I don't know how Tim Hortons in Kamloops survives.most customers are neglected.long time for orders.even a coffee. 10 minutes and counting right now as i wait for one.

Totally don't think with their brains at this location. Was in drive thru for ever. Finally ordered and was never told they were out of anything I ordered at the speaker. 20 min later when I got to the window I paid, and received my drink and then was told NONE of my order was available. That is ridiculous! They should tell you at the ORDER window if its not available. Took forever to get my points back as well. Many weeks of battling messages between support. Wasted trip completely. They didn't even apologize or accept fault in this in any way. I'll drive all the way to downtown or 8th street now. Stopped going to the Tranquille one. Downtown staff are amazing! Side Vent. Timmies should never have gotten rid of Mayo! NOT everyone likes RANCH

The worst Tim Hortons in Kamloops. Always giving the wring order. And because they close at 10, the girl says they only serve drinks. So I go to the one on 8th street and order food and drink and they also close at 10 pm. Really the worst in town

Cashier was very courteous and efficient. Filled order for 3 of us no mistakes. Lots of selection baked goods. Very tasty. Coffee good as always!

I asked for sub cheddar. Multiple times. I told them that they have a button they can press I did that 2 times. Asked why my order was not showing on the screen. They said come up and I'll review it with you. I then once again let them know I'm not paying 60 cents for cheddar when sub cheddar is free and to make sure your not charging me. After they said they are not. I asked for a receipt. Once I got it there was a charge for the cheese. I then have to go back and ask why. The manager Akay smilled at me l
Laughing saying we are training them right now. We will refund you the 60 cents. And they gave me a farmers wrap.

I have come here a few times and order an iced cap. By the time I get up to the window it's pretty much fully melted. It seems like they make it a while back and other people don't want it melted. So they try to pass it to the next person. I am done with this type of service.

Drive through typically takes forever, the order is never correct.if i’m paying. 60$ for an extra shot of something, i expect to be able to taste the extra.do better

My go to every morning before work. They can run a line so quickly, and are very friendly. Love the atmosphere in backend They are always communicating and helping each other out.
Thank you staff for all your hard work.

Me and my cousin were waiting for her medium ice cap and farmers egg wrap and three people got their food before her ordering after her. After she reminded the worker he had a look of shock and said “oh” like they forgot it and it was immediately finished after that interaction they are always like this. I am so disappointed

Food was good. Those new wraps have been a go to lately. Kids had breakfast selections at 2pm which is much appreciated both for the smaller portion size as well as the simplicity of the sandwich. As always with Timmys if you want to jump to the front of the line then use thendrive thru as it seems like 5 people are serving the drive thru while 1 manages the counter inside. I get it.but when the drive thru isn’t busy the service i side could be a bit faster, right?

I suggest you change your hours for walk-ins. I showed up at 9: 30 PM to locked doors. I called to confirm the hours and was told they were only open to drive thru at the time. Which was only 9: 30 PM, not 11 PM as shown on Google.

EDIT:

It's even stated that the hours were confirmed 2 weeks ago. Yet, if you go to this location before 11 PM, but after like 9 PM, you will find the doors locked. Either make the store hours actually represent the hours the doors are open or actually keep the doors open until 11 PM.

This isn't the first time.

On three separate occasions (two of them one day after the other) I have shown up around 9: 00PM to 9: 30PM to locked doors. I do not know if this is a daily occurrence or not, but if store hours truly are open until 11 PM then the doors should not be locked before then.

Very busy with drive thru. Dine-in is very slow but good food. Bathrooms clean, never seen issues with homeless hanging around like the downtown location

Very polite, busy store, needs to have both order windows going. Only having 1 person taking orders for 2 windows doesn't really make sense.

Tim Hortons, you need to train and support your staff better. When I am consistently sitting and waiting 5+ mins for someone to even acknowledge me in the drive-thru before ordering, then you have a problem. What happened to greeting people and saying, "be with you in a moment"? Instead, I get silence or a bored and unenthusiastic voice. This has been happening all of the time in Kamloops. Do better. Not to mention how many orders are wrong. I am ordering a coffee. How do you get that wrong so many times constantly?

