What a turn around this location has done. All the east Indian employees got fired for incompetence and the staff is all Philippine stock. The wrap was made perfect, coffee fresh and the Boston Cream donut was fully stocked. English speaking and understanding is great. The 5: 00am morning staff deserve a pay raise.

We arrived and waited quite a long time to be helped. The entire restaurant had dirty tables. I had to go ask the staff to wet some napkins so I could wipe our table down. Unfortunately, due to the colourful clientele looking on tables for food they could eat from the left behind garbage this place is not kid friendly!

I was told to pay for a glass of water while I bought a coffee! I spent so much at that place and never had such experience before.

The restaurant was big with a good seating plan. I enjoyed big size french vanilla coffee with a high taste.

Decent Tim Hortons. Not the quickest, ours were ok, but a few people complaining that their orders were wrong.

Columbia Street location. Friendly staff. Good quality food and delicious coffee. Good prices.

Horrible customer service. Hard to communicate. Was ruse to a confused older gentleman in front of us. Just kept shouting his order was ready, he didn't hear. He was on the wrong end of the isle, instead of helping him after I pointed him out and other customers did to, they just walked away, thankfully a women got him and showed him where his food was
Absolutely unacceptable service. The only reason they got two stars was our food was correct

Very long wait staff ignored customers and were rude and dismissive when asked questions not recommended

Bitter sweet experience ordering from the drive through. However, ANJANA, one of the guys who work there is amazing! One of the few people among all the drive throughs in Kamloops who knows "Customer Service"! Huge shout out to this guy!

Always quick service and one of the few places that has never made an order error in my experience.

Conveniently located in shopping area. Large parking lot, staff were quick and organized. Bathrooms/eating area were clean.

Asked for a honey dip donut, got an old fashioned glazed. That’s like asking for a nice steak dinner but you get slapped in the face instead.

Tim Hortons Sahali location has extremely poor customer service through drive. It literally took 10 min for me to get a coffee and a donut while I was sitting at the window not from the time of ordering. I watched the drive through girl wondering the floor going back and forth not even grabbing my donut and my drink was not even ready even though food (wraps) for 2 vehicles were ready and ready to be handed out. I asked for a receipt and did not get one. When I called and spoke to "supervisor " I advised what happened and advised I saw everything girl did through the window and he called me a liar and stated she was working on a skip order. "Drive through" does not work on skip orders.

I order the same iced coffee with silk almond beverage everyday and today I was very very disappointed, I got my first coffee and it was very watery and pathetic, I was really nice to them and I explained what happened and they gave me a remake which was so terrible that I had to throw them.
Very disappointed.

Been here a few times the drive through is to rushed to even listen to what u order and are to rushed to even allow you 2 use your guys slower app I get your suppose to be fast but at any other location u still won't get cold food and last time I ordered a wrap there it was cold as hell because it had only been in the press 2 secs or probably less and I know it's supposed to be at least 15 so u don't serve it cold but whatever guess I won't go to this location anymore

As an old manager for Tim hortons there is a lot to say about this location both good and bad, today was a tipping point of bad when I revived another coffee that tasted like your espresso machine still has a tab in it. I’m currently vomiting and can’t even drink it it is sooooooo strong!
Not only am I sick from the chemicals but how many others?
All your staff should be properly taught how to use any and all chemical on the floor!
I don’t complain but this is wayyy to far.

I know I was there 3: 30 am and only thing available for food was a BLT sandwich, my bread was toasted too long and is burnt.

Probably the least consistent tim hortons in kamloops. Been there 4 times in the last 2 months because it’a a last resort. They always end up somehow screwing up the order. Just ordered a farmer wrap today and the egg was raw inside. Worst tims in kamloops

Repeatedly messed up my order (which gets messed up every time I come to this location) always have missing food! I won’t be returning!

Service here always seems to be below expectations. More concerned with getting people thru drive thru quickly rather than counter service.

Terrible customer service. You have to repeat your order 2 or 3 times. Staff is rude and yells in your ear. People taking your order will randomly say "just a sec" and leave for 2 or 3 minutes for God knows what. And why does it take longer than a few seconds to check what bagels are available? Waited nearly 30 minutes for a sandwich before having to leave as my lunch break was over. Didnt see anybody else receive their food while I waited either.

Never has anything. Been here multiple times and they are always out of something. So we changed our order to 2 cripsy chickens and a water in which they told us we could not do for they only had 1. After much annoyance and figuring out our order they decided they suddenly could do another crispy chicken. While going through the drive through they told us we had to wait for it to be done in which if they told us at the speaker we would have not have gotten it. Always having issues with this location. Seems like they didn't want to make the crispy chicken because they didn't feel like it. Makes me wonder if all the things they are constantly "out of" is just them not wanting to put the time to make something other than coffee.

I mostly use drive thru and this is probably 7th or 8th time that they have messed up my order or have missing items from my order. I’ve always let it go but this time I knew I had to complain

It was a pleasant surprise. Usually we have many issues when ordering at Tim Hortons, but I gotta say that they did everything right here! They were fast and nice! Great job!

I ordered a number one meal and the line was huge in the drive through. Very impressed how fast they got the rush in the morning down.

I ordered 10 timbits with all chocolate, but they gave all glazed timbits.
It was in the box, so I did’t see until i opened.
You better check your order when you get it at the window!

Appears that in house dining is discouraged. Tables scattered everywhere. Repeatedly had to ask for missing items from order. No one cleaning tables between customers.

Everytime I get a specific girl who just does not take our orders correctly, says just a minute and takes off for 3 minutes until we end up screaming at the intercom, and then proceeds to take our order wrong again. I try not to get frustrated about it, but it's just something that shouldn't happen when you want to order a simple green tea and it takes 5 minutes and people are honking behind you. I thought maybe it was the intercom, but they just got new ones in place and it's still happening.

The absolute worst service tim Hortons I've ever been too, the only reason most people go there is because its location convenience. You need new management to train all the staff in proper customer service

ORDERED A MEDIUM FRENCH VANILLA AND GOT A HALF FULL CUP, FOUND ONLY WHEN I CAME HOME. IF I KNEW I GET COFFEE FOR A SMALL WHEN I ORDER A MEDIUM I WOULD HAVE JUST SPEND LESS AND GET A SMALL!

The staff at the drive through dont ever let you Finnish placing your order.they continuously interrupt and say is that everything.very annoying.also when I asked for a sleeve for my daughter's hot chocolate she the lady brushed me off by saying yah yah yah and walked away from the window without giving me a sleeve.

I bought for $175.00 in GC for my family for X-Mas and I kindly asked the managed if she would treat me to a coffee and a tea biscuit and she refused. She said she could not.
Last year, the clerk actually offered it to me to thank me.
