A female barista name gurjot really need to learn how to deal with customers this is the first time I experienced this much bad experience from a barista no sense of talk no sense of customer service worst experience with tim she was asking us to shut up while taking the order this incident took place on Thursday around 7: 00 pm. Won’t ever visit again as well as no recommendations for others.

They close at 9: 00pm. Showing up at 8: 50pm, I was told they won’t serve any food and they close in 1 minute. The service was incredibly rude, and embarrassing from a national chain.

It’s not clean. Omg food have bags everywhere. Is very low All the girls work not clean anything

One female staff member is very unfriendly.
She always take orders with an annoyed face. Not only me but also other friends feel it. I always wonder if I can really order there? Because I don't think she wants to be ordered.

Today 29 april Saturday morning. I went there 6 am in the morning. They should open at 6 am. The lady see me on door and dissapear. Waited there for 15 minute stil she did not opened the door. 4 othe people gone fater seeing door closed. If owner see this, these kond of people ruining your business.

I’ve stopped at this Tim’s location a number of times, and everytime I come in, Ive come to expect the same underwhelming experience. Food takes a bit to get, but the employee’s are outright rude. There’s one gentleman who seems to be relatively kind, but most of the other employees simply talk down to customers. Food usually comes out alright. ‍️

The service is fast and I like that they have food almost all the time but they close the grill really soon even though the closing time is 9pm they close it at 6pm maybe work on that.
