Tim Hortons

I bought a cup of medium french vanilla on june-26-2020 at 8: 30 in the evening. I paid and left the store with the cup. I was driving and unfortunately when I was drinking it. I found the plastic piece in my mouth this is worst as this is quarantine. I was shocked to see the plastic piece. The supervisor of the store was too rude as well. Even I took the cup to the managar named Manphole he didn’t gave a good response about my complaint and he accepted that plastic piece belonged to them. As the pastic was from the cups which are wrapped and seaIed with the plastic sheets or cover. I request to everyone to be careful and check the food items you are going to buy from this worst place. This Tim Hortons is at E 49 Ave main street, Vancouver.

Bad service and I was told that I was giving attitude, and I was politely asking for more whipped cream and I paid more for it

I ordered 5birthdaycake timbits, 3cholocate and 2 honey dip. If it's sold out, you guys should've let me know at least

The cashier asked me 3x what's my order, waited almost half an hour for my order and when I asked about it, the staff asked me what are my orders. Worst branch ever.

The employees take a lot of harassment and abuse from skip the dishes, uber eats & door dash idiots who like to abuse the tim hortons staff. My coffee comes fast and right cus I use mobile order. Its not their fault yall cant order coffee right.

Bad experience when ever I come over here, very limited staff.staff are dying & running here and there. It seems owner only focus on labor cost rather than taking care of staff.

That location for the delivery drivers is the worse one. Today i visited here to pick uber eats order and i have to wait for almost 35 minutes. When i ask to one of the crew over there that how long it gonna take they did not replied in a good way. Thats really owfful.

Ya.this place sucks, go to brekas at 49th & fraser instead. Better coffee/food attentive service.

This Tims has insanely slow staff. Even though it's open 24 hours, after midnight they never have anything available and are unable to make any food. Just dishwater weak coffee.

I guess this goes for all the Tim Hortons stores in Vancouver. When customers bring in their own reusable cup and place orders. Please remember to check if the cashier charged you for the one time use cup fee. I have been in a few that they will ignore/forget about your own cup and charge me for the cup fee.

Amazing location and services at this tims. Staff is always ready to help you rightaway. Always fresh coffee and food. Always 10/10 on standards.

I waited 20 minutes after I ordered my coffee. Extremely slow service by the staff. I don’t know where are these 5 star reviews coming from.

All the times I visit the location people are unhappy with their service and unluckily this the the closest Tim from my house.

Ordered mobile app to get them more time to do it before I get to the location. Employees kept saying its coming but I could hear them asking each other if they made it yet. I only ordered coffee.

Employees works very slow in this location. Idk if theyre fully staff or needed more people.

The staff is always unhappy and if you place an order of 4-5 items, thay stare at you like they are gonna kill you.
Food was same as in other Tim Hortons.

I am new to canada and i wanted to try french vanilla for the first time and this store is the closest one to my home. I have never tasted such a drink in my entire life and the sitting arrangement is the best i have ever seen compared to restaurants in my home country.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever been to. Have had multiple experiences where the food I receive is subpar to other locations and it takes forever to actually get my food. If you think using the app is convenient and a quick way to get your food, think again. I end up waiting up to 20 minutes every time to get my food.

The staff claimed I didn’t order a coffee until I pulled out my app to show that the order was made over 10mins ago. Another instance had me wondering why the staff is on their phones, without name tags and not making my order. Lastly, I ordered a chicken wrap and the worker handed it to the wrong customer, that customer complained he got the wrong order and the worker took it back. Next, the worker tells me my order was already picked up (when it was actually given to the wrong customer) and they don’t see my order in the system anymore.

This place really needs some serious training and attention to customer service. Disappointed that such a nice looking 24 hour location like this has untrained slow staff that provide horrible customer service.

Above average Tim Hortons but the washrooms are locked and I think you have to ask them to open them for you to use them.

Tea was not warm, food was also not warm, staff were understaffed, kiosk sucks, tables are wobbly, tv is broken, one of the lights don't work, not even luminosity in the building, no donuts at night, and gives out too many napkins - very bad for the environment, stained their window with useless pictures.

But all in all, not bad.

Very nice layout and super clean. Main & 49th Vancouver. Plugs to charge your cell, a few comfy chairs and the best steeped tea!

This Tim Hortons is located at the base of a new condominium development. Already it has seen a busy clientele as it is located on the intersection of two busy streets that of Main Street and 49th Ave. It's located in the heart of what are used to be known as India town. Most of the East Indian vendors have since moved away with only a few remaining. This Tim Hortons is typical and with both online ordering and pick up as well as delivery and in store computer-based ordering as well as in person ordering. They have the normal selection of donuts and pastries as well as full selection of breakfast foods and wraps including sandwiches for lunch. There is a small dine in area of the restaurant. The service here unfortunately is a bit slower than I would like to see and unfortunately it happens more often than not as I visit this location quite frequently. The location is really excellent and we walk here all the time with the kids. Value for money is typical for a Tim Hortons. Will come again.
