Good service, courteous and friendly staff. Tried their loaded bowls for the first time today. Was surprised by the taste, it’s pretty good and a decent sized bowl that tastes fresh! I would recommend the crispy cilantro lime loaded bowl if you haven’t tried it already. Lots of parking at this location, that’s a plus.

I used to frequent this location because I could mobile order, arrive, bypass the usual line up, grab my stuff and leave.
Their mobile ordering has been down over a month now.
Not waiting 10 minutes in line.
They need to get that fixed asap.

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and found a bunch of weird waxy objects at the bottom of my cup. Neither the corporate customer service or the franchisee were interested in explaining what was in my drink.

So on top of slow service, hit and miss coffee quality and the removal of the ability to order ahead through the app, Tim Hortons also doesn't care about foreign objects in their drinks.

It's a Tim's! They've lost their appeal and quality since selling out to foreign interests in Brazil.

Friendly. But terribly slow 14 minutes for a wrap. At 630 in the morning, orders placed after mine were served first.

Quick and friendly service. Very welcoming atmosphere with comfy chairs and some plugs for customers to use. Plenty of parking available too

Extremely rude staff, horrible customer service. Here, customers are treated so badly and their needs are never taken into consideration.

The Tim Hortons have maintained their quality and symmetry everywhere which is commendable and that's why there is no other chain threatening thrir business as Tim Hortons is feasible and affordable to all.

This location has good parking spots right outside its doors and a cozy ambience inside. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and were happy to see a good selection of pastry including the new Timbiebs. The service was quick and easy.

Clean seating areas and even more impressive is the clean washrooms.

Good location close to the Trans Canada Trail to grab a cold drink after a short trail walk.

Slowly improving from a customer experience perspective but still expected to wait for extended periods of time during morning rush hour / commute time. Use the app to speed things up

There are not enough workers. One worker with a huge line up at 6: 10am. I ended up leaving after waiting 15 minutes.

I asked for sugar and cream for my coffee mistakenly ordered a black coffee but the lady was very rude and her reason was she is tired and don’t have time for my needs.

This is not the first time i got terrible experience on this location. I ordered soup and it comes with bread but I received frozen hard bread. So I asked the staff to replace a fresh bread but she refused. So disappointed.

Worst location ever, they dont even know how to make a vegetarian sandwich, on my second visit I asked a plain croissant toasted and put a hash brown inside the croissant, the lady said she don’t know how to do it like seriously was it that hard. They just don’t want to do extra work they want us to order simple things only

I was not happy with the cleanliness of the store. The old women with blond hair dropped my pastry and tried to give it to me thinking I hadn't noticed

What can I say? Since the Brazilians took over the coffee has gotten worse but Tims is consistent. Easy to miss this one because the car wash owns the sign at the curb.

There was an old grumpy lady that works during night shifts. She's arrogant and needs to learn to talk nicely to customers. The store hours are clearly till 11 pm but she just rudely asked everyone to leave the place at 10 as if she owns the place.

Every time I go to this store there is a line up and only two girls working. I waited 13mins in line and then 17mins for my coffee that was only half full. Very poor service!

The working staff is good but the store manager (Annie) is such an arrogant and irresponsible person. You will never get helped in this location by that lady! Very unprofessional and doesn't know to handle a customer's query. Such a bad experience and I was shocked of such bad service by a store manager. Tim Hortons management needs to look into this.

5 stars because the washroom was clean when I used it, although it's not a usual place I go to so I can't speak on consistency but seems to the standards most people wouod want.

A bad experience! 37 Celcius outside. Just one small table inside to sit at, although while we were being served, a mother & daughter asked and were allowed to sit at another 2-seat table. Initially, we went and sat outside because all other seating was taped off. It was too hot so we came back inside and asked if we could sit at one of the taped off booths. The woman said, "No, the booth is too close to the line of people waiting to receive their orders. " Nonsense! There was only one person waitng. It wasn't busy at all. But even at that, the booth was still at least 6 feet from any customer. Health authorities have allowed people to dine-in inside restaurants since June 15th, with up to 6 people per table. We were just two & my friend is 76 years old, recently released from Burnaby hospital ICU for a weak heart. This is disgraceful. Too lazy to clean a table.

