Steeped Tea & Banana Muffin Dining Area was quiet & empty when we went however could have used a clean-up, garbage on floor and dirty tables?
Staff were very accommodating with our orders and super helpful.friendly smiles!

I come to this place 4-5 times a day.
I love some of the staff. But I wish they would stop putting perfume on their hands. I'm having to go back in everytime and get a new lid because I try and drink my tea, and all I smell Is their perfume.

A good cup of coffee or fancy coffee day or night along with plenty of donuts and sandwiches and soup for the cold winter days and nights with numerous outlets that are open twenty four hours a day and seven days a week always friendly staff but can be a bit slow otherwise it's my choice for coffee

Depends on who’s working. Sometimes good service sometimes not. I tend to go to the one on enterprise by Walmart the most. Better service and less to complain about

Your regular Tim Hortons in Kelowna. Me and my friends went out at night for some coffee, and we had a good time.

Come on, guys! Can you PLEASE make sure that the person you have working the drive thru window, understands English! My husband needed to repeat a
VERY simple order about fives times this morning, but the guy working had the most difficult time understanding! It stressed the employee out and it definitely stressed out my poor husband so much so, that we ended up throwing our order away. It was such an awful experience for everyone.

Fast fast fast. Always go here. Even if there is a Timmy's closer. Line up to Hollywood rd. You're still through in 7 minutes easily.

I'm so addicted to Tim's coffee that I can't take a different one and they have great customer service!

Worst experience I ever had specifically the brown girls from my community who work in there happens more than 5 times rude customer service experience everytime ordered for fresh coffee but they give me the expired one Iam a truck driver explore all Canada but worst experience of Tim hortons at that one in all over Canada I had

THE WORST STAFF AND SERVICE.
I ordered small coffee w/ quarter FV. And they charged me for FV. Even though it’s not a big deal, i asked her why i am paying for 1/4 FV instead of 3/4 coffee. She said it’s the policy, so i cancelled the order and went to different tims where they charged me right. I would suggest the staff to rewatch the videos and stop playing with customers for few cents. It looks cheap.

Very slow. Asked for steep tea and got coffee. Can't seem to understand English very well other times I have ordered.

Can’t get why people complain so much about this place and has a low rate, because every time that I have been there the service is excellent And the employees are nice. Also I always get my coffee and my wrap Farm bacon in the best conditions portions and super warm! This Tim has saved my life many many mornings. Thank you

I went in the drive thru ordered 2 everything bagels double toasted with butter. Instead, they gave me everything bagel toasted with herb and garlic. This is the second time this happened to me. Not only this, most of the time the staff will ignore you and keep on talking with each other and laughing. No attention towards guests what they say. Very disappointing.

I was at this location, all the Staff was really friendly, The person who took my order was Jay and he was so helpful and friendly with all his coworkers. Good work

If you cannot understand perfect English I suggest you work here… 85% of the time your order will be messed up, it’s almost likes it intentional if not then you have really special people working there

Your employees are very rude and disrespectful. You need to give them training for how to behave with customer. I am also working in food industry so I know how a customer should be treated. I just normally asked for the name of your employee and she said this is none of your business and slammed the door. I just want to tell you that yes, this is my business to know the name of employee because we are giving you business

Went this morning, order a ice mocha latte and she punched in vanilla and she double checked and we corrected her. And then she gave us the hot one and started saying you didn’t say the ice mocha latte if I didn’t say the ice mocha latte then I also didn’t said hot drink. Anyways then the stared making faces and saying something instead of making the right order. Then i said to my friend, I will post a good review for the other girl who was making our order, I asked her name as she was not wearing a name tag, she said “ it’s none of your business” and slammed the door on our faces. I don’t know if the active manager of this Tim’s location is ok with that.

Apparently, they don't know what "crispy bacon" is, like it's some kind of novel idea; when I asked her please can you be sure it's crispy, she said, "I don't know, I have to ask, I think it just comes that way: pale, pink, and soft. "- WHAT? !? They don't eat bacon? !?
Afterwards, my son-in-law said he asked for extra bacon, to be sure they'd have to make a fresh batch, and it was; fresh and crispy!

Ordered a large cup of water with ice, and only got a medium cup of warm water. Went to McDonald's and got what I asked for.

Very bad service, they never stir coffee and teas before giving to customers.today i ordered everything bagel tosted with butter with chipotle, two hash browns, lettuce and tomato inside, but i just got bagel and hash browns.even it wasn’t that busy.

