Getting harder and harder to justify the almost predictable disappointment. Fast food blues.

I love this Tim's. Friendliest staff around. They really like chatting and it really puts a smile on your face. They will really make your day start off right. Would highly recommend and always stop in there on my trips down island. Make sure you stop by this drive-thru, they are great people and great management

The best place to get your to go drinks wether cold or hot beverage and also your meal. They have varieties of meals such as for breakfast either sweet or savoury, lunch or just for snacking. Their hashbrown patty is a must for breakfast, to go or dine in. Boston cream donuts also is one of their best selling donuts besides everyone’s favorite Tim Bits! And the one and only my favorite hot beverage, French Vanilla!

Probably the worst Tim's on the island, food quality is horrible, line since when do they cut sandwiches in half and serve them, they don't have all the doughnuts that others do they normally just put all the ham in one big pile in the middle of the sandwich, they put way to much sauce per sandwich, Tim's corp should audit this restaurant

Appalling behaviour from the takeout window employee today Jan 25th aprox 1: 15 pm. We are Deaf but I can speak. I pulled up and placed my order. Drove to the window and I was lipreading the guy. He asked me again what I ordered so I told him. My husband signed to me asking me what the man said so I signed back saying he didnt understand my order and he asked me again what I ordered. The employee said to me.why are you saying I'm crazy. I said excuse me, I'm Deaf and I'm signing to my husband. He was so rude.unbelievable customer service. No apology, nothing.he just repeated that I had just called him crazy. He handed me my cold wrap, which should have been warm. If I didnt have an appointment I would have pulled over and gone in and demand to see the manager.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast on the road when we went to Victoria. Always decent food and coffee. Service was good.

Somehow, a relatively new store already feels aged and tired. Perhaps it's a shortage of cleaning?

Ordering from the worker was like speaking to a blank wall. He grunted in response the second time we asked each question.
Mostly, he just pointed to the screen that displayed the already-entered order items.

Items were not available. The one basic sandwich we did get took over 10 minutes to make, and was made poorly.

Never again. I don't understand how this place is still open!

Terrible customer service at drive thru. People should not work in the service industry if you cant bring yourself to be friendly and courteous.

Always a great stop. Very friendly staff, fast will prepared food. They even serve horses in the drive-through!

Even if there no one in line still have to wait forever for service. Then bad service. Sometimes they only ya e drive thru open. So if your work vehicle do t fit in drive they you just wasted your time stopping. Staff in general is brutal.

My first experience was good, the next time I went the service was rude, coffee and tea was at least hot. They didn't give me my Tim Bits that I paid for. By that time we just wanted to leave

Took about half hour to get our breakfast from inside. Was supposed to be a quick gas stop, coulda laid down for a nap.

Warning.covid risk here. No gloves, masks sometimes and often pulled down to expose nose. Yesterday I saw one picking nose through mask then touch mouth then glasses. When I drove up I asked "why aren't you wearing gloves? " He said "we don't have to" I told them I wouldn't take the tea and he said "whatever". This is not the first time. I've been through before no gloves and masks. I called Tims head office, nothing done about it. Terrible rude servers and so slow it's painful. Often see them standing around talking instead of working. Will not go there again.and will warn all my friends. Owner may want to do something about it. Clearly the 5 star reviews are friends of employees.

Not very good. Yeah sure the service was good but the food wasn't even made properly, more than half our order wasn't made the way it was suppose to. Missing ingredients

The most efficient and friendly Tims, theres never a lineup and your order is ready by the time you get to the window.

No working bathrooms! Gross. Gas station and restaurants are required to have them but not here for some reason!

Only once failed to deliver but corrected with nice gesture so all good. Good location near by ycd

Been twice. Had to repeat my order several times and correct the staff, waited at the window for several minutes before recieving my order, and the food tasted horrible. Not to mention the staff!