I would suggest if it's not sunny then go else where to get coffee. You will be waiting outside in pouring rain as they only have one checkout open and they are super slow. I was in line 20 mins for something that took 2 mins to receive. And some ahead wasn't happy about his order and instead did pulling him aside opening and till etc we are all waiting extra long to order.

Fast service, short lines, strict following of COVID-19 protocol. Check this place very frequently and always is satisfied by customer service

I have enjoyed taking out bacon breakfast sandwiches with chocolate chip cookies or smile cookies! The staff and management are great!

Service is good. Toilet is clean. Food are those of Tim Tim as expected. Outdoor sitting are too close to the main road yet u got an option sitting out.

So annoying! Every time I order from this location from Uber they always mess up and only refund me for 1 drink or when I order meals for the house they mess up on the meals an block me from messaging an when I call tim Hortons they call me out an say I am lying just to get a free drink. Same as Skip when I order from the Rupert location they always mess up too. Clearly you can see on the sticker says add whip cream on all 8 drinks an none. No more ordering for this house. They can't ever get their orders correct

Great Tim's joint in a convenient location with superb and friendly staff. The barista was super nice and put me a fresh roast on.
They were out of skimmed milk which isn't a huge biggie and we're able to offer almond milk instead.
Clean and well upkeep areas and restroom, unfortunately no seating inside due to COVID which isn't their fault.
Plenty of delicious freshly baked snacks and a one way system for a COVID friendly approach.

Too sweet, I never have a donut sweet like this, coffee tastes not like coffee, their staff is very careless, they even miss one of my order make me a trip go back to ask for it, very unpleasant experience.

Wonderful staff at this location! I will drive out of my way to visit this one. Clean and friendly service! It's not easy to deal with some rude customers so kudos to these people working behind the counter. The parking lot is sometimes littered with alot of garbage but that's from the lazy, selfish customers who don't bother walking a few steps to the garbage bin.

I've been to this Tim Hortons many times and its always fast and friendly service even without a drive thru. The only negative is the last two times I've been in they haven't had any Keurig coffee pods for sale. I guess it could be a covid problem lol.

Coffee was great, made just the way I like it. However, the small chocolate milk was a big gulp of the foulest sour milk.my husband is very upset.as am I.pretty bad if you can't check your labels team? !

They stopped being open for 24 hours. I find that to be unacceptable. I get off work late and now they aren't open. Unacceptable change of hours.

Horrible experience. The manager refuses to give me a straw for my ice coffee because the new cups are sip cups. I understand not using a straw is environmentally friendly but my teeth are sensitive and is only able to drink cold items with a straw! So I went down the street into Starbucks and ask for one and they offered without hesitation.

Way too understaffed Tim Hortons placing an order through Tim Hortons app will leave you no where as the staff takes no responsibility and will simply say cancel the order

EVERY time I come to this Tim Horton they only have 2-3 kinds of Tim bits, out of this, out of that, or you have to beg them to put your donuts in box otherwise they will just jam the donuts in a tiny paper bag.really lame.

Clerks have to be reminded of the order you place; I asked for a half dozen donuts and 2 of them are correct, the others aren't!

Arshpreet did NOT put any sauce on my bagel belt and I had to drive back to ask for some mayo and THEN she really tried to charge me 53 cents after I had to drive back here to ask for some mayo. I am appalled. And quite frankly upset. I love my timmy’s. I will not return. It was EXTREMELY rude. I repeat, her name was: Arshpreet

The Korean lady who took my order was exceptionally nice and coffee was great. Love this branch!

Love me so Timmy's, up here in Canada ay? Walked in there with some fire wood from the gas station & bought me self, a cup of joe. Spilled it on me self while walking up mount everest.

