I ordered chocholate dip donot they put in paper bag it was totally stick up with paper bag when i took it out chocholate topping was in the bag i just got regular donot

Everytime we go to this store there’s always something missing from our ordered food or they mark those farmers wrap wrong. I don’t eat bacon but because of these guys I ate it accidentally bcz they marked it egg wrap on it.
Worst store ever. Today I’m missing lettuce in my everything bagel got charged for it. Come on guys. This store just tries to get drive-thru cars moving so their rating gets better in drive-thru timing. 0 STAR

Save ur time and drive down the street to a different location, worst tim hortons in Canada messed up my order 3 times, not including turkey in the turkey bacon club, gave me all bread and lettuce, manager was really rude and they do not deserve any customers.

Befor I go work I always grab food from here but they are always rushing and everything is spilled everywhere the food isn’t made properly and the service is rushed like it’s a soup kitchen for free.

Last time i complained and its this again same happened. I don’t know what is the name of girl but she is extra rude.she does not know how to behave with customes she comes yo fight. Also i asked her name she did not tell it and said we are not allowed to tell.even my freind also work for tim they does not have this kjnd of policies. Every crew member is compulsory to wear there name tags. Last time i came it was 14 may at evening time and todayits 16 june it happened same with we twice. My name is molak i also did the survey if u remember that pkz call me.

This most lovely thing of the tim hortons is the talk to customer politely and their employees are helpful and the give there best and I want to tim hortons please give the jobs to student, and tim hortons is best, I request to open more branches in surrey.

Staff Is super slow and they are not dedicated towards their job. Girls are looking at their phones while the customer was waiting to order. Being distracted from work results in long waiting for drive through. They should read all the reviews and try to improve.

Every time I come here the ice cap machine doesn’t work. They could put up a sign saying it doesn’t work instead of customers waiting in line. Worse mgmt

Today the lady in the drive through was so professional and friendly and had manners. She was an older lady. She could teach the younger employees some manners.

Tim hortons is good but the people working at this location is uneducated who are from back home and have no knowledge of customer service. If you read the reviews most people have the same problem which I am facing too. I came to this location and this lady who is the supervisor wears black scarf my God she doesn't have patience at all. As soon as u reach the window she starts saying hurry hurry. She didn't even give me time to take my wallet out. I looked at her and asked her have some patience she said hurry she handed me coffee which spilled on my vehicle then she said thank u bye. NEXT please her voice is so irritating
. No regrets at all. To all customers who face this by writing reviews or complaining to the manager won't help they always make mistakes and rush so it's better to call the head office and complain so they get a lesson. Thy get paid because customers pay them. Just to let people know never park at the parking lot if they say so because all they care is their timings and not the customers. Definitely complaining about this lady to the head office. Disgusting!

Its being 3 rd time now always one item missing in the order i cant drive back again and again its really annoying. One time i went back and lady said oh she didnt charge u for that thats not my fault i ordered u guys didnt tell me at that time.

Been trying to give this Tim Hortons a chance to get better.it's been on and off for 3 years and I finally give up. The WORST service. They are always short on what they offer. If you want an assorted Tim Bit box your choices are Chocolate or Chocolate. Maybe if you are lucky you can get a glazed Tim Bit. The orders are right about 80% of the time.this is not a good number. You order a small coffee and get charged for a medium.or you order a medium coffee and they only fill 3/4 of the cup. If you don't have tap to pay. You are pretty much not welcomed there. Their main goal is to keep the drive through empty. I'm surprised that they have not thrown the food bag in my car and tell me to keep moving. NO you don't have time to put away your credit card / debit card back in your wallet. Take your wrong order and just go. I am surprised that main headquarters has not addressed this situation. If you are from Main Headquarters, please feel free and to contact me directly. I work hard for my money and I put pride in my work no matter what it is. Only reason why people go here is the Sign which says Tim Horton.

Wish they had ZERO star. The staff should learn customer service skills. WORST SERVICE. The server throws the food at you. I am paying for my food, you are not giving it to me for free so have some dignity. Some of the staff here are so RUDE. DON'T WORK here when you can't handle working under pressure and taking it out on customers.

8 out 10 times the drive thru is very slow. Long lines and it moves very slow. I find it faster to go inside and order. Staff arent rude but they aren't friendly, or welcoming either. A Plus - they get the order correct.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER this drive through will never change! Literally throwing your food at you and the wrong order. Poor poor management

Bad service 5 time they give me wrong oder I try to start my day with coffee i oder 1 medium coffee just 1 milk they make wrong coffee they don't care 4 costumer

I asked for wrap with no lettuce and the lady was rude with me she don’t know how to speak English she said some words very rudely with all the customers I had a very very bad experience

They’re rude. They ignore you. They don’t even glaze their donuts. Apple fritter, sour cream all burnt as hell.
They don’t cook any of their food properly sometimes raw and hard. So dissapointed this place is disgusting

This tim Hortons has limited menu but always fast and fresh products.
Usually very busy but very less wait time at drive thru.

Wish I could give 0/5 every thing I've ordered is always wrong. They are always rushed and don't seem to care when the order is wrong. Just terrible service and quality. Along with just horrible food safety.

Drive 4 blocks in any other direction to a different Tim Hortons if you want your order correct.d

Worst Tim hortons I’ve visited. At the drive through, the staff is always in such hurry to get you leave, that they will hand you half the order and shout “Next”! Last time I went there, I had 3 drinks and some food. The older lady at the counter shouted “thank you. Next! ” 3 times, while she was passing me the drinks and food one at a time. They don’t even let you put your drinks in place and drive forward, and say things to tell you to buzz off and let the next person come. I think they are giving the brand a bad reputation and the management needs to rethink their customer service skills.

Plus point I love their morning original blend, staff is friendly.
Points of improvement; the washrooms are really dirty, even dine in area is mostly not cleaned (always some crummies, and on floor you will find something sticky always) Rest it is affordable and accessible.

Meh. I went to the Timhortons here and the lady mixed up my friend's order, she asked for Timbits but the lady taking her order didn't even ask what Timbits she wanted and just mixed her Timbits with the worst most flavourless Timbits she could find! We also asked for Creamy Chocolate Chills (our favourite item on the menu) and she gave us such a small amount of cream that it didn't feel necessary to pay extra for cream AT ALL. We waited really long and my friend got her order one at a time every 5-10 minutes! We had to walk really far to get here, wasn't worth it!

This tim Horton staff so rude.its close to my house I go there all the time but this week twice I buyed ice cap and it all leaked in car cup holder.when I called to the store and asked for manager than there is no manager.and the girl name sarb answer my call she was so rude and just said my staff said cup wasn't leaking even though I ask for napkins right away when I got it my ice cap I thought when she's making that time it just went little out side the cup.the staff alw napkin s in hurry and never get my receipt and never get any napkins with food ever.

The care of making food and drinks has gone down here greatly. 4 bad coffees in 2 days. All burnt, none had cream or sugar and I order triple triple. Go to let them know and they take it just to hand back same stuff no fixing it no refund. My biscuit wasn't toasted the two times I ordered, yet I order it toasted they can repeat order back just not able or willing to fulfill it. Go somewhere else if you want your food or drink prepared correctly.

Worst coffee and tea no matter you order drive through or inside store. No customer service skills result of poor training.

Hii, employee name manpreet.she was very rude.and yesterday morning i got tea triple triple but there is no sugar.i think she got to mix sugar.but when i ask her she said i did it… after that she was rude with me.very bad experience for me.i m regular customer of this location.

Good think I asked for cream cheese on a bagel. They rush too much and have no quality. There is 1/3 of the bagel that has cream cheese.
