50 min wait for a mobile order. Ever since they started mobile orders the wait times are insane, and also inconsistent.

I like Tim Hortons food - it's tasty enough and usually quick to get, but this location on a weekday is a nightmare. There are probably more than a hundred customers standing around waiting for orders that take more than 30 or 40 minutes to be prepared. The staff are rushed and end up making mistakes and leaving things out of orders. Steer clear of this location

First time here.
Primary reason for the 1star is the fact this location has no scanners. This means if you want to use the app/pay via gift card loaded to the app you cannot. It’s 2023 and the fact they don’t have scanners at this location is unacceptable.
On top of that they don’t put the honey in the tea when you order it which I found odd. They give you the package to do it yourself.
Also bought a turkey blt and was as plain and not fulfilling as the last time I ordered food from Timmy’s. Stick with making fresh donuts.
I sincerely hope this location gets scanners soon as encouraging customers to download the app and then not be able to use it is a severe miss.

The staff was very rude. I kindly asked her to repeat but she laughed at me, and said "we are not talking". My nose didn't feel well and I used some tissue. She impatiently yelled at me "do not use too much tissue". Overall very insulting staff.

Worst experience ever. Staff was impatient, and yelled at me for taking 3 piece of napkins.

I was given my order and left and didn't realize until later that they actually didn't put half of what i ordered in the bag: (wasted my money and didn't get to eat the item i was looking forward to

Equally terrible as all the other Tim Hortons on campus. Terrible staff, terrible people, terrible establishment.