I've been to this Timmy's half a dozen times and it's always been good. Fresh coffee, fresh donuts and good service.

The staff are great the get to know the locals every time i come in they smile and say hi and if not busy will conversation a little, with that being said why only 4 stars.taxi`s park in handicap spots and sometimes homeless panhandle the parking lots or during the week group of teens are noisy and maybe they buy 1 or 2 items per group of 7.fix the noisy teen issue and i would make 5 star.

Had a negative experience tonight at this location. The counter staff service was disappointing. I ordered a dozen donuts. They asked would you like “dream donuts” & I said sure. They rang up 1/2 dozen regular & 1/2 dozen dream donuts. I got 2 “dream donuts” and 10 regular. I asked how come I only get 2. I was told that’s all that is left. She gave some explanation that since I got more than 1 she has to charge me for 6. Whatever.

They refused to give water to us on a to go order. I even asked to buy the cup.first time I've ever seen this in any restaurant in Canada.

I don't get it. I love both coffee and donuts and Tim Hortons isn't very good at either of these. Their marketing team has done a great job duping people to believe this is "Canada's best". The only thing that it has going for it is that it is the most convenient as they are everywhere.

Today @7pm, we bought a hot chocolate to go box for the kids who were playing outdoor soccer and we requested for extra cups only because it’s not enough for the 16 kids. Then the manager said they are not allowed to give an extra cups even i asked them to charge me but the manager said it’s their policies to not giving an extra cups. I felt very bad for the kids for not enough cups for sharing the hot chocolate. I decided to go to the close by Starbucks and asking for the cups and they give it right away without question. Gets a crazy busy but great place to grab a quick bite and a couple of donuts. Love an ice cap for the summer time or hot weather. I recommend the mocha ice cap for some chocolatel sweetness.

Amazing place to have hot/cold beverages, friendly, helpful and nice staff. It's open 24 hrs which is helpful for students to study and people who work overnight shifts. Fast and accurate service

This time at this location it wasn't very pleasant experience. When I came there was a line of 7 people and only one cashier. It took me 12 minutes to get tea and muffin (from the time I entered to the time I got my order).

I’d say this is one of the nicest Tim Hortons’. The problem i found it’s noisy. I had a coffee there. The service is quite well. Employees deserve 4.5 star. 0.5 deduction for communication problem. But overall behaviour and certainly everything except that noise maybe machine noise was very well. I’d like to give 4.3 star overall.

The place needs to step it up big time. Too many times I have gone in and they do not have something on the menu.
4pm no chili today.time before 630pm no chili then either.
They have literally been out of cooked chicken - half their menu is chicken sandwiches!
Oh well - that is the attitude.oh well I go somewhere else.

Absolutely incompetent employees. Consistently making coffee incorrectly. If you ask for anything aside from a double double expect it to taste funny.

Just tried the new vegan Beyond Burger with tomato and lettuce. Took my own slice of vegan cheese and added a bit of ketchup to it.sooooo good. Ordered a black coffee and took my own almond milk with as Tim's STILL doesn't provide a dairy-free milk option

Reasonable prizes! A bang for your buck. Food and beverage is worth the dollar. Staff is friendly at this establishment. Love coming with friends. Just wish there was more seating. Keep up the good work!

For a Monday morning at 12pm! This is one of the fastest Tim hortons I’ve ever been to! Being an ex Tim hortons worker/ almost potential employee here I had a really good experience with my boyfriend! Nice staff, fast service and a clean location inside and out! Even with trainees behind the counter and some business from school students still super efficient! So thank you to this location for that!

Tim Hortons needs to hire counter staff who speak proper English and turn down the music near the order counter. I could not understand a word she was saying when I tried to order a Chili meal deal and with a small order of Timbits (10) my order came to over $ 12.00, which is ridiculously high.
Place the Tim Hortons staff who cannot speak proper English in the cooking or cleaning sections of the restaurant and only use staff who speak proper English at the counter to interact with its customers!
