Always so slow as well as we can't get helped by them, simply ignore us as if they got panic even though we ordered meals on online 20min before picking up!
If they already prepare our meals ny the time we arrive, that's Okey, however they don't even start cooking it sometimes.
Staff is Okey, but always don't get good experience because of the way they move.

Rushing us out of the drive-thru when there wasn’t anyone else in line for some reason. Can’t even finish taking our order, literally after every item “Drive up, please. ” Very annoying.

I know they are busy but they just didn’t make the things right! I asked for iced coffee with cream on top. What I got is cream in the coffee not on top!? No napkin no straw!

The worst timmies in my area.most of the other ones will have a bad day here and there, but this location has constantly been rude while ordering and giving me the wrong order or missing items in my order after I have paid, the food and drinks on top of that taste terrible; always watery and the food is never warm.

WORST TIMS IN RICHMOND….

My latest purchase, bagels are not TOASTED ENOUGH fix your machine! AND THEY DONT PUT NAPKINS LIKE WHO DOESNT PUT A NAPKIN WHEN PURCHASING A BAGEL OR DONUT?

Sorry but Costumer service here has gotten so bad recently… avoid this location guys.

Wish it could do 0 for customer service, incredible to wait over 10 minutes to even get served and then watched a guy wait 15 minutes for a sausage egg meal.it was not even busy the staff has no care, a guy who was not even clocked in yet helped me

They got nothing on my order correct. I asked for a ranch wrap, they gave me a Chipotle wrap. They also thought I asked for 3 wraps. The translation has been getting worse and worse. When ever I come here the order always gets something wrong.

The last 5 times I have ordered from here they screw up the order. This Tim Hortons needs to learn how to read a delivery order.

This place has very poor customer service since last 2-3 years. The person taking the orders does not understand what you are ordering and they often give you the wrong order.you find out too late to return back, when in a drive through. When I complaint to the Manager Gurjit she responded in a very unprofessional manner and was very rude, did not understand or take the time to understand the issue and brushed me off. Their employees hired are also very rude and argumentative, I ordered a bacon egg and they gave me sausage egg. They don't care about customer service at this location. This attitude will drive customers away for sure.

Open 24 hours. Standard Tim Hortons experience just be alert during the late hours the atmosphere is different after midnight.

Couple times mixed orders. Lady on microphone dont listen what i order. Cofeee? ! Its water with milk. Whats going on with you Tim Horton

There is one lady who works the till who is quite plesent. All the other workers there are rude. I suggest more customer service training.

I ordered English Muffin sausage & served with a biscuit. Not only today but before I ordered steeped tea & gave me a coffee. Service are poor. Got the right order but served different sandwich. Worst customer service.

While out walking in downtown Richmond, I stopped for lunch at Tim Hortons. The service was great, as was the chili, sourcreme doughnut & coffee.

Food, drink and the price are perfect, wait time horrible due to how they operate. After taking order, the cashier will go get your food, make your coffee, then rest of the line is waiting that person to come back to take next order.

I pre-ordered using the Tim Hortons app, but when I got there they hadn't even started making my order.

Clean, newly renovated store. Food quality is decent, especially for those wanting a quick breakfast. Not overly busy on a Sunday morning, which is nice.

Ive been living in Richmond for years and by far this is the worst Tim Hortons branch I’ve ever been to.
They almost always give me the wrong order.
I hope the owner sells this franchise to someone who really cares about the business and not just hire students with 0 training. I almost never see the same employees because of their high turnover.

Honestly, I enjoy eating in this restaurant a lot. However, you guys should really make the delivery names a lot more bigger so the dashers or riders know who’s order is which, i got the wrong order before.

Very rude cashier, try to put an order in and she was very rude and cancel may order the food was cold and they gave me a sandwich croissant like a paper.the egg was separated from the croissant and i received half of my order. I tried to do another order it was no help at all.

BE WARNED. Don't expect your ordered item will be available even thought you placed an order via app or even if you went through the order window. I understand its subject to availability but they won't tell you its unavailalbe till you're at the pick up window.

I've been going to this particular location for the past 3 years and I have never being able to get chicken noodle soup regardless what time I go. It starts making me wonder that they don't have it in stock at all. This happens to the birthday cake tim bits as well. You'll be forced to switch to other items on the spot.

I've involve in the same situation multiple times and will definitely go to other locations.

Horrible experience just now, ordered 2 hot chocolates and 2 grilled cheese.
Got the drinks first took a sip while waiting for sandwiches and found they served us hot water with whipped cream. I'll never be coming to this location again.

The worst Tim Hortons I've been. Bad costumer service. The potato wedges are next to not edible. I ordered a bagel with butter and when I open the bag the bagel is not even sliced and obviously not toasted. Never again will come to this location.

Would not recommend the drive thru staff are often very rude and argue whenever they mess up your order. I have never came across tim hortons staff with such additude at any other location.

The closest drive through Tim in the heart of Richmond. Though shown as open whole day, they actually closes at night after the covid pandemic

Please visit the No. 3 road Timmy's.fast and efficient service. Although they got my donut wrong, they offered the wrong item and gave me a replacement for free. Great job compared to the on on Boyd Street; worst service ever.

