Tim Hortons

Longer lines are not uncommon but I use this location often for their drive-thru. It's not 24/7 though.

This Tim's has a drive thru, staff are always very friendly and super efficient.way better than many other Tim Horton's despite their small space.

Tiny but serves the purpose. Staff is friendly and efficient. Same goes for gas station employees. Never had a problem.

Our experience began by almost everything we ordered being unavailable. It was the longest I’ve sat in a drive threw line ever when we were ordering just three drinks. Then we got up to the window to discover our one drink order was wrong, yet they didn’t offer to fix it. Instead I took the drink which wa a pretty much poorly flavoured water. Our experience ended with a melted and dry donut that had a hair in it. If there’s another Tim’s within a 30 minute radius- I’d recommend taking the drive.

"Supervisor" (young Asian girl with glasses, name maybe Nikki) will argue with clients over the terrible service they aways provide, confronting clients every time!
Urgently needs new staf who's not so rude and arrogant!

The worst Tim Hortons ever. They need new staff! All Tim Hortons need new staff. There are to many employees who don’t care about their customers. I bought mix box of donuts and I got it in a brown bag not in a box and mostly chocolate. And I even tried to get her attention and she ignored me. What happened to Tim Hortons showing the true Canadian way. They have changed so much over the years. I never thought the owners of this company would let this drive into the ground. I know they make enough money and that why they don’t care and staff don’t get paid enough fine but seriously. It’s a fast food place so if they are unhappy they should find a better job. Something has to change cuz it’s not just this location it’s through out Canada. Not impressed.
