Tim Hortons

The store advertises as closes at 11pm. I show up at 1045 and no one speaks at the drive through speaker for 2 mins before deciding to go to the drive through window to check the hours. At the drive through window I am thoroughly ignored by a female staff member cleaning up who repeatedly glanced at me. I finally get her attention long enough to say a coffee please and get told we're closed. Go away. What kind of service is that? What is the point of saying closing at 11pm if you won't serve 15 mins prior. I'd understand if I was ordering at a sit down restaurant but for a coffee?

The are mad i guess as they weren’t taking order for couple of minutes and when i was in angry mood he took my order but gave me another drink saying the drink you ordered is not available then why he took the order and i complaint about them in complaint service and if he do same with you just report about them.

Absolutely atrocious service by all involved. Service was extremely slow and there was no semblance of people skills by the employees. Sent inside for no reason for a small mobile order. While inside and still waiting, decided to use the washroom - which both men’s were out of order. I go to Tim Hortons almost everyday, and this was one of my worst ever experiences at a location. Based on reading other reviews as well, this whole location is consistently awful at everything they do.

Ordered ahead. Waited in line after app indicated ordered and ready, and told to pull forward. Order of 3 coffees was not ready. Made to go in and search out order, staff shut down the mens and family washroom when I entered. Slowest most impersonal service I’ve received at a Tim Hortons.

I ordered a wrap, they made me wait 10 mins for it.fine thats ok. Then you people proceeded to give me a bowl. When I told them I ordered a wrap the stared at their screen then put the bowl down and started helping others. After I waited a total of 20 mins I started getting irrate.

When I asked for my food they kept saying to wait because they only serve the drive through. When I asked for my money back because they made me late for work. They continued to tell me to wait. So I got belligerent. If you make a mistake, drop what you are doing and fix it.

This is email number 2 I got way more coming today. The manager should be fired as she failed to Trai staff properly. She needs to train her staff better before she tells a customer to watch their language.or better yet teach them that there is a difference between bowls and wraps. I you got the easiest job in the world. If you can't do that correctly then you don't deserve to work.

This Tim's will not get your order correct. Even if it's a one item order. Half the staff stands around doing nothing. They focused only on drive through and wake non lazy people wait 20 mins just for the staff to give you the wrong order then refuse to make the right order or even refund the money. Literally the worst tim hortons in the world.

Stop deleting my comments. I have many more emails, delete this one and I'll just use another email. Train your staff properly and hire new managers! Don't make customers wait 20 mins for the wrong food!

One of the worse Tim Hortons I've ever seen. Too many thing to list what's wrong with this Tim Hortons but I'll say if you want a coffee or donut don't hope to come here. Many times the hours posted are not the hours they operate by, many times they are closed well before 10pm

It's ok for the price. Muffins and dry and coffee is decent. Doughnuts are pretty good.

The last 3 times we have got Tim bits they have been terrible. Today's batch, all the honey dips were extremely hard, and the rest of the donuts are all soggy.

I buy coffee here everyday or at least I used too. Not sure who's in charge of opening up these days, but they never open at 5: 00am. It's always anywhere from 5: 05 to 5: 15 needless to say I have to find another coffee shop to actually get a coffee before work.

Continuously cut me off while trying to order through the drive thru, and because of this got my order wrong. The person working the window proceeded to pass each item as quickly as possible, making it uncomfortable to place my items in my vehicle as they were coming at me. The drive thru had one other car and the building appeared to be quiet inside. Over all it was an unpleasant experience.

Most slow, awful drive thru in Abbotsford. Before 530am, and you can wait 10-20 minutes in their drive thru. Stuck in that terrible alley where they force you to be late for work!

Just go to McDonalds on Clearbrook, you won't wait more than 5 minutes.

Very disappointing and poorly staffed. Ignorance is not supposed to be anywhere near retail. Workers were lazy today. Very disappointed

OMG! My favorite location as it is the only one having Maple Dip donuts. Please bring back cherry stick. Chocolate cake & English Toffee Coffee. PLEASE.

3 of us ordered donuts, that where incredibly dry, they replaced one of the donuts and then refused to replace the other 2.
