I love this place. Hot chocolate, cappuccino is always excellent! You can also buy goodies for the drink

7: 20 on a Monday morning and they have one person working (doing their best). Not surprising there is a very long line of irate people waiting for their morning coffee. I walked out.

This was a nice spot to have coffee. I only gave 4 stars as the staff was not very diverse. No Caucasian employees which is a bit concerning. I like to support places that have a diverse staff not just one ethnic group!

Worst tim hortons i have ever been too. The manager Rupinder was very rude. I ordered on my mobile app and when it was ready went to pick up my order. I then went back to my hotel to find out a few things is missing in my order. Had to drive all the way back to go get it fixed and I ask for a complementary cream cheese, Instead the manager Rupinder said just because they made a mistake that doesnt make them give free stuff, and she said that I should double check my order too before leaving the store.

Again worst costumer service.

Always greeted with lovely smiles and friendliness! All the workers are awesome and do their job fantastically. Have an issue with your order? They'll be more than happy to fix it quickly for you! Definitely recommend coming in the morning for a fresh coffee!

It's Tim Hortons. What did you expect?
I will say, though, that the staff here are great, and very efficient.

This location used to be so poor in service in every way but ever since the new owners took over. Everything is just perfect be it the food, service and cleanliness of the store. Always happy being here.

Very abused service. Serving only Indian customers while others should wait for 10-15 mins in line. All of them ahead of me served Indian family and said it's big order while I wait in line for 5 mins. That's really bad location. Never come here

I asked for a vanilla dipped donut for my nine-year-old sister for her birthday. And she was specific on which colour she wanted. Isaiah the counter person then responded in a sassy remark asking “does it really matter” I responded with “yes it does really matter it’s her birthday and what difference does it make” he proceeded to fight with me further on it terrible service

Love to treat myself/my husband with some timmies! This location is in a very rough area.and has dealt with a lot of problems. The owners, however, are hard working and putting in great effort to serve the people in the area. There is no other tim hortons close by, and we have to walk a bit to get there but it's worth it. I had better service here recently than at the other tim hortons I use to live near and love. We need to better support our local businesses especially when we are dealing with more problems all over town. Don't blame the business owners, blame the city of kelowna!

The folks in here were so cheerful and friendly. The place was so clean The service was quick too. Will definitely go back the next time I'm in Kelowna.

This Timmies is like most any other Timmies. However, I really don’t like the fact it is on such a great strip of restaurants, most of which are local. I prefer less Corporate franchises on Bernard. Keep the Timmies and the like on Harvey or in the sterile strip mall environment.

Had a chicken noodle soup, peach cooler and shared half a bacon sandwich with my sis. Tasted good. Noddle is actually pasta, but would really be good on a rainy day.
Sandwich was delicious, though simple - bacon, lettuce and mayo.

Slower then molasses in January to simply get three ice cappuccinos and half a dozen doughnuts not to mention very few staff either understood English or pretended to not understand to justify their incompetence. 2 of the three ice cappuccinos were double charged to our bill and not a single doughnut we ordered made it into the box.

Good. I just can't understand how come same combo meal one day at the same time cost $7.38, another day is $8.38
Also, when manager is in the restaurant, food is better

Very humiliating for who ever the Owner/Managers are. Especially that this Tim Hortons is downtown it really blows my mind that their still open. Filthy, orders are never right, only 2 very slow people working. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever seen.

The people were really patient with me. I asked for things after wards like almond milk and honey. And I wasn't charged for it. Wonderful service

IF I COULD GIVE THIS A NEGATIVE RATING IT WOULD BE A NEGATIVE 5 STARS! ONE OF THE WORST Tim Hortons in town! They always get your order wrong and there is one girl who works there that after touching money from a customer she won't change her gloves before making your food so you have to say something before she does it's happened to me personally a few times and I have seen it happen alot more!
WHOEVER THE OWER OR MANAGER IS THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO HIRE SOME BETTER STAFF OR AT LEAST HAVE THEM FULLY TRAINED!

Everytime I go there my order is never right. I do appreciate what goes on there on a daily basis but if I can avoid that tim hortons I do.

Worst Tim Hortons in Canada. There is only 2 people working always and one is always in the back even when its super busy so slow

Worst in the city.painfully slow and consistently wrong orders.
My work partner and I have sent complaints to head office multiple times.

Never seen any other, this is very pure Tim Horton and not nice persons, they make chai latte terribly, they don’t change gloves, or without them at all. Check note it is the center of the beach promenade and such a disgraceful branch.
