Tim Hortons

I've shared my experience with a message that i received back from them. Said they were sorry n look into it. Nothing else offered n no changes made grr. I'm never going to any Tim Hortons again. But this is my experience. Enjoy if u still go though. We don't all have bad experiences.

The driver thru service attendants are pleasant and very professional.
So far really good service and fast delivery.

We ordered two grilled Chicken wraps, one cilantro, one with bacon plus a grilled cheese sandwich.
We received two vegetarian wraps instead of chicken which were lousy.
We both had diareah, LBM all night long.
We are very disappointed with our meal.
It's first time we ever experienced such a bad meal at Tim Hortons.
We won't order that again!

I don't know who the owner is, but train the staff properly
There were nearly 10 employees, I don't know if they were working or playing, and no one cared about the customer's order, and I waited more than 10 minutes for the order to arrive, and I was the only customer in the store
He glared at me without saying sorry for keeping me waiting

Usually they get it right.except this one time.thank God it was just my morning coffee they messed up but I'm over it

I'll be honest.the serving staff is great, but the facility itself is dirty.was in the first and in the last.

One of the most accurate tim hortons in terms of correct order that I regularly visit. I would recommend this over any other tim hortons in town.

Every time I go through this drive through something is wrong with my order. Doesn’t matter if it says the right thing on the screen or if they repeat it back to me still wrong. I don’t have a difficult order. It’s very annoying since my pregnant wife has food adversions and it always seems to be her food

Takes FOREVER. Order is always wrong. Today is the one time the order was right. Next to no cream cheese on the bagel, and it looks like this….
WHAT is this? LOL

I have a lot of patience for new staff training as the sign outside asked and I didn't mind getting the wrong item 3 times and a drink missing from the order after ten minutes of waiting, but when we flagged these issues we were sighed at, told "uggggh I'll just make it again" and repeatedly told we got our missing drink already, I have no sympathy. Worst Tim's I've been too.

Had a chicken sandwich and an ice cap
Sandwich was delicious and the ice cap was nice and cold
Great service from them and there wasn't a long line which made me happy

I've been here a handful of times and usually strictly out of convenience. Im not one to rate service poorly often.but tonight was bizarre. No one wanted to work there.which I understand. But it took 10 minutes to make my order and they were dead. No one there was professional, having coming up to the window to stare at things together without explaining. No wonder it took so long to get my order. Finally by the time my order was ready, they came by the window and handed me four tiny bags. I was alone in my car with no assistance. I asked if they could put my order In a bigger bag. There was a silent protest and I had to explain that I had less hands than bags. One gal begrudgingly gets a plastic bag. I know it's intended to be given to customers because it's got handles and they KNEW they had them. Took another two minutes to pack my order into the bag.

I really think moving forward I will go out of my way to go elsewhere because it's now the second time I've had to ask for a bag and feel like they are in pain for serving me.

HELLO EVERYONE. This is not going to be a nice one unfortunately. I just came out of the drive thru and such a bad crew. An Indian Sikh boy was handing out me the food and it took me 2 secs to receive everything and place it in the cup holder. That guy talked at my back in such a disrespectful way for without any reason. Being an Indian I understood what he said but I did not respond. I am not blaming the food, the food is amazing there. But at a place where go out for good food, disrespectful crew plays an important role in messing your day. I myself have worked in a fast food restaurant but never have seen such bad behaviour with the customers. Be ware! You can get good food everywhere but good service is also important.

Go there regularly out of convience, order always the same two things, some of the most non-sense ramblings ever have come out of this place. A worker “Jass”, straight up told me I was wrong about the order I placed while I was showing her the receipt. Tims service 101 is customer service, Supervior Siemran was respectful enough however remind your supervisors that managing the staff on floor is part of their job training. (Worked with Tim hortons for 3 years)

This has got to be the SLOWEST Tim Hortons ever! It is not uncommon to wait more than 20-25 minutes in the drive thru. And that's when it's not even that busy. Unbelievable!

If you are in a hurry, don't come here. What a joke!

Typical 10-15 minute waits in drive thru and causes the lineup to backup onto the road. Wait in the line only to find out the grill isn't working. Majority of the time I have to substitute my food as "there's a shortage at the warehouse".

It's a Tim Hortons, you can't expect anything other that two stars. Tim Hortons is rude, hurried staff that throws it on the counter and tells you you're wrong if it's not what you asked for. An extra napkin? , why are bothering me for an extra napkin kind of attitude.

While sitting here in line for 15 minutes I've realized that this might be the slowest tim hortons ever. I've been to some bad ones. This one sucks. Go in. Don't waste your time. You'll never get it back.

It's Timmie's what more is there to say. Coffee, snacks and friends. Polite staff at this location.

Without a doubt the best Tim Horton's in Abbotsford.
The staff is wonderful, with many long-time employees I know and trust to take care of me there. I am always impressed by the quick and friendly service.and the food is *consistently* well made and good to eat.
If I could only go to one Tim Horton's for the rest of my days it would be this one ️
