No food other than donuts after 10? So 1 hour before they stop which means they toss the bagels? Lol is this real?

On August 10th in the afternoon, I visited the store and ordered my usual customized iced coffee. However, the one I received tasted quite different from what I'm accustomed to. It appeared that the coffee might not have been fresh, and there seemed to be insufficient milk added. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staffs, they prepared a replacement, but unfortunately, it still taste bad. They just couldn't make it to meet the standards.

I also encountered an issue while attempting to redeem an offer through the Tim Hortons app. After scanning the code, the app froze repeatedly. The worker's response was simply like "Your app doesn't work". I meant this is Timmy's app problem, all the other apps are working fine on my phone. It would have been more helpful if the staff had offered assistance in resolving the problem rather than just stating that "your app wasn't working".

Considering the numerous excellent coffee shops available on Robson St, I would recommend exploring other options rather than choosing this subpar Tim Hortons location.

It would be nice if your worker took the time to spread the cream cheese. Terrible service.

Hi Tim's in response to your question some additional feedback: the server behind the desk looked very unintrested and was not really kind and welcoming. The espresso was good but capucino wasn't really great;

While the staff here are nice, they never put the effort it to make my order correctly. Twice in a row, two different days and staff members, I asked for a bagel double toasted, and they didn’t even toast it. They put no effort it to give you the correct item that you ordered, and just rush you through. When I double checked it would be double toasted, the staff member was so dismissive to me, “uhh yeah of course it is”. Wasn’t even warmed up, let alone toasted once. It takes an extra minute maximum to toast a bagel. Very little effort to get the order correct

Please stop randomly putting stuff I'm allergic to on my food. I ask for no tomato, I am given jalapenos, I get a breakfast sandwich that is covered in habanero sauce for no reason, there are no sauces on the sandwich I ordered. Out of all the things Canada regulates why is food and food allergens not one of them? Does Tim horton's really have the budget to kill people every year? That is sick. There must be no serve safe here.

We’ve been waiting for 1510 minutes and then finally we asked and they’re telling us no washroom then don’t even sign to say out of order it’s not an organized place and we found it not that clean

Employee rude, I ordered a “maple bacon classic bagel”, and they gave me the wrong order

Then I told them it wasn’t what I ordered
She told me I had to add “BELT” at the end of my order to be more accurate
Whereas I showed her on the display panel what I wanted

And her way to speak to me was clearly rude
Then to laugh at myself with here colleague, she started to speak in her native language
But as she said “maple bacon classic bagel”, it was obvious she was speaking about me

And the coffee/hot chocolate are disgusting, that’s water with some flavor

This store doesn't have much to offer on a Friday at noon. Most bagels and donuts are out of stock and the staff isn't able to tell you if or when it's gonna be restocked. No honey crullers, apple fritters or Boston cream donuts. There was another donut called "baker's choice" but they didn't seem to be sure of what it contains, that's probably the reason why they hadn't sold any of those.
Unfortunately this situation is typical for this store, they really have an issue restocking items.
I don't order brewed coffee anymore after several times my dark roast came out luke
warm.
Ordering soup or chilli is also a bad idea, cause they are very skimpy with it. So you better check every time that the cup is decently filled.
You wouldn't wanna sit in there either, the store has the atmosphere and coziness of a bus stop.

They are kinda' rude and intolerant with customers, because there are lots of bums hanging around and panhandling all the customers.

They need more staff had to wait 20 mins for a coffee one morning just gave up and went to 7/11 down the street

I went in today at 2: 30 for glazed donuts and dined in. The donuts didn’t taste very fresh and instead of being a bit crispy they were soggy. Not very good. As I sat looking around the place I noticed a lot of dust and looking dingy and run down. The picture I added were of the disgusting bathroom. The toilet was running like it was actively flushing with tons of water being wasted. All of the toilet paper was in a huge pile on the floor, the sink was filthy, the floor was filthy and there was rude graffiti you would not want your child to read. Never going back.

They should check orders before accepting them. I ordered three items on mobile order and they don’t have anything. I asked for the refund and they told me to solve problems by myself.