This Tim Hortons is a little lacking with their flavours but it’s still good, everything’s relatively the same as any other tims

As a Canadian, I love timmies but this one had to many people seated in the dining area. I'll just drive down there next time and use the drive through instead of walking inside to order

Best customer service received always. Today was really special as they wished Happy Vaisakhi to me. Love to go there all the time. Fast and excellent service.

The dark roast was actually really good. I stopped going because the coffee was garbage. I went to McDonald's. Good job Tim Horton's.

I went this morning to buy coffee and donuts using drive through. Because I wear a mask the staff can not hear my order, I repied it again with louder voice. When I drove to window and ready to pay, the manager came out and said that I don't have to yelled at him. He repeated same sentence for over 3 mind and won't let me pay my order.

The employees here are used to be good and responsible, but my recent visits are disastrous. In my last three visits I got wrong order twice. It seems like the people in counter does not have much idea bout the menu. Both time I ordered egg on croissant. And I got a plane croissant. They even confirm with me and when I come back to my office with my food and open it, I see a empty croissant with nothing inside. So frustrating. Also don’t know what’s their problem is with sleeve. They don’t give sleeve with the hot coffee and every time I need to ask.

We've been here a couple of time to order a nice french vanilla which with a couple of add-ons, usually costed us $3.03 for a medium. However, the staff here couldn't understand what we were asking for and charged us $3.14 for a small. If you're a human being with half a brain, head to the Bridgeport Tim Horton's near Michael's, they properly serve your drink and charge you the correct price for it.

We received an offer on our mobile app to buy a drink and get a free donut. It was evening when I went there today, and the customer service was really, really bad. There was a problem with the payment on my mobile APP and I asked for some help. Then the cashier told me that she can't help. That's okay, and then I tried to figure it out myself.while I was trying to place an order on my phone, they put away the doughnuts I'd already seen.and they told me "look, there's nothing on the counter anymore, and they told me to leave. I think it's ridiculous that even when the store is closing, they can tell the customer that the store closing soon. Instead, they choose to hide the food and tell customers there is no food left, and ask customer to leave. They treat their customers like idiots.

I ordered coffee from my mobile app and when I asked the worker what store location is this, they told me and when I finish ordering and waiting in line to receive my coffee the guy tells me that I ordered at the wrong location and that I need to go there to pick it up from there. When I asked if they can just make me a coffee (my order was free anyways, btw) he said no and that there different locations and we can't. But I mentioned its free your not closeing any money and they refused to make my order and I had to leave to start work.
I had this issue were drink were ordered at different locations but the workers still made them.
Never going back here again.

The older man employee who cleaned the washroom did a great job on the washrooms. Clean with a nice scent of smell.

I found the girl that serviced us was not focused on servicing us as we order coffee and hot chocolate and the people who came after us was serviced their meal and drinks and I had to asked where our drinks were before other female there finally made our drinks and gave them to us.

Nice view but not clean. The employee forgot about my order but then she asked me again when I was waiting and looking around. I did’t have to wait for so long but the employee gave me something for free. I don’t know whether she has to pay for it but thats nice.

Almost 80 % of the seat are wore out, in poor condition. And the sandwich could be better wrap than this.
Table are mostly fill up with crumbs and left over from previous guest’s leftovers, this franchise has big room to improve.

The food was delicious, I had cauliflower soup and I I will have it again. The price is the cheapest.

We went through the drive thru 2 consecutive days! The meal was good but there was 4 meals ordered each day and they give out 1 napkin for 4 meals. I guess you must ask for napkins!

I cannot stress how bad the service is at this location. Also, I order the same thing everytime I come here and somehow the price changes depending on who's working the till.

Standard Tim Hortons food, but cleanliness seems somewhat questionable at this one. A lot of spills and crumbs visible from customer side of the counter, with trash siting out on the floor on the service side. Lots of homeless sleeping at the tables early weekday mornings.

Mentioned to staff there were flies all over the donuts. They looked at me and acknowledged the flies, as this is normal. I also saw a person sleeping on the table, this must be normal too.

Lineups for days, focus on the drive thru over people inside, and often only one person on the register

Disorganized and unfriendly staff. Been here twice lately and the staff failed to complete a single-drink order quickly and courteously both times.

Good customer service and variety of things. I would suggest all Tim hortons of BC to have banana bread because this item is missing in 98 percent of Tim Hortons here.

I pick up coffee at this Tim every morning. I have to say it is pretty unorganized. When I have already ordered online, then go to pick up. The stuff asked me what did I ordered, then go to prepare my order. It takes 2000years. That’s the meaning of online order?

I ordered 1 dozen plain donuts to take home and when I got home and opened the box they were glazed and filled donuts. When I complained the next day they gave me 1 free coffee voucher.

This has got to the worst Tim Hortons in Canada. The place was dirty, the washroom was dirty, the floor was dirty and so many uncleared tables. The new chicken sandwich was disgusting; looked and tasted like it was heated up in a microwave and not totally hot. Service was slow. The bike rack outside was useless. The management here should visit the Tim Hortons in Langley where everything is done right.
