Worst coffee shop in town. Nothing is fresh at all. Bakery goods are all expired and useless. If you order hot coffee you”ll get cold temp one. Good luck to those who still wants to go and give it a try.

As with many of my recent visits at various Timmy's, there were approximately 8 or 9 employees, and only one on the inside till, while the rest focused on the drive thru. I was second in line and waited for about 10 minutes for a tea and a coffee. Love my Timmy's but this is not acceptable. Here I come Starbucks.

We waited 35 minutes in the drive thru just for them to say they can't make ice caps! So I went to the window and told them they should have a sign before you enter the drive thru so they're not wasting our time, they responded very rudely and yelled "BYE" never going there ever again!

This location has the slowest drive-through service. It just took us 18 mins to get through a 6 car line.

Slow as molasses on a cold winter day and we’re still in summer here. I can’t believe how slow the service was in the drive through. The car infront of us ordered before us and pulled up after us. And was friends with the person in the drive through so sat and had a conversation for a few mins before driving away after receiving all their food.

Service ok, but they could be a little friendly. They try to give a fast service Wich is good but they forget that they are doing costumers service, some of them (stuff) are not friendly at all.

Usually always get my order right. Super nice service in the morning drive thru. Love going to this place. The line ups suck sometimes. But I can live with it. Just for the service alone.

Oh so close to 5* when the icecaps machine is down it’s such a downer. Today I got a upgrade so today was awesome.

This location seems to be a hit and miss through the drive through when it comes to customer service but overall the staff are kind.

Ordered 5 hot chocolates and they were watered down took 15 mins and I asked for white hot chocolate and got 4 regular hot chocolates and had to pay full price!

Staff was rude and service was slow several orders were either mixed up or missed for a long period of time. By the time my order of 2 bagels toasted with butter were served the coffees were cold. Not impressed. Will find somewhere else next time.

Seems very disorganized at this location. Service is polite but scattered. It's like it's a perpetual training center. The junction location much guider and seemingly organized

ThIs location is unfortunately really slow, additionally is often out of stock and has made mistakes on my orders many times.

Periodically they will be short staffed to the point of doing drive they only.

Absolute joke of a store. Waited over 15 mins in the store (thinking it’s faster and I have a broken foot so make it fast to get home) only to finally ask where my bagel and hash brown are and told “oh sorry what did you order again”. I have more bad experiences with this location than good. They Almost always get something wrong or end up missing items which is very embarrassing to go back to your crew without someone’s lunch. Either fire the whole joke of a crew you have now or you’ll continue losing customers. Also how does it take someone over 5 minutes to refund for a bagel. If you can’t work a computer and a somewhat stressful job. Don’t.

Ordered an extra large double double and by the time I got to half way through the cup I started chewing my coffee because of all the coffee grounds. It was disgusting. This has happened 2 days in a row now. They need to stop tilting the coffee urn into the coffee cup and make fresh coffee.

I'm from a small town in Ontario that cross sections the TransCanada highway. The Tim Hortons at that location is high traffic and amazing. I personally do not care about your franchise. Your location came up in the topic of conversation as to why we do not spend money at your location. I posed a question on how much revenue was being lost daily compared to proper staffing and bonus insentives. My question to you is it better to have more staff and perhaps even pay a higher hourly rate or to lose 45% of potential customers like my boss and me? At the end of the day I don't care, but I even took my time to help out your franchise. Your welcome

The lady working at the window used her bare hand to feed a timbit to the dog in the car in front of us, then proceeded to press lids down on coffee cups with that same bare, unwashed hand. I watched to make sure she didn't touch our cups as I would've driven away if she did.
Especially with covid going on, good one timmies.

Really busy and crowded during rush hour. It's okay service. Could do better when it CES to speed.

The drive thru service at this location is horrendous. Numerous times I’ve placed my order and when I go to pay, I’m told half my items are no longer available, or that they just sold the last one.

Service is slightly better when you go in and order, at least then you get a better chance of getting what you ordered and paid for.

Always either out of food, mess something up or are extremely rude. Boyfriend was chewed out by one of the staff because they were out of plain bagels like it was his fault. Sorry if you had a bad day but not his fault. Going out of my way next time to another Tims because that’s ridiculous…

The SLOWWWWESSTT Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Every single time. Why do I keep doing this to myself? !?

Drive thru is constantly over flowing and your order is rarely correct. Coffee is never stirred.

These guys are always slammed in the mornings but get through the line inside and out quickly. Thanks for everything.

I have given this Tim Hortons many chances, 80% of the time the order is either wrong or the items are unavailable. Of course if they're unavailable they normally wait till AFTER you pay to let you know that the item isn't available and ask you what you'd like for a substitution. The waiting in the drive through is awful. If you're rushing in the morning, expect to take 20-30 minutes of waiting in the drive through. (Only to get the wrong order anyways. And this is NOT exaggerated) Highly disappointing and I won't be returning. You'd be better off going to the location across the bridge in the mission city junction.

Slowest tim horten ever in entire Canada. It's been 4 times now, every time it takes them more than 25 minutes just to give me a cup of coffee.

Awesome staff and service. Attentive and did not try tocatylr me thru with moderate line up. Efficient and sincere. Thanked me for visiting.

