Super Rude, I went to grab a coffee around 9: 30 PM on January, 11. The employee who were taking orders at the Drive through was aggressive and super rude.

I'm so shocked, I've always grabbed lunch from here so I know how my sandwich is supposed to look but this is ridiculous, you're really going to charge me $11 for 2 slices of turkey, tomato & bacon with burnt bread & no sauce? 0/10

Whenever i ask them hot latte they always say, “our machine is not working today “.
Like daily your machine don’t work?

Two times I went to the drive thru, and they didn't give me my order right.
Always something missing or wrong.

Very rude staff, ordered a loaded Chili. As the photo advertised and states it comes with shredded cheese. They decide to argue with me and say it does not come with cheese, and refuse to add cheese without charging extra. Absolutely false advertisement.

The man who makes the coffee he holds with his hands from the top that people drink in this place, it would be very nice if this guy was very responsible and neat, because he really doesn’t want to work. I do not recommend coming here, the staff does not work carefully!

Zero customer services, girls are so rude.they have no communication skills to deal with customers. Drive through is even worse.

Worst customer service ever, I ask for water and she is very rude. Management should train their staffs how to behave with customers.

Absolutely disgusted with this timmies. They had flies flying around on the donuts. And when i told them about it. They didn't do anything. Just laughed and still tried to sell them. So nasty

Don't know why I even bother coming to this location anymore. Everytime I try they mess up my order somehow. Today they forgot my espresso in my ice cap. Not impressed as I have an appointment and can't turn around.

Worst drive thru services ever always in rush this is the 3rd time I ordered something else the give me something else.

It is a quick service restaurant offering premium coffee, flavored cappuccinos, specialty teas, home-style soups, fresh sandwiches. Service is preety good along with some staff. But some work on customer service is needed.

Nothing special. Affordable fast food. Staff was a little slow and confused with their own menu.

Every workers are rude with customers. They don't have skills how to treat and attend customers, very disappointed hope after read this review they will improve

For some reason food wasn't as good as my local Timmy's, but fast, efficient, etc.

I had to spend 5-7 mins to figure out the drive thru entrance as its very narrow and the sign is in the dark. Timbits were not readily available and staff didn’t sounded welcoming.

No sweetener in dark roast double double. I asked for please warm my cheese croissant and then gave cold one. When I asked to make it hot she try to teach my how to order on drive through Machnic. Tim Hortons is joke now days. No body care at the store. Guys please don’t waste your money at tim Hortons go somewhere else.

Went there in the evening and bought ice caps and bagel. I loved jalapeño bagel and really obsessed with ice cap. Customer service was stunning.

I have worked here, there is no respect here for staff members, they always treat like we are their slaves! However when i was in training and I made a mistake the supervisors said to leave work and go home! Is this the way you guys treat new staff? Adding to this the manager is so arrogant, if a staff wants emergency off then they say either come to work or quit the job! Then if they are not busy they send us home without giving us whole shift. Really? This is How your attitude is towards a staff or employee! I would be more happy being unemployed but I won’t never work here again or recommend to work!

We usually every friday.visit this location…We order two everything bagel triple toasted…But when we get order its not even single toasted.

I went through their drive through service around 5: 30 am. I ordered coffee & donuts. I was told that donuts were still not available. The signs say open 24 hours & it is known for coffee & donuts.

Charged 11.18 for the cold reuseable cup when it's 2.99. I didn't know the correct price till I got home and checked to see what the correct price should have been as I was positive it was supposed to be a cheap cup and not 11$. Come to know I have heavily overcharged.

It's okay place except their coffee is like a water. Can't match the waves coffee quality. Except Starbucks blond roast the rest is water. Waves Coffee Ofcourse its the king

I came last night at around 12 and there were only 2 ppl working so I get that they’d prioritize dt instead of lobby so I was waiting patiently to get my order taken but I saw the taller, younger worker doing most of the work while the older worker was barely doing anything. I left but I just wanted a chocolate croissant older workers do be slow tho and let’s the younger worker do most of the work

Drive thru is getting worse. Waited 40 minutes in line. Impossible to use the drive thru any afternoon. Mornings is a little faster.

Friendly service but I asked and paid for an extra large DD coffee and only got a large and of course didn't notice until I was down the road.

Drive through line is backed up through the parking lot can’t get in. Line inside moves so slow the wait is unacceptable. I just left and will go to Starbucks instead. Every time I go here it’s like this. This is a joke of a location. Tim Hortons can’t seem to fix their failure of unreasonable lines.

They locked the door with no sign mid day. How am I supposed to pick up my order?
Slowest drive through line I’ve ever seen. Just avoid this one all together. About a dozen people tried the door while I waiting around.

All these signs and not one says how to pick up.

You are always rushed though the drive-thru. No matter what I have ordered from here, food always comes out missing or the order is completely wrong. Do better, please!
