Was adequate enough. Always seem to get my order wrong. Perhaps they'll get it right eventually.

I went there on monday (23 oct.). There was a old women and she was extremely rude and was not behaving nicely. I believe she needs to be replaced by someone sensible. Very rude and mannerless. Worst place ever. Never going to suggest anyone.

Service is terrible. Workers are rude and slow and my experience at this location was sub par. You guys need to do better if you’re going to work in the service industry

Serving customers that just walked in instead of those waiting in line. Ran out of cream. Dirty and gross. Absolute mess

Very busy at peak times, as expected, but they are super quick with mobile orders even in peaks. Lovely lovely employees. Even with lots of food in a packed store, the longest wait I've had was 10 minutes.

My family member left a bag with very important things inside last night. It was very late when we found out. Luckily Leonida has been so helpful that she put it away and texted Belen so I can pick it up from Belen early this morning. They are so amazing!

Always low on stale product. Donuts seem to be day-old. Not the Tim's from my childhood, or even the one on busier Broadway. It's the neighbourhood. Not enough for traffic to attract the customer base.

It is a busy place, but staffs are really polite, and coffee is always tasty

Below average take-out. Ordered a chicken wrap for my daughters for an after school snack. Warm and simple wrap very plain flavour. She didn't finish it. Drinks were quick to serve. Polite cashier. This was the second time here in 2 weeks. The washroom was very dirty. Ladies washroom still not available from the last visit. You need to use a key to get inside the washrooms.

So incredibly short staffed. Feel bad for the staff, they are always scrambling and the wait times for food are insane

Fast and friendly staff good selection of products. This location is a great place for a coffee and a delicious pastry.
