I am very surprised and disappointed once again in this Tim Hortons location, when I see a group of teenagers who were chatting and laughing freely, a young lady suddenly comes and tells them that if they don't buy anything, they have to leave. Then, seeing the evident refusal of the boys, she now tells them that she will clean that area and that she gives them 3 minutes to get out. The boys play a prank on her and she tells them where the timer is, and the lady explodes with anger and says she will call the police, who turned out to be a man in a cap, who works as private security and invites them out. Is that how Canada works? Is it mandatory buy always something when you are at tim hortons? If someone from the store staff doesn't like you, Tim Hortons workers have the power to expel you from their premises. Unheard!

I normally don’t give an establishment a bad review unless we’ve tried it a few times and “the bad” is consistent. This place deserves a wake up call. Terrible service consistently and the food quality is an embarrassment to the franchise. Today we gave it one last try. Our breakfast wraps were awful with old lettuce and dried up crusty chicken…I just hope it wasn’t expired. We got half a container of mushed up potato wedges with a smidge of the chipotle sauce we have to pay for…and my husband never got his hash browns. The only saving grace were the coffees. Won’t be coming here again or recommending this location.

This place is awful. I will advice you to never work here or order anything. Atmosphere is so toxic, nobody is going to listen to you and if you check the food area, safety conditions are worst also no crew member will help you even if you reach out to them if anything is wrong, crew is so toxic I would highly advise you to never work at this place as nobody’s gonna listen to you, they are not at all friendly and the environment of this place is ridiculous.

I am given a steak wrap with chipotle.
I was very very clear what I ordered.
Service is so slow, did not have time to sit and eat lunch, had to go back to work and did not discover until back at work.

The worst location. Advice for people that don't work here because you are not getting job anywhere, if you mentioned that you worked under the manager jovan. She is the worst manager. As i was hired there but because of some health conditions of my husband (he was in hospital that time), i took leave and sent all documents to the manager but after that when said i want to come back, she didn't even replied. I messaged her many times but now am complaining this issue to labour help and then they will resolve this issue, that who is wrong. As a human being you have to think about others condition.

In the past, I rated this Tim Hortons 5 stars overall, food, service and atmosphere but changing overall stars to 2.

I have been getting coffee for a long time from here and also other Tim Hortons, I usually order double double coffee, I really find coffee taste weird and not up to the mark for original blend, I tried other Tim Hortons and coffee really tastes great, I did complain once about taste, sugar and cream mix is not great and they mentioned it is coming from machine, if so then they should fix the machine as coffee fixes everything for people and they deserve good coffee.

I hope this review reaches to the right person, I would appreciate it if you guys can improve coffee quality.

It would be really nice if they could actually give you what you order. I tried for a chicken bowl and there's absolutely zero Chicken in this. Unfortunately I had it to go so my recourse is just a review because it's not worth going back there. This location is absolutely useless. Staff argue with each other and don't pay attention to customers. Unfortunately it is the one closest to where I currently live but I try to avoid it as much as possible

Filthy bathrooms no toilet paper and this is a common theme with this chain. Sometimes no soap for a week because the dispenser broke off the wall. Solution: buy some liquid pump dispensers at the grocery store across the lot. Ownership is never ever seen in store. Imagine all the people unable to wash their hands then touching the exit handle of the bathroom and going on to spread all kinds of bacteria all around the restaurant. Disgusting.

This is the worst male washroom I have ever seen. It's absolutely disgusting. Makes you wonder what the rest of this place is like when it comes to cleaning. Will be giving this place a miss from now on. If I could add a picture of how bad it was I would. But can't upload it.

To owner…I am regular customer at Tim Hortons. I don’t really give review but recently number of time I had worst experience of my Tim Hortons visits. I was attended by a new hired girl Joven three times in last 2 weeks and she had no manners dealing with customers. Later I find out she is manager. I am very sad that I have to change my Tim Hortons because when you are tired going back home and need some food or coffee I don’t want to experience yelling.
‘Jovan the manager’ loves yelling and that’s very disappointing because I saw workers working hard and her yelling at them and making them cry and being rude to customers.
Just a suggestion CHANGE YOUR MANAGER.

