Tim Hortons

It took me 15 minutes to find it. Their exterior lights and sign were not on. I thought it was one of the abandoned businesses which occupy that entire block. I left after a couple of minutes. The stink of stale urine was overpowering. The conversation one person was having with themselves was turning hostile. I feel for the people working here. XoXo

Always out of peanut butter cup cookies and to long to be served. Staff needs to be more efficient!

It's old and dirty and the service is slow with graffiti all over walls. Chairs and tables are piled up to discourage loitering. You'll want to get in and out fast.

They charge $0.25 for the tiny paper envelopes the cookies and bagels come in. Literally the only Tim's or coffee shop in the city that charges for the tiny bags. I believe the law is only for takeout bags. It's so greedy. The employees are nice but $0.25 just for that little envelope of paper is crazy and just wrong.

The staff is Ignorant, they refuse to use sleeves, they will stand around on there phones or gossip among each other well a line builds. There is no care or inthusiasim and after 3 years of no improvement I have spent the extra time to go out of my way to main St skytain location or simply order coffee from 7Elevin though skipthedishes maybe cost more but it beats having to be subjected to attitude, ignorance, poor service, missing items, an all around abusive behavior from the staff.

I like this location but the service waiting time as gone way down, the staff still seem to be friendly they just need to get that they need a runner for each order and stop putting door dash and skip the dishes before there regular loyal customers

I don’t know about the food quality, but customer service is so poor, they will never say you hi or anything like what you want, you have to go to them and tell your order, and also they take so much time for the order

Always long lineups and to much catering to the skip the dishes or drive thru. Should be mote to one's who actually walk into ur store we did the exercise

I walked into this particular tims on Keefer street and the song that was blaring was saying F-*%#^-off, sort of a Rap type song, well I will not repeat what was being played but it was very offensive and I wouldn't go drink a coffee or eat a doughnut at this place ever again.and I would advise others not to either.

Thank you Tim Hortons you always have yummy drinks? And great snacks and glad I can finally find Tim Hortons all over Vancouver now when I first came from Ontario, where they have one on every block lol, but here they didn’t have any for a long time…. I missed my large double double lol and my honey crueller donut, but now I’ve been here like 25 years now and there’s Tim Hortons everywhere now yay so happy ️ yay thank you for coming to Vancouver woohoo

Staff dont take orders properly my beverage i ordered tasted like water i didn't get proper order staff need to be more customer oriented

Went into this location just to get a tea and the staff were extremely rude because I wasn't wearing a mask. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. The staff were adamant on not serving me if i didn't have one and said if you don't have one then the would give me one. I refused and they still gave me dirty looks and wouldn't serve me. I kind of gave up and just put it on out of pressure. Basic human rights are being ignored here and im very sad for society for pushing this nonsense on people. These people should be fired and not be allowed to work anywhere if they wont serve you based on simple human rights.

They don't have public washrooms, well they do, but they don't open them not even for elderly or if you have mobility issues.

Rude staff and no security personnel to ensure customer safety late at night. They always seem to be out of donuts and TimBits several hours (up to 4 hours) before closing which is frustrating as it nearly defeats the purpose of the extended hours. I’ll definitely be walking 4 blocks further to the other Tim Horton’s from now on.

Great service from the whole staff. Very good work at protecting against covid, makes you feel very safe. The coffee is the best anywhere. Food is terrific with chili and sandwiches, plus their famous donuts. A perfect little restaurant. Thank you for always happy service

I Am very happy with the service in this location. The staff are friendly and very fast service. They make you feel welcome in this location. The Manager was helpful and coaching the staff. They are happy employee here. You should visit and see what I am talking about. Keep it up guys!

Service is not that great I put in a mobile order 10 minutes before I pick up my coffee 9 times out of 10 my coffee is never ready and having to wait a few extra minutes
There is a reason why people do mobile ordering and that is so they are not waiting 15 minutes in line just to get a coffee and to make it to work on time. Update the keefer street location is lacking in customer service and order my coffee today and there is no sugar in it and ask for a sleeve she picks up 3 and throws them on the counter with wet hands getting the sleeves wet which is gross. She needs to adjust her attitude

Staffs are friendly and honest, they helped me getting the truth from a homeless lady even though its non of their business. I would say they are doing a pretty good job there. Please keep it up.

Waiting 5 minutes with 6 staff working before anyone realized I was waiting on my order. Socializing over serving guests seems to be the norm here. Will not come back. Don’t go here if you look to be served quickly or acknowledged. My order obviously rushed was below average to every other Tim Horton’s I’ve ever gone.

Manager is too rude I have been there from last 2 years. Today when I went there a girl was there to take my order when she started taking it manager started speaking in between it seems they are not welcoming the guest. Then she literally said to the girl taking my order that she will throw coffee on her face. Like seriously guys is this the way you treat your employees? Never gonna be there again. Feel bad for the girl. I don't know whose fault was there but this is not the way of treating any employee. I wish I could give them 0 zero start for such a behavior.

I literally just went in and I wasn't denied service but they weren't helping me at all. Two girls were just chatting and one saw me and ignored me. Finally one said hi so the other one who saw me already said hi. I said hi and then they said "one moment" and continued to putter. I don't know if it's my afro or what, but I stepped out just to grab food so I could take medication and wasn't able to. I'm not sure what they are being paid for if they don't want my money or to help me.

Last time there was also a hair in my sandwich so I was trying to give them a second chance. My mistake.
