Tim Hortons

The staff here are very busy in the mornings and I totally understand that. I go through drive-through about 2 or 3 times a week. I cannot drink coffee for medical reasons and wouldn't order it for that reason and the last two times I've ordered hot chocolate, which I can drink, I've been given coffee, which gets poured out at work. When I did get a hot chocolate, it was obviously from the bottom of the barrel and looked like dirty dishwater - again thrown out when I got to work. I ordered an everything bagel with plain cream cheese only to bite into the herb and garlic cream cheese, which I do not appreciate first thing in the morning. This is just one week but it's on going - better training maybe?

I ordered an ice coffee and asked for hazelnut flavour, i got it. Thank you so much for the service.

I would give 0 if I could! Very rude customer service was told I ordered 2 of something when it was only 1 and argued with me about it until I got annoyed and just payed for the 2 and even then the order was wrong and when I called to ask for a new one with what I actually ordered on it they proceeded to argue with me again

If I could leave a 0 I would. Rude to customers and agrumentive. Order something specifically and tell me I'm wrong. Ordered a original ice cap with one pump of vanilla and was told "its against our policys" and then she laughed at me as a rude comment was made in the background. Should really rethink the policy "the customer is always right" because it doesn't exist anymore.

Restroom is closed after 10PM even though the store is open for business and would still take your orders but no access to restrooms. Just a head up anyone wants to grab a snack and use restroom.

Poor management as paying customer I can't use washroom till 6am this not right I have issues where I need to use the washroom, I'll be using the floor in the lobby next.

Is this the normal amount for an untouched medium french vanilla? Did they put a small in a medium cup? I believe the cup is full at other locations.

I was there 10 mint before. The girl is working right now at drive through don’t have sense to talk to customer. I am daily coming here. And also she give me wrong order. I am very disappointed.

Bad service new punjabi girls just ignoring me to open washroom door she said we lost keys we always buy lots of food i will complainant to head office worst tim hortons in surrey

Great service but place was filthy hire a cleaner and keep them cleaning ONLY.it would probably work.

Short staff, delayed service & lot of flies. This location never has hot food after 10pm.

They should have a sign at beginning that they don’t serve veggie wrap at certain times, so we don’t have to wait 30 mins in Drive thru line for nothing. Because staff is so slow and Rude.
