Tim Hortons is a delight for anyone seeking a warm, comforting cup of coffee. The service is swift, the staff is courteous, and the donuts are a treat not to be missed. Highly recommended!

They don’t know how to say anything!
How to explain, had a hearing issue. Need treatment! Specially the people on till don’t know how to take order. If student spend money to eat doesn’t mean they don’t have right to get what they want. Senseless staff.

Best service ever. I ordered thru Mobile order. The girl named Amanpreet she made it before coming. I really appreciate her.

The bald guy over there is too rude.it gave me caramel latte and the caramel syrup was all around the cup and when i asked him to change the cup. He rolled his eyes …and its not the first time. He did this many times.poor service.if he dont want to work in a good manner just tell him not to work but dont ruin someone’s food.

Worst experience. Especially the lady who take the orders behave so rude. She act like she do not care about what u r saying about the order, if you are mentioning any changes in the order she will ignore u.

It would be very professional if this location would update the hours of operation. Website says open.they are not! Not even a sign posted that they are closed. No wonder people are tired of Tim Hortons.

Worst experience. Workers are very rude, they don’t serve customers in good way. We understand it’s busy but it doesn’t mean you guys behave rude. Especially lady is always behave bad.
Iced coffee is not stir well

I have been to many Tom hortons this food tastes the best and the service they made my ice cap in 20 seconds it’s good and fast even when crowded

This place is a joke. WARNING do NOT order any new items from this location. If it is not on the basic Tim Hortons menu there is a 90% chance they won't have it and they will substitute it with something cheaper and you just have to live with it. The staff is incredibly slow and rude. I don't know what needs to change but something needs to change to keep up with the demand of University students and highschool students in the area.
