The service has been inconsistent for months. They have forgotten items many times when I order in the drive through. I hoped with the renovation things would be smoother. I often want to order chili to take out along with sandwiches. I usually order around 3 to 3: 30 PM. 90% of the time they do not have chili and I drive to Langley Tim Horton's to get it. Now they are reopened it is the same old story "we are sold out". How can it be that they can't open a new container of the pre-made chili? I was so irked today that I did not order the sandwiches or drinks I was going to order when she said there was "no chili". I know it isn't the employees fault as obviously management tells them not to put our more chili. But I have been a very good customer over the past couple of years, and now I won't go back. On the positive side, the staff are always polite and professional.

Absolute worst Tim Hortons you can go to! The staff are rude, the restaurant is disgusting. We go there often as it's the closest to our work, and we are literally waiting our ENTIRE 30 minute break just to get to the counter, order and receive our food. They literally do not care at all about anything. If you try to tell them anything is wrong, they will just turn around and laugh to the others. The one lady in there, maybe she is just fed up with people who work there not listening but she is so insanely rude. I have no idea how nothing has been done!

Debit down in drive-thru. Sat in huge lineup to be told to go inside and order. Go inside to another huge lineup. Ordered got my food and left to discover they couldn't even get the order right. There poor customer service and the employees aren't even paying attention to when your trying to order something! Way to go guys. Maybe send one of the workers who are standing around doing nothing to go let people know the drive thru debit is Down.or a sign! My whole lunch break wasted.

This restaurant has gone downhill. Use to be good a few years ago. Now, not so much. The hash brown is always hard and over cooked. The staff hardly greets you and never says any good bye or have a nice day.
And my coffee today tasted old.

Generally this location is just OK, but we had a great experience with Eli today, he was phenomenal. Super friendly, really genuine, clearly loves his job

I work close to this timmies. I stopped going cause they constantly mess up my orders. Went back there today and big surprise, they messed up my order.

Sometimes get mistakes in the order, or food that is not prepared properly, 90% of the time it's fine.

I’ve been coming here this past week for food and coffee as we are working in the area and I’ve had bad customer service twice now. Team seems frustrated and doesn’t handle customers with a calm manner. I left feeling anxious and just settled for a different coffee because the situation became complicated. I think someone should shadow their staff to see how they handle their customer service more. Fortunately I won’t be coming back to this Tim’s after today.

Hardly ever get the order right. Put in sugar instead of sweetener.go into complain and basically get told they don't care.

Worst service. They had 5 people working in the back and were rushing me to pay… hash brown was cold and hard, chilli cover wasn’t put on properly and spilled all over the rest of my food. Get it together.

The staff is very rude and do not serve properly. Always asking to "move ahead" without even listening to our order properly. Even the supervisor is very rude and not mature enough to handle a situation.

The staff here are have very bad hygiene when dealing with people's food, I would recommend avoiding this place at all cost

Terrible service that seems completely unorganized with zero efficiency. Sadly most of the Hortons locations in Langley are equally poor. If quality and reasonably quick service is your goal, try to find a different Tim Hortons. I believe it’s a management issue, the people seem reasonably friendly but often seem to lack the ability to understand English fluently which makes drive through accuracy a disaster.

Unfortunately, at this specific location it was my third time when I had to encounter with their poor customer service and ruthless behaviour. So apparently, today i went through a drive through and gave my order while the lady I talking to was not attentive at all. And upon receiving my order from the next window, i just said if it would be possible to add some Tim-bits too and instead of politely telling me what she can or cannot do, the lady just rolled over her eyes and treated me poorly which obviously made me mad and worthless as a customer. Hence, I did not take the order neither i got money back.
I later called on their store number to speak with their manager, but unfortunately because manager’s absence my call was received by their supervisor which sort of listened to what i had to say to her and later cut the call on my face. I was been told that the lady who took my order initially was also a supervisor which made me wonder if supervisors are entitled to treat their customers in such an unkind and a rude manner. Not once, not twice but thrice I have been not satisfied with their service. Poor customer dealing and Zero quality service. Clearly this location is not worth it!

They asked me to pull ahead to a parking spot to wait for my food, implying it was not ready. Yet they came out as fast as I could park, so it was ready. But somehow it was already cold. Why?

Seriously this store and their lack of customer service is beyond understanding. Never greeted when walking in. No staff ever out front. And just a simple greeting if their busy is fine. But when you say hello and not even acknowledge and say hello twice more, I'm given attitude as she is on her cell phone. I won't come back to this location any further. You have lost a customer and I will let people know.

Don't bother with mobile ordering. We ordered multiple times in the past week and it's never ready when we get there. We tried today ordering 20 min ahead and still it wasn't even started when we got there.
