Tim Hortons

When I arrived early their was no at the counter. It was very dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. The tables where dirty. They need to hire more people or set a higher standard for cleanliness.

The worst bagel I've ever had, I didn't realize he was making my order, but he toasted my bagels, buttered them then wrapped them up - only to (a few orders later) seemingly realize they were supposed to have cream cheese and finally give them too me.

They were all ice cold by the time I got my order and as I said, the worst bagels I've ever had.

Ordered a bowl to take home only to find out that the “salad” part was just lettuce. Where were my tomatoes and cucumbers? Called then right away and the girl insisted she gave me the rest. I said I’m looking at it right now and there’s nothing but lettuce. What a disappointment! Will not go to this Tims again. Nothing but problems when I go there.

The new staff are rude. I went through the drive through and when I got to the window the employee didn't say one thing to me. I constantly get ignored when im there, they forget about orders or just dont care how the orders are prepaired, i have had cold food multiple times, the list goes on. I know my review won't change much but I really don't suggest this place

Personally I'd rather go to McDonald's for drive through service. They're twice as fast as Tim Hortons plus they give seniors discount on coffee which Hortons never do and probably never will.

No drive thru non-exsistent service.

Went in and stood at the counter for several minutes and wasnt so much as acknowledged. The store was nearly entirely empty and the two women working there behind the counter blatantly ignored me while the conversed.

As someone who has worked in customer service a long time to not, AT LEAST, tell your only customer that you need a minute to get to them abysmal.
