Place is not to sit and eat it is strictly take out only, good if your just passing through

Very disappointed. As a truck driver it’s very hard to get anything in the early hours of the morning. The drive thru was open but staff refused to serve me and proceeded to mock me by drinking coffee inside staring at me.

All the WY from Ontario, Staff were Awesome Fresh Coffee, Some conversation with other patrons Nice to see so many smiles in one place.

Ordered takeout and was attended by friendly and polite employees. They provided everything as per my order with a big smile on their faces.

It was a good experience. Fast, I got a mix 6 pk of donuts was a good mix and the team member was friendly.

We have 3 Tims in town. 1 is consistently good, 1 is good and the third hit and miss to selection and speed. All 3 seem to have an issue with service. The employees are disengaged, just interested with getting you through and out the door. The few employees that seem to enjoy their jobs are stellar and stand out with their service and friendliness.

Two times in the same week ordering dark roast coffee and was told "we don't have that today. ". Now you're trapped in their painfully slow line to just get out of there!

The drive thru set up is horrendous. You literally have people blocking roads and waiting on roads to get into there lineup which is made for about a 4 or 5 car line not the 8-15 that are usually there during peak hours. That being said they do get you your coffee and donuts in a good time

Worst location I’ve ever seen i was knocking the door in cold for coffe all they were doing was watching each other no one opened the door I’ve never seen that at any tim horton specially for truckers who cannot go drive through

Go to timmies everyday and have noticed a big change in service and quality had to wait 10min for bagel while the staff stand around and joke and was Givin a roast beef sandwich asked for extra cream cheese didn't get enough to cover 1 side yesterday it was either stale or freezer burnt couldn't even eat it very disappointing thinking of switching to McDonald's to be honest we miss you Paige and Brooke

Walk in waited 20 min. They more focused on drive thu them walk in. Left no food or coffee