This store is the WORST. Always understaffed and all they care about is drive thru. I used to work at this store! A line up to the door of six people including me and not one till open. NOT ONE. There was at least 5 people there, all on drive thru. After minutes of waiting and no service for anyone, we were all ignored. I walked out. DONT GO HERE!

Always makes the food wrong! I’m super frustrated because this Tim Hortons is close to my work but they never get the simplest orders right. Super frustrated and when I call them they ask me to email because they are busy. So I waste extra time taking pics and emailing them that they made my food wrong. Not even worth the hassle I will have to drive out of the way for a simple sandwich.

I'm a fan of Tim Hortons but not the Clayton location. This store has poor management and staff. They are mostly rude, inexperience, unprofessional and don't like to listen to customer (like other customer experiences - see other reviews).
I feel rushed all the times that I've visited and ordered at this store (both drive thru and in-store).

Owners should replace their managers and staff or retrain them so they become better. I'm definitely not coming back to this store.

Worst location ever. The wraps and drinks are always poorly made, barely put together. Once i came in for brunch with my boss, and i found a hair in my wrap. I told the manager Priya, but she told me that she wasn't liable for the hair. The place was so noisy, too. The workers were yelling in a different language the whole time, and the noise really disturbed my experience. Please do not support this location.

Came in the restaurant just before 6 am today (they open at 5 am) to get some donuts for work. I was the only one inside, I waited for a good 15 mins.with no acknowledgment of my presence even after several eye contact with 3! Associates behind the counter. About 20 mins.passed, a front person (one of the 3 I locked eyes on came up and asked me what I want, no greeting no apologies. I placed my order and she said " that's it? " She then, said something in another language, where the person behind her laughed. She handed me my order and walked away without a single word. I know their job is hard, but they chose it, once they put on that uniform, you represent the company you work for therefore you are tethered to their policy. No need to go bend over backwards, just acknowledgment and respect (don't talk in another language in front of a customer and laughing)

I drive through daily for breakfast and make the same order everyday. They get it WRONG 3 out of 5 times! Absolute pain to drive away and realize I can’t eat my breakfast after waiting in the queue.

In the 10 minutes I was in here, I've witnessed an employee accept a return due to handing a customer the wrong order, and then placing the baked goods back into the display case.

Normally it wouldn't be an issue had the baked goods not left the counter and the customer having left the store. But it was quite concerning that a dozen donuts were placed back and ready to be served to another customer, not knowing what happened after the first customer left with the box.

I do hope this was a one-off and isn't normal practice.

How was that first bite? Disgusting! Nothing like half an eggshell in your egg sandwich. How can this happen. I have made thousands of egg meals and sure once in a while a tiny piece of egg shell by accident. This is the work of someone who is either blind or doesn’t give a care.

Good spot. Drive-thru can be very busy at times. Once you leave remember that 3 roads out go East on Fraser and only one allows you to drive West on Fraser.

I come to this Tim Hortons because it is the closest one to me.but almost everytime I come in the morning around 6 /6: 30am, they do not seem to have ANY donuts or timbits available. I know they open at 5am.so you would think they would prep a few before you officially open. Then they had a sign on their drive through saying to go to the next window and they will assist on their speaker, when i did, the lady on the drive thru today was like, you need to order there. You cant order here, when i said there was a sign, she kept insisting that i order there.and i was like.you have a sign that said to come to the window, and they said it was probably night team, and i said, so since you didnt take off the sign, you want me to go around again to order? Like that is not my fault.they finally gave in. But they are so far, to be quite a bad experience.sigh.again, i go here cuz its closest to me before work. Sigh.

Being a Tim hortons customer for years, never had an unpleasant experience with tims, but this store gives me my first bad fast-food restaurant experience, and the worst experience of shopping ever. Their attitude of service does make me angry at the first, but then it's more disappointment. I understand that they have drive through and dining room to run, but seems this store is over focused on the drive through.anyway, good luck for the walk-ins and online orders.edit: i need to apologize for my words that I thought they were over focused on the drive through, because after reading some other reviews I found people complain about drive through as well.anyway, good luck to all the people come to this shop.