The staff was kinda bland, and they dont add much to their wraps, you get a solid 3 layers of the tortilla shell to eat with every bite

I never expect much of what I’d consider to be ‘good service’ in a Tim Hortons, but this one still falls way short. I’d go as far as to consider it terrible. The coffee tastes like dirty water, the food is somehow worse than other Tim Horton’s and the staff are rude and don’t care. The man shouting orders out doesn’t say the actual name of what you ordered so people often get confused, which leads to at least one of them berating the customers.
They don’t use a number order system so it just leads to confusion and annoyance. All the staff need serious training on customer care. Don’t come here.

Went there 2 times Tim Horton's Robson St.got dissappointed 2 times as well. First I ordered Sausage muffin without egg, but instead of just telling the assembler to just remove the egg, the guy is making it complicated to charge me for removing the eggs and adding cheese which is already in the sandwich, and told me he had to do it bec it is not in the menu? Lol! Are you guys trying to tell that there is no button for special orders? So I continued to place my order. Walk out the store and opened my bag and found out he did not charged me for cheese and did not include it as well. The london fog is too sweet, soggy hashbrowns, no tissue. A complete mess.
2nd visit, ordered Iced cap. Had to return, because it tastes sour. I did not received any apologies from the counter person. Hey you guys I am an expat here too and so are you, however I've learned to be courteous, friendly and polite because that is Canadian customer service. You guys who worked there better learn it the Canadian way and leave how you do customer service in the country where you came from. I'm not a racist, but I feel sad of the bad service.

They're always out of donuts for four two in the afternoon even though they're open till 11: 00 at night. There's no dining in only take out and they close 2/3 of the Tim Hortons locations in downtown Vancouver I just went to check the store on albernie street and it's closed the one in the dental center is closed the one down on Pender and Howe is closed.

Very poor service always. Unfortunate because it's one of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to, in such a good location. Bad on the management.

I came to this location on Sunday April 17,2022 at 12 noon. To buy 4 dozens of donuts. Not enough donuts on display, the line up was super long (see picture) around 14 people in line, they are definitely understaff, and the lady refused to give me all the donuts, she said it's different price because has Easter theme. While other Tim could give it, if there's not enough donuts on display. We ended up only get 2 dozens. And got another 2 dozens at other Tim.with 2 Easter donuts in another 2 dozens.

There is one girl who’s working Tuesday evening. Her name Jasdeep.
She showing attitude to customers.
Because I ordered here everything bagel double toasted with butter and add lettuce, tomato And Grilled. I also Payed for lettuce and tomato. But she said I
Can’t do it. Then she forced me to caprese sandwich instead of everything bagel And argue with me.

Location used to be decent. Most of the time now the coffee tastes awful. Will have to start going elsewhere.

Why is this the only Tim Hortons that won’t allow customers to sit and eat? You guys have chairs but we can’t sit on it…hmm…great idea! You guys have chairs for decoration? You need to update your rules on Covid asap it’s been a while…rules have changed that customers are now permitted to sit and eat inside just like every other Tim Hortons in BC.

The mobile pick up at this location is really terrible. Every morning I order 7 minutes before I arrive & they never have my order ready. Steep tea takes 2 minutes to brew. Disappointed, they need to do better.

Never had my orders correct, they put cheese when I don't want cheese, give me grilled chicken when I ordered crispy chicken, and today I ordered online, they should prepare it asap but waited in store for 20min still didn't get my order, worst Tim I've ever been to.

Vey good customer service, all kind of people you can see. They need to work to make the restaurant cleaner. It's one of the biggest Tim Hortons I've seen. For a pickup place I recommend them, they're pretty fast, but for dining needs to be a bit more clean.

One of the better Tims locations in the city - occasionally can be slow but the food quality is always decent and the staff is friendly

Always inconsistent. The guy making the sandwiches early mornings on Friday totally forgot my bagel, I had to remind him after 10 mins of waiting. When i got it, it wasnt even done properly and completely burned. Who eats a burned bagel? Is there even a standard?
Maybe just close tim hortons for good at this point. So done with Tim Hortons coffee and products.

Washroom is dirty, no hands soap, no napkin, even the sink tap doesn't work well. The employees careless too

I usually go to this timmies in the mornings as i Live close to here. The service is alright, not slow or fast. The food is usually fresh and the staff are polite.

Considering the stabdard tim hortons operates at, i wojld rate this as a great timmies location, in comparison to kost in the area. It is clean, the coffee usually tastes the same, and its in a convenient and smart location relative to other locations.

I would recommend this place for a quick bite or a casual hot drink.