Absolutely terrible customer service. The people taking your order never have any idea what they have on stock, nor can they understand you, or vice versa for that matter. They've messed up my order several times and I will no longer be enjoying my morning coffee here, like I used too.

Food could be made right. So many times they get it wrong. Tired of goin at night after dinner as they always are out of things so often find myself just ordering coffee. Friendly service 99 percent the time.

Never know when drive thru and in store is going to be open. They close when ever they feel like it, it’s better just to go to Starbucks or McDonald’s for coffee instead of showing up and it’s closed. They never have any products for sale that they are doing fundraisers for (smile cookies or orange donuts). There are a few staff who are amazing but most of them are rude. Honestly save your time and just go to a different place.

Abysmal customer service!

Attempted to go through the drive thru, waited at the ordering screen for quite a while and witnessed cars in the other lane come after me and have their order taken while I waited and no one helped me. After trying multiple times to make contact through the speaker and not even getting a "hang on a moment please" I drove up to the window thinking maybe the speaker was broken or something.

The woman at the window proceeded to argue with me, tell me I was wrong, give me attitude and refused to take my order at the window. She got her coworker to tell me I had to go all the way through the drive thru again to "order properly" and he was laughing while he informed me of this, as if their inability to help customers was funny.

I had to just drive away at this point as I could no longer handle the incompetence and stupidity. Would not recommend going here if you want to leave in a good mood.

Edit: 3 days straight.we order 3 coffee’s a day and every single time not a single one was stirred.its seriously getting old, cmon tim hortons // very few nice staff.there definitely is some, but not enough.during smile cookie time we could never get any because they’re always out, same with the orange donuts.they mix up sizes but charge you for the size you ordered, and tell you you’re wrong when you try to correct them.never had a good experience with this tims, id always rather go to a different one if they werent so far away.

Every single Time we order classic iced coffee‘s, they come either way too sweet or way too strong. I worked at Tim Hortons in the past and I know everything has exact portioning and it’s quite easy to put 4 pumps of cane syrup and click “iced coffee, size” on the dispensers. SO why do they always come out wrong?

Went through the drive thru at the Brock Tim Horton's. We were picking up a mobile order for a friend who had a free "redeemed" coffee and I was purchasing a large DD myself. The drive thru people couldn't find the mobile order, we only had the confirmation number. We got to the window and they took payment for my coffee, but only gave me the mobile order. It took way too long to get 2 large coffees and neither of the two employees were able to understand the issue. Why offer mobile order if your staff can't view the screen or make the actual order? Worst Tim Hortons experience ever.

Was in the area for 6 weeks and visited this Tim Hortons once a week. Very slow service and frequently made mistakes with my friends and my orders. They barely toast the bagels and are skimpy on the butter. Would not recommend.

Update: my friend got a mouthful of beans in his coffee

Service is very slow, wait in drive thru as resturant is always closed, 6 staff at drive thru, why they cant put 4 at window and 2 at counter NOT ALL PPL DRIVE! Manager has been there too long, she is very snotty and pushy, to the staff and customers, seen it with my own eyes, its no wonder ppl dont want to work at timmies as, they dont treat you very nice. I used to like timmies but they seem to NOT WANT to have customers in the store. Starbucks has a walk up window and drive thru, i will now bew going to starbucks to purchase my 200.00 in gift cards for Christmas, as Tim Hortons is no longer providing the customer experience that they are supposed to. Maybe try paying the staff better, and having managers that care about their staff and customers

I ordered a large coffee with 2 cream, 1 honey and a shot of espresso. Got to the window, the lady didn't have the order. No one knew what I was taking about. Then I was asked 4 separate times what I had ordered by the same lady. It took from 12: 07 order placed, till 12: 20pm. I have since patience, but this was trying. More training needs to be done in my opinion.

They don't carry camomile tea.only one in town.put in multiple requests still nothing and iv been asking since they opened. Goes to show.they need new management.

Unlike most Tim Hortons I go to this one has been great at getting my order made correctly. Its definitely refreshing
