Tim Hortons

This is a really understaffed location and I feel for the employees who work here because they're constantly being overwhelmed with orders. However this location is just overall deplorable in how it deals with everything from customer service, to constantly running out of key ingredients, to showing things on the menu screen that aren't actually available constantly. It is truly puzzling. I've just had a bad experience every single time I come here, and have resisted the urge to write a bad review until today. Avoid at all costs

My cheese bagel? Is bread with nothing on in it thank you for ruining my lunch this is my last time in Tim Hortons I believe the employees are hating the job I recommend others to check their food before going out as always they make mistakes

Parking sucks, service was very slow and the food was poorly put together and over toasted

I hope I can give them 0 stars the service was ridiculous. They don't know how to make order all together they served me cold tea and soggy bagel then I asked they said machine is not working. These people don't even know to say sorry.

Good location, satisfied service, accetable food quality.

God I miss this place
i miss the coffee i miss the croissants the Soups i miss everything since the first time i visited Canada i wish we have one here in VIRGINIA

Its alright. Ordered a sandwich and wedge fries here. Service was surprisingly quick for my order. Sandwich tasted good, but fries were old and hard to chew. Tea tasted fine.

First off need to learn how to take an order and proper menu about tim Horton. Workers are not train them please

Worst Timhorton's location I have ever seen, they don't even sell iced coffee, you can only buy regular coffee

I don't blame the staff (kudos to them) at all but the service is quite slow, especially during lunch hour. Depending on what you order, expect to wait up to 30mins for sandwiches during lunch.

This was the worst experience I had with a Tim Hortons location. They basically did not have anything. They only offer coffee, ice caps and donuts. No other common beverages are served. They also don't accept Tims points which many people use to get free drinks and food. I had to wait 15 minutes for an ICED CAP while 4 people were working in the back. This location needs to improve their service or they will continue to lose more student customers.

Unbelievable. Was told the steeped tea machine is down. After several weeks, still down. Constantly out of sausage. I don’t even know if there’s management at this tim hortons. Basically tim hortons is just taking the advantage that it doesn’t have its competitor at BCIT so they simply don’t provide the product. If I could give it a half star, I would!
