Tim Hortons

Always out of something, always something wrong with my order, always get told to park in the parking lot and wait for my food. This place is so unprepared for anything. Worst Tim's on the island.

We ordered something a couple times here (food) and the order was wrong each time, not what we ordered. Even when they repeat the order through drive through speaker they still ruin it. The food at tim hortins is generally edible however at this location stay away from the food forsure! When you complain they act like it's the customers fault? Please get it together bench road tim hortins.: (

Making 2 simple drinks incorrectly and then making a drive thru customer in a hurry go sit in the parking lot while you help other customers isn't good service.

Taking 5 minutes to do a simple refund when customer doesn't want to wait for you to help others and THEN have their drinks be remade isn't good service.

Having a random generic BS response to a US only website link, or a "wait on hold forever" phone line ISN'T GOOD SERVICE.

Tim's is trash. This one is the worst on the south island.

Three 14 year olds running the whole place. We walked in and they were screaming/laughing. There was no food or drinks out either; like three different doughnut kinds and a couple bagels. While taking our order they were still laughing and yelling to each other, and my medium double-double didn’t even get made properly. I understand low employment in the area right now but three kids running the whole place? Probably the most disappointing Tim’s I’ve been to. ‍️

We had ordered a simple request. Bacon farmers wrap -add cream cheese and a cheese croissant toasted with half butter. The worker said they cannot do that to my croissant. Every other tim hortons does it. They also made us wait for 8 mins to get our food. Mind you this is 6: 30 am. Got our food. The wrap was sausage and not bacon with no cream cheese. Pretty disappointing.

Fast service, as ive grown to expect from this location. Quiet eat in breakfast. Very happy with this visit.

The staff are trying their best, but frankly this time is basically non operational. I spent 20 minutes in the drive through (mid day), then waited another 10 and had to park out front and wait more for my sandwiches. When I finally got them, they were wrong, but my lunch break was already almost over so I had to just leave. The drive through line was out onto the street. Their turnover rate is insane, I never recognize any staff, and they’re severely understaffed all the time. I pity the poor employees, but this Tims has the worst food service I have EVER received

Never have large buns for sandwiches, rarely can you get hot food at this location. Even at 2pm they have no ability to cook food apparently. The only reason I stop here is how close it is to my home but I'll be going to the mill bay location from now on. Avoid this location, it's not worth the trouble

I ordered Chili. & they don't have any Chili
So then I ordered a Chicken & Bacon Ranch wrap
The employee said They don't have anything Hot
I said a Wrap isn't hot. Apparently they have no chicken or able to cook bacon.no hot meals.
It was 7: 30 pm.the employee said they quit serving hot meals at 7: 00p.m. I can have a cold sandwich or donuts.lol Like, Really?
I came for dinner!
He says we close at 10: 00p.m
I said.so what are you open for! I left very disappointed& didn't order anything

I went in restaurant to use the washroom (immaculately clean) and then stood around waiting for four minutes before I got acknowledged. The gentleman who was cleaning the floor had spoken to me twice (inane chatter) so it was known I was there but drive-through had priority and they didn't seem to have the staff to run in-house orders.

Food and coffee was standard Tim Hortons affair. Would absolutely do back, but I'd use the drive-through.

Fail to list soups on website. Poor service, food cold, soups to thick to eat. Bypass this location. Try Mill Bay Tim Hortons.

It's Timmy's! Too bad it's not a Canadian company anymore, the choice in food components for sandwiches has degraded over the last few years, but the coffee and the wonderful smiles from the employees still makes it a pleasure! I've never had a bad experience at this particular Timmy's location, they've always been wonderful.
