Tim Hortons

I went in earlier this evening only to be told that they are now closed but they had forgotten to lock up, so I left a little frustrated but understanding.so now I’ve come back at 5: 10am only to be locked out with employees inside who can see that they have a costumer outside. Also I live in the caribou it’s -30 right now.it states that they open at 5: 00am and they even said they were currently open online. I’m super disappointed for the second time today

Worst service we have EVER had at a Tim Horton location! They messed up more than half the order and almost forgot to give us our drinks! Were is the manager? Why is there no help at this location!

Too much dirty environment
Managers don't know how to behave with staff and customers, so rude and disrespectful
No cleanliness
Nothing is really vegetarian everything is contaminated with chicken, bacon, same station no different place to make vegetarian sandwiches.
Don't throw things even after their standard expiry time.
No real surveys for the store, all are fake and done by the managers and owners.

Get that Tim's fix at this nicely located TIMMIES. A usually clean store with quick order pickup. The drive through is often busy but you can still get through quickly. The drinks, and food are always made delicious and a pretty good portion. Our go to place for hanging out with friends

Really slow service.lack of staff could be the issue. It is tough to find people these days.only one person doing the restaurant side. 4 to 5 other people doing drive thru. If you decide to go inside, have patience

I'm always here getting my coffee and it's almost like waking into Chears where everyone knows how you like your coffee ️

Staff didn't seem very happy to be at work, took over 30 mins waiting in the drive thru for a coffee.

When you order a chili, it's great to have something in the bag to be able to eat it with.

Much of the staff are new so you have to make sure you receive your entire order (forgot to give us the doughnut ordered with the meal). Other than that, staff was polite and restaurant was clean.

Kids went to buy hockey cards but they were sold out. So one of the guys working there gave the doubles he had in his wallet.

Always have extra extra time and patience when visiting this location.never seen such consistently bad service.

This is the 4 th time this month that my bacon and egg on a biscuit was not correctly done: sausage instead of bacon, cheese on there when: please no cheese, and twice only egg on it, no bacon. This time we will return it. The only answer we got was: oh, so sorry. We love Tim Hortons, but I don’t think we will ever visit this location again. We used to stop twice a day.

Never seem to have any products made.if you are only wanting coffee it's fine but if you want a treat go to the one on the hill.

The place was unclean, dirty napkins, used containers and masks left by customers on the tables and seats. With six staff behind counter you would think one of them could be out on the floor wiping tables and picking up the garbage. You want to contact COVID this premises is a COVID breeding ground.