I wanted to use some Tim bits for a baking project for Easter. I asked for 30 chocolate ones, twice. When I got home the girl had given me a variety of Tim bits and one of the chocolate ones look like it had a bite taken out of it. They also look like day-old Tim bits not fresh. So disappointed in the service and the product. I used to think that Tim bits or anything from Tim Hortons was quality product. Will not go there again. Tried to take a picture but their picture service doesn’t work.

Usually coffee machines are not working properly.some of the employes are ridiculous (not all employes). They donot know how to talk to customers.disappointed!

I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and confirmed with the cashier twice it was what I asked for. When I asked for the proper sandwich, I was ignored for a few minutes. When asked what my order was, they told me I was incorrectly charged, and that they already gave me another bagel. I let them know I did not have the other bagel, as it was not what I ordered. They refused to make what I ordered, so I asked for my money back. They refused. I had to ask for my money back, or just what I ordered about 4 times before they gave me back the incorrect change. My blood sugar was running low, and I figured I'd pop in there before heading home because I just didn't think I would make it. I ended up running out in tears with my incorrect change, as Im just really confused. Terrible customer service. Will no longer be supporting Tim Hortons.

Tim Hortons is great but when you add the custome disservice and genuine attention to details and conversations that O. S.did on the evening over Dec 3,2020 it brings the whole Tim Hortons experience to another level.

Very slow service, orders getting mixed up, not being prepared the way people have asked for. There always seems to be mass confusion behind the counter. One of the worst parking lots/drive thrus for safety.

Twice now we've had very poor service from this location. Today I came through the drive- thru and was able to pull right up to the speaker-phone and order without waiting. I placed my order and drove up to the window to pay. Usually if I have to wait in line I try to get my wallet out beforehand to minimize wait times, but today there was no wait time so I was able to drive right up and didnt have my card out because I had been driving and didnt have to wait. After handing me my hot drink and food and taking my card back the woman at the window told me I should have my card out ahead of time and could I hurry up and leave. I told her I was not going to drive until my cup was in the cup holder and my food put somewhere securely and my card was put back in my wallet. I also told her that there was no time previously to get my card out as there was no line up. Asking people to drive with everything in their hand (especially me who was in a marked traffic safety vehicle) is irresponsible and dangerous. I understand they want to keep the drive thru moving, but shame on you TIM HORTONS for rushing your guests and asking them to do something illegal, like driving while distracted.

Usually quick service, staff are great alway put sleeves on cups when asked and you get correct order, don't ask male manager for sleeves cause he is too lazy to put on and just throws them on drink tray so you burn your fingers doing it yourself (good thing they have great staff) give 4 stars for staff and service, 1 star for manager!

I frequent this Tim Hortons almost every morning for coffee and am usually very pleased with the product and always pleased with the service

This time however when I ordered a bagel, it came with the TINIEST amount of cream cheese on it. It was the most dry bagel I have ever had LOL

Really bad service most of the time. Never say hello or hiiiiii at all. If u open the wrap of sandwich, everything is out of sandwich and they dont know how much they need to put sauce on sandwich.

Just now i bought French Vanilla and there was no taste of Vanilla, seems like hot water. I don't know about others but i will not visit it again.
Worst taste experiencing it second time.

I usually go to This tim hortons for my regular coffee but today it was quite different because I met HARMAN today at Drive thru she was so polite gave me exceptional customer service as I’m not that much good in English so she helped me out in Punjabi and I went inside the store to thank her good luck Harman

This location is very close to my house and I love Tim Hortons restaurants but this location seems to be getting worst in with their service. Every time there is an issue with the food or drink so they make me wait on the side for it long time and there's lot more to it but definitely not proper Tim's.

Not to happy.only got a single begal and i was the only one in line but i geuss they didnt have time to toast the begal.

We were here on 10: 38, we go to this tim hortons on daily basis, the lady who was taking order was so rude, she was taking order so rudely may be she was thinkig tht we r getting free cofee, it was so embarrassing moment infront of our guests, i m not coming back to this tim hortons because i dont want to get such a bad attitude

Okay. So I used to get green tea from here and every time I would go to drink it and be disgusted. It was not hot enough and was frothy and milky looking water and tasted like chlorine like it was just hot tap water not boiled water. I thought oh that is just Timmies then I wont get their green tea. Untill I went to another Timmies in town and the tea was fine. So yes.this location was giving me tap water for my tea water and it made me sick and it was a waste of money. Really gross.

The new owners are running it to the ground with horrible service. Whoever hires, is clearly bias with who they are choosing. Horrible service and even worse food.

Attended this Tim Hortons on Saturday, Dec 7th. The staff were very compitenet and working hard however I was unimpressed with how they were treated by their supervisor. She yelled let’s go so aggressively that the customers could hear and said that none of the staff knew what they are doing.