There is a girl who works there, she is above and beyond! Always makes me a grilled chicken from heaven. Always polite and cheerful, she deserves a promotion!:)

This is one of the few coffee shops that’s open early in the morning. The service here is not consistent, sometimes quick and sometimes on the slower side. I still go for convenience but have had better service at other Tim Horton’s locations.

I placed a mobile order and it never went through their system I stood there for 40 mins for a coffee that I paid for that I never got called customer service they said it will be going through any min after the 3rd call they refunded me what a joke DO NOT USE THE APP FOR THIS LOCATION

Sometimes you need a donut. And.a coffee. Service is generally prompt. Has good service and ok service depending on the server. I dont order other food items. Strictly donuts and coffee.

I’ve been using this location for a long time, but one employee is too rude. Whenever i go there, i feel uncomfortable. She never listen my order on purpose, and one day she even gave me a wrong coffee. She usually works 11-5, so i wouldnt go at this time.

Almost every day my husband buys bacon grilled breakfast wrap.
And EVERY TIME your stuff do something wrong!

One day there were NO sauce at all
Another day there were no bacon
Another day they put sausage instead of bacon
I always ask about extra sauce, but apparently your stuff doesn't care.

How is it possible to do something wrong in such a simple recipe?

I'm tired of being angry every morning because Tim Horton’s stuff ruins my breakfast!

The food is usually tasty, never usually tastes fresh tho. Coffee sometimes has weird aftertastes which is typically from improperly cleaned coffee makers.

Terrible customer service. Been there a couple of times now and gave their awful customer service a pass thinking that it could be just one of those bad days for the employees. No change in their customer service till date, I will never visit this store again.

I'm very disappointed! I have been to this location many times. The service is usually fast and the food is prepared well. However tonight July 30 2020 the food was awful! I ordered a Turkey Bacon Club and Med Creamy Chocolate Chill. The Sandwich was made and wrapped and given to me by the gentleman working by himself. Then he made the Creamy Chill and gave it to me. He let me know after handing it to me there was no whip cream which it was supposed to have. I was tired from a long day at work and just wanted to get home to eat my sandwich. Unfortunately when I got home and unwrapped the sandwich I noticed it was completely burnt on the inside! He didn't think to make a new one! He just put the mayo on top hoping I wouldn't notice. How do you allow your employees to serve food like this? ! Very upset and disappointed!

It was really worst experience ever. I ordered 2 drinks and got both of them incorrect and forcefully gave me big large size of the the other drink to cover the charges rather than asking for a refund. Although the staff was so confused and irresponsible. The old lady working over there was so rude. It was just waste of money and at the end i just threw away everything because it was worthless to have cold tasteless drinks.

For all of my negative comments mostly to all Tim's I've visited, by far this is the cleanest and friendliest one. Nice location and finally seen a happy faces in the counter

I asked for a double toasted bagel, and the one I got was barely warm, and very tough to chew as it was stale. I had to take it home and put it in my toaster before I could eat it.

I just want Tim's to toast things properly, and put a decent amount of cheese on. I would happily spend more if the quality of their food was better

Was there yesterday and it was not a good experience. This is the second time, different location, and once again, the latte was again disappointing. Once again it was almost tasteless as last visit. After drinking 1/2 of it, we noticed that it wasn't properly prepared, due to the "Brown sludge ", at the bottom of the cup. Doughnuts are really good, but coffee lattes are extremely disappointing. STRIKE 2 TIM HORTONS!

Love that in the middle of the night staff is still welcoming and polite unlike other 24hr places

Terrible customer service at night. Close at 2: 00am and they display 24 hours open they are rude and liar

I understand that things can get hectic at certain hours but i really feel like the service could be greatly improved. Order has been messed up a few times now. Besides that, the location is good, food is what you'd expect from a timmy's. Just the service is not great.

Bad service, the servers are in a bad mood when talking to customers but in gossip mode with their friends behind the bar.there not even a suggestion of wanting to add a good experience for the customer

Never had an accurate order here ever. The staff simply don’t know how to listen. Even when what you order is eventually correct on the screen after repeating it five times the kitchen does their own thing. Awful.

Tim Hortons has the best French Vanilla that you can find in any fast food restaurants. I love the store environment, their customer service and the fact that they have free wifi. They are also open 24/7. It's such a nice place to hang out and destress.

They forgot about our order, so we have to remind them and we needed to wait longer. Blueberry muffin also wasn that good.