Last night I was serve by a lady in a black scarf I ordered double double, timbits and the new drink called cinnamon oat cold brew the cashier said they don’t have that drink. I pointed at the menu she looks at the menu and she says sorry we don’t have that drink. I replied what do you mean? It’s on the menu she goes to the back and asks someone if we have that drink she then says nvm we have that. Keep in mind there’s no line up, so then first she gets the tim bit but what’s disgusting is she grabs the timbits with her glove with no paper tissue or tongs and the gloves she had on she was touching everything card machine, cash register etc. Really unsanitized a safety protocol, to make matters worst it took her 20mins to make my drink even her co worker was telling her she was very slow and at the end she gives the drink but the drink was just covered with milk and coffee around the cup she also forgot to give my Tim bits I had to ask her after she gave me the drinks she was like alright here you go sir! I asked her where’s my tim bits? She was like oh RIGHT! Here you go! Like common get your employees well trained before serving.

For a coffee shop that offers drive thru service. It has to be one of the slowest drive thru services you can expect.

Every morning during rush hour time. You'd think that this place experiences the same amount of traffic each day. But they don't seem to bitter with pre rush hour prep. Or put their fastest staff in the drive thru.

Tim's on Hwy 10 is about 4 times faster at dealing with morning rush hour traffic.

Friendly staff but they fill your drive through order right about 75% of the time IMO. When you ask for a repalcement, they want your time stamp / all other order details instead of just taking the wrong food back and replacing it. 1st world problem.

How does this place stay in business? The staff are all rude and shady including "Kanwal" the assistant manager. They do not give out receipts, and when I asked for mine refused to give it to me. Our order has NEVER been correct. They also refuse to give you the correct items you ordered at the same time as refusing to give you a receipt. Avoid this place or take my advice and insist on a receipt. I will be taking this to higher management. WORST restaurant I have EVER been to anywhere in the world!

I was spending money here every day to the point where the employees knew who I was. All I asked for was a little thing of chipotle mayo for my wedges (which should be free anyway) and the lady told me I have to stand in line (long, slow moving line) all over again just to give them 50 cents. Lost a continued customer over one package of chipotle mayo, seems crazy but other businesses value my business.

No manners at all and poker face when I complained after serving my deaf friend. She could clearly see she was deaf as we were signing as we walked up to the counter. My friend had her meal written down what she wanted. The girl spoke to her several times and clearly my friend can’t understand no matter how many times you say “$6.55”. Learn to point at the screen! Good grief. We sit down to watch the repeated ads on the Tim Hortons TV of serving deaf people and is featuring two girls signing while it was captioned. DONT advertise a minority group to market your business when you can’t be bothered to educate your staff by pointing at the screen for the total or learning ONE simple sign “thank you”! Now that I think of it they don’t normally say thank you to anyone. Grrrr! So disappointed in Tim Hortons. Do better! And when you get feedback don’t just stand there like you don’t care.

We had placed and order for 6 people and had the worst customer service possible. The order was incomplete with one wrap missing and 6 potato wedges which they claimed had 12-13 pieces. When asked about the order, we were given attitude as our order had taken “6 minutes” and there was nothing they could do. The employee’s name was “Aman. ” Won’t be visiting this location again. I would rate it 0 if I could.

I think the staff are fantastic, and whenever I have the option, I choose this location over others. I go via the drive-thru probably three mornings per week, and my orders are consistently correct (anytime they haven't been right, I've just gone through again and found them to be very apologetic and quick to correct the mistake). Despite trying to keep things moving along, I also find the team at the drive-thru window to be friendly and engaging - often waving at my kids or calling me 'dear', haha. They do a great job amidst the morning chaos!

Didnt get my order right even though we went though it twice and she repeated it back to me. (It was three iced capps, 1 with caramel no whip, and two large, 1 with extra espresso). First they brought out the caramel with whip on top, then only 1 large iced capp and then when they brought me the 2nd large it was only filled 3/4 full. I asked them to fill it to the top but they only added coffee and re-stirred it.

Slowest service ever! All of the Tim Horton's are super slow but this one is slowest of all. Drive thru line-up is huge and when it comes to pay for your food they make you so rushed. They need to have payment counter separate than the food. Of course Tim's trying to save on payroll!
