Tim Hortons

Took forever to take my order and when they finally did moved onto the next customer who may have been friend with cashier and guess who got there stuff before me? They got ice Capps and I waited 15 minutes for a cookie and some timbits while other Staff just stood around talking to eachother. Drive through staff were left to fend dor themselves and store front was ignored

They ran out of crackers two days in a row but they don’t offer you anything to compensate but your paying full price, the chicken noodle soup was with shell noodles and they were all stuck toget, order a chili and they don’t fill the container you get half and again they don’t compensate for the crackers

The Tim Hortons is in the hospital and only offers coffee, soup and doughnuts. One doughnut was $1.79, which is a little pricey for a pre made doughnut. Not sure if that's because it's in hospital or that's the going rate for a doughnut these days.

One of the worst experience i have in ang of Tim hortons franchise. Such a inexperienced and rude and unprofessional staff, busy in their own gossips have nothing to do with customers, nothing to do with customers

I mean what do you expect, but to be honest with so much competition in the market I'd expect better than outdated products, or coffee that only comes from a machine with rude and abrupt service.
This place is a dive and only survives due to its monopoly of ripping off hospital visitors who are very much struggling with any other kind of alternative.
