed with the customer service provided by Tim Horton. Especially, impressed by the sandwich maker SIMMI. She always impressed me and the best thing about this member is her way of greeting she always greets everyone with a smile.

Terrible experience! A family member Parked at Tim Horton’s and noticed signs saying parking limited to 30 min. Ran a 5 min errand, came back to vehicle to put items away and then head into Tim’s for a coffee and donut. Shocked to receive a $90 parking ticket on the windshield. Was so furious that my family left. Tim Horton’s - you’ve lost my and my family’s business at this location!

The service is great the food is ok and the atmosphere was good. It's a typical tim hortons.

Usually drink coffee which is fine mostly but this time ordered wedges too and couldn't believe it, how hard most of them were. Not happy at all

Staff are great. Food is as expected. Not the best location. Lots of weirdos in the morning. Guy dropped his knife and crack pipe in front of me on my last visit.

One of the poor Tim Hortons i occasionally see. Toilets are locked because of rough part of the town this place in. Servers are good and food classic Tim Hortons. I don’t think you can improve anything it just bad location

Horrible.uncleaned tables.no place to put garbage.our food was just thrown in the bag.napkins crumpled and my chili leaked all over the place.they were understaffed though.only 2 workers for take out, skip the dishes pickup, and dine in orders.

Tried the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit and it was like a piece of sandstone. Dry and not good. Donuts are a disappointment these days.

The store was very dirty, tables and floor.
Service i had only one person a head of me even though I had to wait for 5+ minutes to get my turn despite there were 4 employees at front counter. Then I had to ask for every thing sleeves napkins receipt.

I ordered a chili and a bun and the bun was cut in half and they kept half of it. I guess cutbacks have to be made?

Staff was so rude, did not make my drinks properly, they all kept glaring when I asked them if they could kindly make my drink again and they didn’t even give half my order to me. Worst location I have ever visited.

It was great it took a little longer to get service this morning other than that try the hazel nut chill it's great on a hot day.

It's Tim's, I tend to find the service mediocre, same with the food, the same issue I have with Timmy's in general honestly, but needed a coffee and doughnut and they were the only game in town.

Washroom was discusting, need to be checked/cleaned more often. Food order was fast, coffee good.

I'm not sure what happened, this location used to be great. However the past 3 times in a row that I've done a mobile order, something has been wrong.

People who pay for there food are asked to leave, after 20mins into eating as there holding up spots for paying customers.

Even i have been asked to leave because I was using there "free" internet and didnt buy anything. I was on my data told them there "free" internet wasnt working. I had food in front of me that I just bought but couldn't eat yet because everything scalding hot. I like to taste my food not have no taste buds left. It wasnt even busy there was no one in there not even single person besides me.

The coffee was absolutely terrible and my wife’s sandwich had egg shells in it…. Very disappointing.

They never get my order right and they burn bagels/croissants when they warm them up. There’s always something missing or they don’t follow instructions.

Service and food are of the norm.coffee is great but the lack of attention to the cleanongnand upkeep of the bathrooms is disgusting and taking away the right for customer to use them does not solve the problem.

Can't complain about the food and service everything's great. But the crackheads inside and outside make it really scummy there. I feel bad for the staff at this location having to deal with them everyday

There have been quite a few times where the wedges have been stale, lots of coffee grounds in coffee, paninis and bagels uncut (not a huge issue, I get that) and also wrong items. Besides that though, staff are super nice!

On March. 28th at approximately 8pm, my gf and I were out trying our new bikes and stopped at Tim Hortons in Maple Ridge on Lougheed and 224th for a couple teas.
The plan was to sit on the patio to rest and enjoy something warm before riding home, and more so, we could watch our bikes due to no bike lock.
We got our teas and sat on the patio, 5 minutes later a plain clothed male holding a pressure washer approached us and asked us to relocate as he needed to close the area, he recommended we move our bikes and ourselves and sit across the parking lot on the curb where there was no light and a number of homeless people hanging out. Not so safe I think.
In my hospitality management experience, when there is any work in a common area that will or potentially affect guests, then prior notice is commonly given to your guests by the establishment, not a rude 3rd party contractor, especially when you buy your tea, make mention to the cashier that your going to sit on the patio and they don't tell you that they are closing it in 5 minutes for pressure washing, poorly managed and it only affected your guests.
We had to drink our teas standing next to our bikes in the middle of the parking lot, not so convenient.
Now from here on forward, we will ride the other direction and find a small family owned mom amd pop type coffee shop to support.

Staff have forgotten about customer service and the fact that we (customers actually pay them and we should be treated with a bit more respect) or perhaps they were never taught any mannars

The coffee is like it should be and the staff for what I’ve seen are very polite and kind
It’s small so sometimes there is a long line
Only take out since COVID so I go at a near bench

I don't know why Tim's staff as a whole (with the exception of one or two people) seemingly HATE humans, but the service and attitude received at this location in particular are always baffling. No hello, no "thank you", drops my receipt in front of my despite my hand being outstretched, have to ask to use gloves that haven't touched cash/POS system when grabbing donuts. It's just a mess.

I went to two other locations in maple ridge to get all my gift cards switched to one and both locations "managers" had no idea what they were doing until I came the 224th location yesterday in the evening and a young white man (srry I forgot his name) just a regular worker did it for me in like a minute. Meanwhile managers at other locations tell me it can't be done. I wish I remembered his name but thank you for making it an easy experience that two managers could not. This young man deserves a promotion.

Negative stars was not an option so ya this is the worst tims even got trolled by the parking maid for waiting in line for 10 minutes save your self and go to another tims