I don't know why I've gone back, after so many screw ups. This is from today's XL coffee, it's barely half full. I do not recommend this location. Always always always something wrong. Everyone always gets something wrong on their order. It's no wonder people are slowly stopping going there. I'd give 0 stars if I could

Staff seem to be nice, drive thru line seemed longer so I went in store, ended up taking longer even though 2 people were in front of me.

Noise in the lobby is so loud, have to yell when ordering, plexiglass and masks I’m sure only add to the problem.

Ordered a bagel and an iced coffee, asked for extra sugar, and got no sugar and bagel was smothered in butter.

Always slow, unfriendly staff, and I’m currently on minute 15 of waiting for them to make my two sandwiches while they just stand around and talk and laugh, while the drive thru and lobby is full of customers. Edit: the sandwiches weren’t even made right in the end. Another long wait

I bought two bagels and i found hair in those bagels and i asked for herbal garlic and there was no herbal garlic on begal. Overall worst bagels i ever bought in my life.please fix this issue.specially told your employees to wear hair net

80% of the time down to one lane and it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get one coffee. Aside from that, how do you mess that up? Get to window and the lady says 1 medium triple, triple? I reply oh no sorry, it was a double double, she says no worries. Get my coffee, try it about 5 minutes later and it’s black. I wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t see it with my own eyes.

For hot chocolate is good for donuts has good I don't drink coffee the people in there try but a lot of times they get around this time they got it right

Clean, newer store that has very friendly and helpful staff. Always a nice visit. Very fresh pastries and good strong Canadian coffee.

Everything is fine here.when things are made properly, which from my experience is about a 50/50 chance.

Quick service (especially in the morning work rush!), friendly, good stock of items! They've never say that dont have an item on I want. (that's on the menu)

Hashbrowns are old and hard, customer service is not civil service, and lost its touch, and being respectful, and polite.

Lady at window was very friendly and helpful. I got a TimsReward card today after being asked at the window. I was given a full detailed explanation on their new program without having to ask. Above and beyond! Thankyou!

Ordered an extra large tea. Was handed a large. I asked didn't I order an extra large? The rude little snot just said nope you ordered a large and walked away. Every single staff member in that place looks miserable. Way better service and attitude at the Timmie's by the junction. Won't be back.

I was waiting for my order and they made it and put it on the counter without announcing that order is ready and i was waiting continuously for 5 mins, then i asked where is my order and they give me that bag which was on the counter from 5 mins my food was cold as well.it was my worst experience.

Worst experience ever. Love Tim Hortons but this one was very disappointing. Ordered 6 meals, for some reason only 5 were put on the bill, received only 4. Asked where is the rest, was told I have everything I ordered. Had to point that receipt has more than I received and only after that staff admitted the mistake. Moreover, the table was very dirty.

They cant make a decent latte to save their lives and showcase goodies is usually half empty whenever i go in. I definitely would reccomend the tim hortons on 1st av.

Certain ones get to know you, so it's all good. I go there 6am & enjoy their smiles. Makes my day this is the one @ the junction by the Mission Bridge

Aside from the wonderful drive thru lady I call "Mom" everything about this place seems to be going down hill. Too bad

I like seeing the same smiling faces each time I go. I have found food quality to have declined over the past couple if months sadly.

As the main drive by tim hortons this place is constantly busy, and like any place they have issues. I went inside one time to meet up with some old friends and we had a grand old time eating food and eating timbits. We ordered a wrap as a meal with a special request to put the side hash brown into the wrap itself, which wasn't done but was quickly rectified with excellent customer service. Our after dinner treat of timbits were also the wrong flavour, not their fault as you couldn't see what kind of jam was inside but not only did they stop me feeling awkward complaining about a few tiny donuts, they also offered full size donuts of the correct flavour for free. Excellent customer service, awesome staff!

Better than the abbotsford one by far BUT the food is still dry pre packaged microwaved over priced junk. They rarely get an order right and it's not Canadian.

Because sometimes service is slow, and they dont pay attention to the food going out. I got a black bun not cool timmies.

Slow to serve and not getting what you order. It's a take out and find home that was not what I order. Check your order before you leave the place to make sure you got what you ask for

Power out in most of Mission when we went to Tim's at the bottom of Cedar Street. Busy but the people there had everything under control. Way to go guys and gals. Nice and clean, too!

July 5th, 2019 at 1630 I bought 20 timbits, they are old and very nasty. Texture was like chewing gum. Oh and the milk I bought was covered in some old slimey spilled milk, hair and it was warm.

Horrible service. Waited forever and had them mess up three times. This was an awful experience, get yourselves together this isn’t rocket science.

This is not the first time, but this time I took a photo of it. This is how I got my egg & sausage English muffin.

Only go here if u want ur food burnt to a crisp. Third time in a row. I will not be back to this location.

Went through the drive through they got upset because after we got to the window we asked if one more drink could be added and I even got the driver to say please.they brought the drink to the window 3/4 full with a darkish here you go. Usually they arent so rude at this location but it was the experience this time

Godawfully slow. Be prepared to spend 15 minutes in a line of 2 people to get a horrible coffee.
Yet I keep going back.go figure.staff can be friendly though

I ordered a bagel belt today as I was eating it I got to the Center of the bagel and tasted chocolate when looked at the Center it was all black and filled with chocolate I brought it to the front and they literally shrugged there shoulders at me! No offer to replace it no nothing I will never be back
